CONSUMER WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this AUTONATION location. We were in the process of buying a used Tacoma from Avondale Autonation in Arizona (today February, 21, 2025). We agreed on the price and in the process of completing the paperwork. The sales person then called to let us know the vehicle was sold to another buyer because another person agreed to pay above our negotiated price. How does that happen? They didn't even give us an opportunity to counter. This vehicle was being purchased by my son who is serving in the US Air Force. How do you treat a person serving our country with such disdain? This was disgraceful and dishonest. The management team made the decision to not honor a deal that was negotiated. The General Manager, Chris didn't even have the respect to take my call. The Sales Manager, Jessica and the management team said they decided to take the higher price deal (even though we had agreed on a deal). I will be blasting this to all social media and survey platforms across the nation.

BUYER BEWARE. I live in las vegas and wanted a specific vehicle this dealer had. I go to see the truck and put a down payment and was told I have to wait until the cars ready. no problem. after waiting a week and a half of terrible communication the car is finally ready. I fly to go and pick it up and as soon as I get in there's a check engine light. I had to still drive it back with risk of overheating. along with the check engine light, one of my headlight bulbs is out and my brake rotors are very worn/burnt. all these problems after a week and a half to make sure the car is "safe". needless to say I am very dissatisfied with this dealer. their salesman will lead you on and keep everything vague so you have no clue what's going on and the auto technician is clueless when it comes to servicing a car. throughout this deal I was never offered any sort of compensation, not even a ride from the airport. I was told to drive it back with the problems and get it serviced at an autonation here. thankfully I have made it back but I will update this review depending on how the autonation here in las vegas makes up for this locations terrible excuse for service. im also a technician and I can tell you the problems i found are safety concerns, not to mention it shouldn't take a day let alone a week and a half for any of these to be completed. the car should not have been released in the condition it was in or at least without an inspection report. I didn't even receive a dealer plate because they couldn't figure out how to print it. I can go on about this dealers incompetence but in short DO NOT ignore the other bad reviews. I still gave them a chance because of the car I wanted and it was not worth it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE. UPDATE: I went to the autonation here in las vegas to have my damages fixed on warranty. they could not find me in the system and so contacted this autonation where I bought the vehicle. they recieved a message back from Anthony Arcuri basically saying that a new employee gave me the warranty by mistake. mind you this is the warranty brandon the salesman gave me on paper. in writing. due to the technician causing damages to the vehicle. at this point anthony and brandon are both ignoring and doing everything they can to avoid talking to me. now i've been forced to take it to corporate who i'm waiting to hear back from along with my attorney. all this headache for a few minor damages this dealership caused and refuse to fix their mistake.

That level of effort and dedication is rare and definitely deserves recognition. Mario handled the deal and was fantastic to work with. He was flexible, solution-focused, and found a creative way to include side steps, which we really wanted. You can tell he cares about making things work for the customer. Aurello Gonzalez in Finance made the paperwork easy--clear, efficient, and professional. Worst part is I didn't speak to a real person. It was ai. Ai set me up for failure today. Absolute waste of time. When I pull up for my appointment i waited by my truck for 10 min. Nobody acknowledged me. I finally go in and wait another 10 min to speak with someone. They inform me they don't have the parts to fix my vehicle today. I took time out of my busy schedule I didn't have to deal with this today only for them to not know an exact date for a secondary appointment. Hire real people!!! Penny pinching cheap company!! There's a reason this place has 1.8 stars on yelp. Avoid like the plague. This is also my second experience here. 1st time sucked too. Cherry on top to show just how bad service is at this company there were 2 other dissatisfied customers in the lobby as the same time to me. Service doesn't care or value your time. Find another dealership to fix your vehicles. My experience is so bad I'm prob going to redo my review from when I bought my vehicle. It will go from 5 stars to 1. Terrible company

I came in on a Tuesday appointment mid day and got checked in pretty easily. The only quarrel I have is that it took 2 hours to finish a regular scheduled maintenance. Luckily they have a lounge area with coffee and tables seating with power outlets so I got some work done while waiting. The service personnel were very nice. Again the only reason I put a 3 is because of the wait. Perhaps staffing may be an issue and I believe they can do a better and quicker job at finishing because I take our other vehicle to a dealer literally down the street who gets us in and out in an hour or less.

I brought my vehicle in for service and was never informed--nor did I sign anything--stating the dealership wouldn't be responsible for lost or stolen items. You would expect a large, reputable dealership to have trustworthy staff, but clearly that's not the case here. I accidentally left an expensive item in my vehicle. When I returned to pick it up, it was gone. No explanation, no accountability--just gone. I reached out to three so-called managers (Robert, Dustin, and John), and not a single one had the decency to respond. The complete lack of professionalism, communication, and responsibility is unbelievable. At this point, it feels like this place either tolerates or outright enables this kind of behavior. If this is how they operate, customers should seriously think twice before trusting them with their vehicles--or anything inside them. Take your business elsewhere. This dealership clearly does not value its customers or their property.

They had exactly the car we were looking for, at a lower price than other dealers, so the hour…read moredrive didn't matter. All their staff are friendly and well trained in their method of selling. They are a no negotiation dealer, and have a few high price add-ons that they push including a high document fee and a cleaning and prep charge . We decided to buy and that's when problems started. Either the staff isn't well trained in using the computer program, or the program isn't a good one. Firstly, the contract was written up for the wrong car but with the right VIN. Then it took two hours to get a corrected copy. Then they put the wrong name on the receipt for the deposit. When we came back the next day with the funding, a small scuff on the car hadn't been buffed out as promised, so there was another wait. Would I buy from them again? I probably would give them a chance again. All in all, even the ridiculous no choice charge for what is basically a Scotchgard treatment, we saved between $2500-$3000.

Took it back and they said they found nothing wrong so I have to pick it up and try again instead of them testing the problem. They wouldn't add gas to see the actual problem. Picked it up, took it to a gas station and it did the same thing. I moved it around a little and tried again and gas would flow but there's obviously an issue that they don't care to fix. Go anywhere else but here to buy a car. Also, why so many workers standing around in the lobby but I have to wait hours every time I have to come down there even when I have an appointment after checking in. Ridiculous.
