I recommend the place but be cautious of up charges. Question all recommendations for repair/replacement. I had an oil change and component inspection. Everything was great until they got to my cabin air filter which sits behind the glove compartment. It takes about 5 seconds to access the filter, and I was surprised that the filter they showed me was so dirty as the car had approximately only 6,200 miles on it and had never been on a dirt road. They quoted me $50.00 to replace this filter. My 81-year-old geriatric, senility inclined dumbass told them to change it, although I knew better. The filter costs about $18.00. They had already taken the 5 seconds to access it and remove it. Putting the new one in and closing the glove box would take another 10 seconds which should have been covered under the component inspection price included with the oil change. THE ISSUE HERE IS they charged me $50.00 for an $18.00 filter and $32.00 for a 10 second installation. Nice place and nice folks don't always add up to the best service.

Then was told to be a jerk somewhere else and hung up on. I called back because I wasn't sure if I came across wrong but wanted to clear the air since my warranty says it covers "new batteries up to $135". Sorry for my ignorance. Then I was given an attitude again, and hung up on again. If you're a new customer I'd highly suggest you go somewhere else. They probably take care of their regulars but if you're not versed on mechanical ins n outs you might want to avoid this high n mighty attitude of this place.

They replaced the drum and brake shoes. The car ride home was great so I believe they solved it. I did not know that it is illegal in the United States to surcharge a debit card but found out in time for me to inform Network Automotive. They said they would charge my debit card the 2% fee. Out of caution, I used my credit card and took the hit because my card will back up any problems should they arise related to the work. I am in touch with Attorney General Kris Mayes office to investigate this. Per the Federal Law, they can add surcharge to credit, but not debit cards. Stay tuned because if I see surcharges on debit cards with any other merchant, I will turn them in.
