All their staff are friendly and well trained in their method of selling. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

Took it back and they said they found nothing wrong so I have to pick it up and try again instead of them testing the problem. They wouldn't add gas to see the actual problem. Picked it up, took it to a gas station and it did the same thing. I moved it around a little and tried again and gas would flow but there's obviously an issue that they don't care to fix. Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.

BF brought the car on Saturday, this was a last resort, the car broke down on Wednesday we called the dealership to pick up the car as he was literally down the street, no one helped( they told him they would send a tow truck it was never sent), we then used AAA to tow the car back to the dealership where they proceeded to give him the run around. Rafiki stated for my bf to call the finance department the finance department told the to deal with the dealership, this went back and forth about 4-5times until finally the finance department stated they would have the car checked out. The car did not get addressed until the next day. When they stated it was a bad battery, which is usually a quick fix just a battery replacement, but no it takes a whole another day for the battery . During this process no one cared at all. They could have took him in a room to try and figure things out but no they just did not care! He tried to explain the importance of it all, as he is the sole provider of his child and it is necessary for his work. No care and no accommodation for selling the junk car that broke down in 4days. Even if everything look bad for you and you desperately need a car find another place. They are a predator car dealership.

I took car to my local mechanic and when they put it on the lift they found leaking CV boots and gas leak, fuel pump was cracked bad. He claimed he didn't know about it and had been driving around with his kids in it since May. He said I should have noticed the smell when I test drove it I guess to make me feel like I was making it up. My mechanic said there is no way he couldn't have noticed it. I asked if he would split the difference in repairs but he refused . I strongly suggest if you're thinking of buying a car from him to either bring a mechanic with you or take it to a mechanics shop because he won't tell you if there is any problems and you'll be stuck, he might be friendly but not very honest.

If any of these things had gone out on us while we were driving it would not have ended well. I reach out to Your Friendly Car Guy to see about getting a partial (not full) refund due the expensive and immediate problems that need to be solved. The tire pressure light came on while we were driving it home and we found out that 2 of the tires have leaks. Your Friendly Car Guy did get back to me quickly, they said and I quote "It's as is." They didn't try to talk about it or compromise. It seemed like they didn't care that they sold me a car that wasn't in a confirmed driveable state.
