I was a first time gun buyer so I really had no knowledge of anything, Scott was so helpful and very patient with me. He did not really want to sell me a gun until I had shot a few. I really didn't understand why, but I took his word for it, I am so glad I did. He took me to a range had me shoot 5-6 different guns. I was able to pick one out with his help. (I actually wanted his gun, but I didn't get my way) When I picked up the gun, he was very thorough explaining it to me. I plan on purchasing another one and will not go anywhere but there. Him and his brother are very knowledgeable and just a couple of the nicest people I've met. I really do appreciate them for all their help and knowledge with my purchase. Many thanks to these 2 guys. I took in my great grandfathers Mossberg 22LR to Elite Ordnance primarily get it checked for parts that might need fixing or replacing and to get it cleaned. While they had it taken apart. The man who helped me was very kind and very knowledgeable so I felt like the gun was in good hands. When I came back to pick up the gun I had enough trust to listen to him saying it was in great shape and good to go. I did not check to see the difference. Today I shot it for the first time since I got it back from Elite Ordnance. After 4 rounds the gun Jammed. I pulled back the cocking knob slowly and it felt like sand was on the receiver. After taking it apart to clean out the sand I found that the tension spring was broken. Perhaps it broke after the fourth shot. I'm not going to blame Elite Ordinance for the tension spring but shame on me for not checking to see the difference when I picked up the gun. read more

We were just in the area to buy tile (we live way in the east valley), and while speaking with the one of the guys at the home supply store, my husband was talking with them like friends, and somehow the topic got brought up about guns, and he recommended Elite Ordinance, he gave us some business cards and said that this was his father in laws company, and we should definatly check it out ! So, because of the great customer service and coversations at Grand Canyon Home Supply, we decided to check it out. WOW, WOW, WOW. I have never bragged so much. They really are the best. We got greeted as soon as we walked in the door, we werent really looking to buy any guns, however.. with the best customer service, and knowledge from these guys we ended up buying two ! My husband got one, and I got a 380, and a 9mm. Any questions that we had they answered them! We were there for a few hours at least, and seriously, by the time we left we felt like family! ( We did get to meet pretty much everyone, and even the family who owns it- Everyone is just amazing!! We were just there on Saturday, and I have already called to order more guns. If they dont have what you are looking for I bet you they can find it, one way or another. Also, they do have the best prices in town!!! We went to the shooting range the next day, and loved our guns so much that we cannot wait to get more. A friend of mine bought a CZ scorpion pistol there for a fair price. The only problem was that while we broke it down we realized something was odd. After doing some research we found out it was a Gen 1 barrel with a Gen 2 lower receiver. The Gen 2 barrel has two sets of thread which make it more convenient and the Gen 1 lower receiver does not have a welded trigger pack. Basically he has the worse parts of both Gens? Feel like somebody just switched out the parts, but even if not I don't think he got any better deal. read more

Saw one of their ads on backpage so I cruised by. First off they had great prices! The owner stood there and talked me throughout the whole transaction and processing my background check. He then went out of his way to use their special tool to start putting my takedown pin in the AR lower receiver free of charge. It probably saved me 15 min and a lot of frustration at home. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good deal and great customer service. This will likely be my go to spot for guns and accessories going forward. read more

The only reason I gave this place one star is no stars is not an option. These people are about as incompetent as they come. They know absolutely nothing about Firearms or Accessories. Customer service is non existent and Management about as rude as they can get. They actually threatened to call the police because I wanted them to do their jobs. I said go ahead, call them and they gave me my money back. They have a no return policy even if you never get the product. Save yourself the hassle and go to a real gun store. I drove past several to get there because of a recommendation that actually was for the old owners not these clowns. The Owner shoved my pistol into a composite holster way to small for it saying it would work in. Then had a dumbfounded look on his face when I pointed out it was composite not leather. Best gun store in all of the valley in my personal opinion! I took my rifle in to get zeroed and they did it at a reasonable price and in less than 30 minutes. These guys know all sorts of guns, they know what they're talking about and they recommend the best products! They even put on attachments for you! I recently started buying guns through Elite; they have given me the best customer service to date. I can ask questions and bounce ideas off them, they are very patient and responsive. They can also assist people with finding parts and consigning guns as well. I was able to list my shotgun for sale and it sold quickly. I also got a good deal on a gun I purchased on consignment as well. They are also happy to help with install of parts or refer me to a gunsmith if needed. Most importantly, they support cleanups of our outdoor shooting areas to keep them from being shut down. These guys are great. They know what they are talking about, take all the time you need to look over the guns and discuss them. They can get you whatever you want. There are some good gun shops in the Phoenix area, but I can't think of another that is as pleasant to shop at. Or just look around. One day I was just driving around looking at gun shops on my iPhone. I was looking to see what other shops had. I was not really interested in purchasing anything, really. I walked into Elite and met Nick, the owner. He and I talked for a bit about military and 2nd amendment rights and came to the conclusion that we liked each other. LOL... My son (12) recently started shooting with me and the kid is an absolute natural. He was shooting the MP15/22 that we could rent and I began my search to find a good .22 AR style for him to have. Nick and the staff at Elite came up with the best idea that NOBODY in the entire valley offered. They offered to help him build an AR Platform that he could grow into. What we did was build a complete upper and lower with High quality parts. POF 4lb trigger Spike Tactical upper and Hogue grips, buttstock, free float forend, AR Kit in his favorite color. The only difference was that Nick installed a conversion .22 bolt carrier group and an actual .22 barrel designed for an AR15 platform. The best part was the fact that Nick agreed to help my son build it himself. My son sat with Nick at the counter and my son (with Nick's help) did a complete lower build right there in the store. NOBODY in the valley would do that for a 12 year old. So now we have a real AR15 platform that my son can plink all day long with on my budget and can have fun. As he grows out of the .22 it would be a simple BCG change out and a new barrel and he is off and running. However, my son decided that he would just build a new upper and swap out. Little turkey....lol... Test fired the gun today... WOW what a fun AR15 to shoot on a budget. Thanks to all the team at Elite for all their support and effort that they put into helping my son.
