I've been a customer of Wii Auto service center for over a year now. I originally came in on a recommendation for an oil change. I was very pleased with the service. I have since had other work done here and oil changes regularly. The staff is very professional and kind. I would especially like to compliment Susan, one of the management team. I had a slight issue which she promptly resolved. She runs a very tight, professional ship. I will continue my patronage here based on all of the good experiences I have had. I called them a week before it expired and she assured me I would have title and plates by May 27..June 1 rolls around and nothing..I had to call them and she issued another temporary registration and temporary plate, this time good until Jan 27, 2027. I have no idea if I even own my truck, and maybe they are trying to steal my money. Who doesn't get their title and plates within a year of buying a car? This company does yo-yo financing and spot delivery scams to fraudulent steal consumers money. They will say a loan is approved by a lender have you sign a contract and pay a down payment then later say the loan was denied by a bank with NO ADVERSE ACTION notice from the lender they claim denied the loan, then refuse to refund your deposit in which had to be disputed with financial institution to get my money back. Also filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the Federal trade commission for the fraudulent scam this dealership is doing. There is nothing in the law or contract that says a dealership can create their own fees to steal consumer's money and they will try it. They're a scam, fraudulent, and deceptive! My car's check engine light came on AGAIN after bringing it here 5 times for them to fix after a faulty oil change, and had to end up bringing my car to a Ford dealership and spending $3,000 to fix what Wii mechanics broke on my car and could not fix after 5 tries. DO NOT bring your car here. I plan on suing Wii Auto for the cost of the repairs to fix what they broke and couldn't fix, where the dealership had to fix it. TERRIBLE place of business. Please DO NOT bring your vehicles here to fix or to get an oil change. This has been a terrible experience that I wouldn't wish upon anybody. Forewarning - This is a long one Review of Wii Auto - 2019 Nissan Pathfinder Purchase & Service Experience From the beginning, the sales process at Wii Auto felt rushed -- like they were eager to sell me a vehicle they already knew had underlying issues. I purchased a 2019 Nissan Pathfinder, and the problems started immediately. Before I even drove it off the lot, I noticed transmission issues. I brought it to their attention right away, and they agreed to fix it under their in-house 30-day warranty. While they were technically willing to help, I had to push, scratch, and claw just to get the level of service and vehicle quality that should've been provided from the start. Communication was poor throughout. I had to constantly call for updates and was met with excuse after excuse. To make things worse, during the process of repairing the issue, they ran the repair through the extended warranty instead of their own in-house coverage -- just so they could get paid. That move not only went against what was initially agreed upon, but it also created unnecessary stress and confusion on my end. Although they addressed the transmission -- after 2 MONTHS -- other problems were still there that should've been caught and resolved early on. Warning lights, strange noises, and performance issues continued, despite repeated trips back to the shop. The whole process was disorganized and lacked true integrity up front. Each time I returned, I was told repairs had been done, but nothing changed. It felt like they were stalling to run out the warranty clock rather than actually fixing anything. To make matters worse, I had to get multiple second opinions just to uncover the real source of the problems -- many of which extended beyond the transmission and were never properly diagnosed or addressed by Wii Auto. The only reason they get a star from me is because in the end, it seems like the problems have been resolved. We'll see how it goes. Buyer beware. read more

Zero stars. Terrible. Criminals. I am fairly certain my AFM system failed, which was confirmed by my personal mechanic. I was told by Mike the Service manager, that I needed a new engine. Which I questioned. Reluctantly, I agreed. I was quoted $4500 for the engine (3rd party), and 2500 for 16 hours of labor to install it. After 30 day of being jerked around, and what was now $9000, (the install fee magically went up to $4500 without any notification or consent. When I picked up my truck, they parked out on the street as if to say, don't come back. After I paid, I found out why. Not only was my light grey interior filthy and covered with grease (2-day-old , $450 seat covers , but there was what could only be described as a hatchet dent in my hood. I I drove it 100 miles and it broke down. Again. Same issue as when I took it in. Had it towed home. I wasn't about to let them touch it again , after the mess they had created. After my personal mechanic had assessed what they had done, It was apparent that not only did they do the engine install incorrectly, but they had damaged the wiring, and charged me for things that were just recently replaced in the last 90 days or were completely unnecessary, (Engine Mounts, Exhaust manifolds, etc). The Service manager (Mike) had promised a 4 year warranty on the engine, which the company LKQ has since denied to honor, because the work was done incorrectly. Long story short. This place is a criminal emterprise, and I'll be seeing them in court. Stear clear of WII. read more

