She said she could do a loaner after having vehicle for at least 48 hrs. I asked if I could speak to someone with clearer communication. Another service dept employee asked what I wanted. I explained AGAIN that I could not understand her and other things. His response was, "nobody is perfect, this is the real world". I was like, what????? He was curt and dismissive with me. He was so professional, pleasant, polite and understood exactly what I wanted to do with my lease and then buying a new car. He did not try and upsell me, or anything. I went in, he was waiting for me. He was honest, upfront and amazing to work with. The Finance Manager Mike Hayes, was also amazing. He didn't try and upsell me, just let me know what I could get if I wanted to, and explained everything. They both ended up staying late as I had a problem with my bank account. I really appreciated the fantastic, amazing service. I was also introduced to Mekayla Fields in the service department, and told she is the best. It was so nice to be introduced to her, so I could just call if I have any questions, and she will know who I am. The service was superb.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership Echo Park Avondale, AZ…read more I scheduled a visit to test drive a vehicle I found online and arrived prepared to purchase the vehicle with my own financing already secured. Unfortunately, after spending more than 90 minutes at the dealership, I never even got to see or test drive the vehicle. My salesperson, Kim ( a dishonest,disheveled, incompetent ,ungroomed, inappropriate unprofessional man), repeatedly failed to provide basic information I requested. When I asked for the battery State of Health (SOH) report, I was instead shown tire tread information. It took approximately 40 minutes just to receive a copy of the Carfax report. He wanted me to look at his iPad when I asked for a paper copy. I was told the dealership could not locate the vehicle key because another employee, Hayden, had checked it out and was on lunch. I waited over an hour and a half for the key to be returned, but the vehicle was never made available. I was later told that I would receive a call once the key was returned. When I asked to speak with a manager, Austin came out and assured me that someone would follow up. As of today, I have still not received any communication from either the salesperson or management. I also requested a call from the General Manager and have not received a response. The only employee who provided professional and courteous customer service was Michelle, who handled appointment scheduling. Overall, I felt my time was not respected, communication was poor, and the dealership was unprepared to assist a customer who was ready to purchase a vehicle. Based on my experience, I would recommend that potential buyers do thorough research and ask detailed questions before doing business here.

UPDATE 9/24/26: I want to specifically recognize Jordyn Castellano for the way she handled this…read moresituation after my original review. Once Jordyn became involved, the difference was night and day. She contacted us directly, listened to our concerns, arranged a rental vehicle while the Jeep was back at the dealership, and personally took responsibility for getting the situation addressed. The diagnostic and inspections we originally brought the Jeep in for were completed promptly, and she arranged to have a new engine cover installed at no charge. Because of the confidence she restored in the process, we also chose to have two additional maintenance items completed while the Jeep was there. Jordyn was responsive, professional, and genuinely appeared interested in making the situation right. We greatly appreciate the way she handled the resolution, and her response is the reason our overall impression of the dealership has improved. My original review remains because that experience did happen and I believe it is important to leave an accurate account of it. However, it is equally important to give credit when someone steps in and handles a problem well, and Jordyn absolutely deserves that credit.
