They only care about people with money or great credit. My sister who is a retired teacher who has not used credit in 30 years , went in to purchase an 9 k car due to fixed income . We asked they run her credit in order to purchase the car. The sales rep lacy told us she would be there till 8 so at 4 we sent her a msg to go ahead and run the application and we also explained we had pre-approval through capital one however since they cater to sun city , they told us they work with 100's of lender from new credit to bad credit and especially fixed income. She send a msg around 6 and I once again told her to run it. They blew her off all day today them said lacy is not working and we called again now and guess what... they sold the car for CASH !!! It's insulting because my sister is a senior and doesn't bring in a huge income but does not have bad credit , they waited till someone came in cuz they dont make money selling these 8 to 10 k cars unless it's cash . My sister has very serious health issues so to be out and about yesterday all for nothing and then add insult to injury is disappointing at best. If you have money, great credit and plan on buying from them , you should be fine but if your a senior on a fixed income trying to be practical and find a car through them at like 10k , I suggest you stay there for however many hours to see it through regardless of your health otherwise they will push you aside for the almighty dollar . Sadly I'll be in the market for a new car in about 6 months and I will never buy from them!!! Shame on you guys . read more