My husband and I went to Wii used auto sales attempting to purchase their Mercedes G-wagon.We also was going to trade in our Nice vehicle, but they wanted to give us the lowest end on our luxury trade,but had their vehicle boosted way past the kbb of the G wagon.Also after multiples hours of being told multiple different things, we decided to walked out on the deal based on a lot of misinformation that was told to us.They were horrible..... Horrible customer service and support. Had my van repaired here and they tryed giving it back incomplete with trash left inside of it from the work they did on it. Nothing gets handled properly, managment only cares about themselves. Had an issue with a manager and his boss said he would "handle" things and he was able to go back out and get angry at another customer ruining their experiance as well(shared in google reveiws). They definately deserve to get shit down and i should have took them to court for all the extra damaged things and the fact they did $10k+ in work for the van to just break down again the following weekend with the same issue they "fixed". This dealership is horrible! They sold me a car that I loved but shortly after I bought it I decided to take it on a road trip to Vegas and when I got half way there I got notification to adda quart of oil and it's saying I need a oil change. At that time I only had the car for 3 months. So I take it in and they said I didn't need a oil change. They said an oil change was performed on the car right before i bought it however they forget to reset system. Ok problem solved. 1 month later my ac goes out and I take it back in, that's when I'm told my ac condenser went out! I'm really confused because I haven't even had regular maintenance done on this car yet I'm having problems. The guy claimed condensers can go out at anytime but I'm just not believing him. He says he can get me a rental car which he did and the company was going to pay for it. All I had to pay for was the deposit which is fine but when I got to enterprise they told me I had to pay the money up front. I didn't have alot of time because I had to leave to pick up my kids from school and I had already been there for hours so I paid the money and left. They finally refunded me the money about 1 week later and added their company card to enterprise for the rental. I did get notified that my warranty will cover the condenser so I was happy about that. The guy from the dealership calls stating that the condenser is covered however there were a few more things my car needed and it's going to cost $1700 out of pocket. I was against but my husband said to get it done. So they start on fixing my car. I get a call a few days later stating that my thermostat has a leak in it and it needs to be repaired and it's going to cost $950. I'm like absolutely not! I just bought this car and your not going to tell me that you inspected this car before you sold it and there's a mysterious leak. My husband asked him why wasn't this noticed before the car was sold to me 4 months. The guy claimed there wasn't a noticeable leak so it wasn't a concern and they weren't fixing it unless we pay for. This dealership is full of it! All they do is sell cars with problems and tell you it happened during the few months you had the vehicle which is a huge lie. read more

Had a great process choosing and purchasing my car a few years back, but I was promised a windshield and sun visor replacement and never received one. I bought the car with a cracked windshield and broken sun visor and we agreed on replacing it after the purchase. I was suppose to come in for the repair but every time I called to set it up, they said we will call you back and it just became the same pattern over and over. A man named Gerald said that they had the windshield and visor ready to install and to set up an appointment with someone else. Never happened. I've called countless times trying to get this done and they still haven't responded. Every time they say they'll call me back someone else talk to me and say the same thing again and again. I live very far away so I would go down there on my own, but I don't wanna go all the way there and someone tell me to go home. SOLD ME TWO LEMONS, RUNIED MY CREDIT AND STOLE $1,500 FROM ME First, I invite anyone reading this to check my profile on Google at lopez.peterp@gmail.com as I have been reviewed businesses for years with over 2000 contributions. Most of them positive. I take this seriously as I think it helps others looking for the best experience possible when visiting a business Back in April I made the mistake of going into WII auto sales in Avondale AZ for a specific car that I saw they had, and I wanted. I haven't written this before because it just makes me angry. Their salesperson, Gerald Lueger is a very nice and professional young man and we hit it off. I filled out an application that was supposed to be a formality as I informed them that I was pre-approved with Capital one. Immediately, their finance manager, Nick, started in on how my credit wasn't good enough etc. I started getting alerts that my credit was being checked, over and over, this is when I realized that my credit score was going down the drain from all his inquiries. I figured I would get a car and get it over with as I also had a trade in, and I figured every other dealership would be the same with the B.S. credit sales