Given all the bad reviews, I was hesitant to use Bell Road Toyota as my main dealership, but so far I've only had good experiences! I've never purchased a car or repair from here, but I have done multiple routine maintenance appointments. For car servicing, drive up to the service center area towards the far left side of the dealership. Park your car curbside in front of one of the service advisors' offices. Then you'll be checked in to your appointment. Your service advisor will verify your information, and take your car. In my case, since I have TOYOTA care, my advisor also verify that the service will be free, even though I know that. Despite this not being an option on the website, they can Uber you home! You don't have to wait at the dealership or pay for a rental car! The Uber is free! Not sure if all Toyota dealerships offer this, but their service has always been amazing. When I reviewed the final paperwork, I discovered that the actual taxes and licensing fees were nearly $1,500 lower than estimated, but they had increased the vehicle's selling price by the same amount to keep my out-the-door total unchanged. When I questioned why the vehicle price went up, the finance manager claimed he didn't know where the individual numbers came from, repeatedly waving it off with a clear "don't worry about the individual numbers, the overall amount is the same." Beginning of June 2026 the sales department was very happy to sell me their showroom Toyota Bz. All smiles and friendly sales. Soon after on my first road trip I learned that the so called adapter that was supposed to be in my car was not in my car. After much stress and educated by a very nice man at the Flagstaff dealership they sold me their rental car adapter so I could charge my car and get back home safely. Upon inspection at Findlay Toyota- the adapter I needed and paid for was not in my car like Bell Rd Toyota said it was. When I got home, I called Bell Rd and spoke to a man by the name of Chris who talked to me like I was making it all up and treated me with so much disrespect I was appalled. Chris said he would "look into it" but didn't. Now it's August and still waiting for that call back. Between that call and today I also called and left a voicemail for the financial guy who had no problems getting me to sign the paperwork for my new car in June. I have been there twice before in my prior experiences were very very great, but this time was terrible and it makes me really not want to go back for maintenance on my vehicle in the future. It took five hours for a tire rotation and to top off oils. Around the four hour mark, I went outside to see what the holdup was and I see my car being driven up and parked so I'm thinking awesome it should be ready. I sit outside, I wait about another 15 minutes thinking maybe my advisor is just busy and hasn't realized yet. I forgot exactly who my advisor was so I asked one of the other attendants if they can check on the status of my vehicle, they said yes they told me my advisor's name and they went over to ask him about it She came back and told me my advisor said he's just finishing up my paperwork. It should be 10 to 15 minutes. First off I'm not stupid there is no paperwork they need to fill out that is going to take 10 to 15 minutes for them to give me my vehicle that has already just been sitting for 30 minutes . That 10- 15 minutes turned into another 25minutes . my vehicle is a 2025. I just purchased in April. There's nothing wrong with it. It was just routine maintenance work that I came in for. Being there for five hours, my toddler was not very happy so they were very apologetic about me having to wait that long. There was no proof provided, and now we are missing a lug nut because of their mistake. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. This dealership seems to not care about their customers. Had one of my service advisor speak to a service manager because a technician absolutely doored my car and I have it on camera and on video. The guy touched my car decided to walk off and think it was OK. It was a giant scratch and pitting from the door, knocking my car. The technician even touched it noticing that he did that from a 2003 to 2006 Toyota Corolla in gray he was a technician that was I believe Middle Eastern service manager likes to promise things and nothing seemed to happen so good job Toyota. I'm new to Arizona so when I bought the car used, I assumed because it was so hot in AZ that it was legal to have darker windows.
