My sister took the car down to Tucson while she was vacationing here last week, and it overheated once again, leaving her sitting on the side of the road for 30 minutes while it cooled down so that she could drive to Tucson Jiffy Lube. The guy said he would be glad to check her levels, but would need to charge her if the radiator needed topping off. She was frustrated and drove off in disgust. She then went to TAKE-5 OIL CHANGE.... they opened the radiator and found dirty brown rustiy fluid. She paid them to reflush the radiator and now its fixed. So I went back to the AJ Mngr and presented my invoices and asked for my money back... he said that he would bump it up to the District Mngr.... finally received full refund after two weeks.