tactic. I found another car, a 2018 with only 33K miles and off I went. Around 10 days later, I drove to L.A. and 2/3 of the way there, the car said I was low on oil. I pull off and they did the oil change. A few days later, on the way back to Phoenix, there was a sudden stop on the highway, and I had to hit the brakes and the whole front right side of the car started shaking really bad. Closer to home the dashboard goes red with check engine and every light went on. The next day I took it there and sure enough it was out of oil. I told both the sales manager and the finance manager I didn't want it and they got aggressive. Mr. Nick the finance manager told me "I'm trying to help you" with a nasty attitude. I told him they were the ones who sold a car in such bad shape, and he immediately said, "there's no lemon law against selling used cars" They put in a claim with the extended warranty for this car Once they realized I wasn't keeping the car, Mr. Nick calls me super aggressive that I was offending him because I was returning the car (I had told the finance company) so he immediately asks for the loaner back and yells at me and I quote "NOBODY PUT A GUN TO YOUR HEAD WHEN YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT. PUT YOUR BIG BOY PANTS ON AND DEAL WITH IT!!!" At this point the finance company is calling me for payment and I try to tell them that the car is at the dealership, and I will not pay, plus the warranty company is calling me about the claim I have with the car. When I went to return the loaner, one of the owners was there and asked for me to give them a chance and they would "help me out" I agree to give them a second chance, I take my time, I find another car, this time a 2020 and literally two days in the exact same thing happens with catastrophic issues but this time with the transmission. I take the car back; they are all apologetic and tell me they are going to fix it. Another 3 weeks go by, and they finally call me and when I go back, they want me to sign a new contact for this 2020 for over $120 extra per month ($125 x 60 = $7500) same car but supposedly my credit was too low (which they ruined) and so I finally walked out. What a business model, sell super low-quality cars with a warranty and this way they get the consumer and the warranty company. BY THE WAY, THE ORIGINAL FINANCE COMPANY IS STILL CALLING ME SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK AND I AM WRITING THIS IN SEPTEMBER. They're good and cheap cars for a reasonable price. Only issue occurring is when I got the car the tpsm sensor need replacement and I've been waiting for a month for them to get it replaced. I've contacted them and went in person and it was always a different excuse as to why they couldn't replace it. Ex. The manager isn't in and they can't replace it without them. They need to order the part. They have the part but now the person who works on the car isn't there. They told me they would call when they get the part. When I finally received the call, it was just the same thing being said, " okay we have to order it I will let you know when it comes it." This was maybe a week and a half after they first told me that don't rely on any replacements or fixed. Edit: they told me they got the replacement sensor and to take it in shop. Took it in on a Friday only to find out they just reset it and never replaced it so the TPM came on an hour later again ‍ read more

They should start by not selling someone a car that they know will require major repairs. I won't type out my whole situation but needles to say I got screwed. Bought a car and a warranty and within 5 months I was told it needed 10k worth of repairs and the warranty place told me nothing on the list of what it needed was covered even tho I only had it for 5 months. The warranty was 3k to purchase. I got no phone calls back from managers or service department. I went I. To make an appt and waited around for 3 hours just to end up leaving since they didn't want to even make me a simple appt. But then I'm screwed since I wasn't going to pay for it so I had to give the car back to the bank and find another car which was not easy. Still to this day they have not called back or offered to help me. They basically just said "oh well" . Terrible and dishonest customer service. The vehicle had An oil from the start they told me they'll get it fix before I took it home a few days after I noticed the car was still leaking not only that a few days after that the car turn off on me while I was driving during rush hour i was stuck in the middle of the road thankfully an officer was able to help me and I had the car towed back home, I called the dealership days after days trying to get ahold of the manager and yet haven't heard back from home I just get out on hold for 40+ minutes and get ghosted. Ruben blew me off, the usual salesman pitch, they advertise no credit bad credit, they are not truthful, I was sure I would get a call back during the day I was seeking a vehicle and I was never called back with any results from the bank or what kind of vehicle it was. I knew a lot more about the two vehicles that I was looking at way more than the salesman that I was dealing with, they didn't know one car was a manual shift well advertising it as an automatic and the other vehicle they didn't know there was three trim levels that have thousands of dollars in differences. David was a great help to me and my girl In being transparent and truthful and told us exactly what we were dealing with when helping pick out a car that would work for my new family.
