    Update 10/26/2023: Took the car in to have all of the Subaru installed tint removed due to the tint bubbling in spots where dirt is in. Car was left with sticky residue on the corners of the windows and small hairline scratches on a couple of the windows. The Service Department made sure to add a comment on my paperwork stating that this Subaru Dealership will not be installing tint and that I must pay for any tint going forward. 10/10 comment, honestly made me laugh. Like if I paid you more money would Julio Z. do a better job with installing the tint? Previous Review: Not sure if I would trust the rep doing tint on cars. Bought a new 2024 Impreza, brought it into service to have it tinted and have had to bring it back 6 times since. Each time the windows were retinted, there was dust, dirt, or hair in between the tint and window. The most recent time it was tinted, the rep who did it left a couple deep long scratches on the back hatch glass. Thankfully it was replaced without charge, it was also retinted. Inside the tint, theres dirt and smear marks inside(like the window wasn't cleaned before hand). Each time I have brought the car in, the inside and outside were always clean. When I picked it up, it was dirty inside, water stains and dirt on the doors and on the mats. At this point with 6 retints, I am going to be taking it to Shaded Knight Tint in Queen Creek to have professionals that care about the quality of work they leave the customer with.

The women's bathroom was covered in used paper towels, including the changing table so I had to have my husband change my daughter in the men's bathroom. The kid's play area was incredibly filthy and there was a vacuum with a loose cord tucked into a corner of the kid's area. When I asked if I could have somewhere to nurse my daughter I was responded with confusion from the man we bought our car from, and not even consideration to provide us a place to nurse her out of the public space, or the thought to ask a woman that might work there for me. Our salesman otherwise was fine, but not personable at all for someone in sales. When we looked at our Grand Highlander the first time it was covered in stains, crackers and had been sitting there for a couple months. They agreed that they would detail the car. It took them 5 days to fix a broken mirror it had (I'm assuming they had to order the part which is fine) but they still hadn't detailed it when my husband arrived to pick it up. So we had to wait longer, then it still had stains and visible sand, dog hair and crackers. The man we bought it from sent it back, then my husband had to send it back AGAIN to be serviced. We finally just decided to take it home after making them redo the detail multiple times. After my husband got home, we got a call from someone saying they saw we had a "RAV4 serviced there for $600 that day" and we respond no? We had our grand Highlander detailed for free. And we were asked, "Oh! Are you guys in the market for a new one?" This place obviously does not have any organizational skills. My husband left a review and was responded from the woman that typically replies (maybe customer service relations) with her "please contact me!" He reaches out her after she left a number and she never answered after the phone line dies, so he leaves her an email and he was never responded to. We like our Toyota we bought just fine, but this dealer is absolutely disgusting and needs to get their act together. I don't normally leave negative reviews but this place really deserves it.

    I have never written a review before, but this dealership absolutely deserves one…read more I dropped off my 2023 Mustang on Thursday for a warranty issue. It is now Tuesday, and they have not even looked at the car. Not diagnosed. Not tested. Not touched. I called four times between Saturday and Tuesday. Every single time I was told "someone is looking at it and will call you right back." They never called back. Not once. That's not a mistake that's a pattern of lying to customers. On Monday, I physically went into the dealership because phone calls were clearly useless. I was told they would replace the EVAP purge valve and run an EVAP test. As of today, the car still hasn't moved. Zero work done. Meanwhile, I've spent more money on a rental car in six days than it would have cost to take this vehicle to a competent independent shop and fix the problem outright. The only difference? I made the mistake of trusting a Ford warranty. They are happy to sell you a warranty for $3k, $5k, or $10k, but once your car is in their possession, there is zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. It genuinely feels like they think that because the repair is under warranty, your time doesn't matter. For anyone reading this: you can cancel your Ford warranty at any time and get your money back. I will be canceling mine immediately. This level of service is pathetic, and the way customers are treated is unacceptable. Avoid this service department unless you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and paying out of pocket for rentals while your car sits untouched.

Trade-in value was fair, and everything upfront felt smooth. The finance department was a different story. William Hall was friendly, but the process lacked transparency. I wasn't shown a clear breakdown of numbers and felt pressured into a ~$5,900 warranty. Despite having an 800+ credit score, I was given a 72-month loan at 7.67% APR, which didn't add up. Also noticed paint imperfections on the "new" vehicle--disappointing. They did compensate with free accessories so I appreciated that. Service department has been great, though. Advice: focus on out-the-door price, not monthly payments, and question every add-on. I canceled the warranty, got one elsewhere for much less, and refinanced at a significantly lower rate within the following month. If you want to keep your commission and sales.. honesty and transparency go a long way. That's how you earn repeat customers and long-term trust.

He was thorough and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. We also discovered we had a lot in common, which really added a genuine human touch to the experience. It didn't feel transactional at all--it felt like working with someone who truly cared about helping. To top it off, after learning that I love the Ninja Turtles, he surprised me with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collectible set. Again, I have to call and ask what's going on.. they said the finance manager will call me in a few mins.. it has now been hours . At this point I'll never buy another Kia again and now I'm hating that I have a Kia to drive at this point. I've purchased many new vehicles in my life and…read moreconsider myself an informed consumer, and this dealership seemed very unhappy that I understood the numbers and questioned unnecessary charges. I originally came in to look at two trucks, but somehow one of them was suddenly unavailable during my appointment. Conveniently, it was the truck with more options at nearly the same price. Right away it felt like they were trying to push me toward the lesser-equipped truck instead. Then came the advertised rebates and financing offers that apparently could not actually be combined once we sat down to discuss the deal. That immediately felt like bait-and-switch tactics. The dealership also tried adding nearly $2,000 in "mandatory" extras I never asked for, including: $100 for nitrogen in the tires Around $500 for a "KeyFetch" key replacement program Window tint and other add-ons When I questioned these charges, I was basically told, "This is what we do when we sell vehicles." Customers should not be forced into paying for unnecessary add-ons just to buy a vehicle. The financing process was even worse. Salesman Joe, the GM, and finance manager Ryan told me 5.75% through Global was the "best rate available." After checking myself, I found out customers can apply directly online and get 5.5%. Same story with GAP insurance: they attempted to charge around $1,000, but Global itself offers it for about $495. At that point it became obvious I needed to fact-check everything myself. All I wanted was a clean purchase agreement with: Advertised price Tax Title Registration Standard doc fee No forced extras. No inflated products. No games. Instead, the entire experience felt shady, misleading, and unnecessarily confrontational because I refused to be taken advantage of. Buying a vehicle should not feel like a battle over hidden fees and misleading financing information. Very frustrating experience overall.
