Wont ever go back to this APACHE JUNTION location... After they flushed my coolant and were supposed to install new coolant I paid them full price and drove away. Next day my car was overheating with indicator on the dash. I popped the hood and learned that they had left pliers clamped to the overflow reservoir line. I unclamped it and took the wrench back to the manager and complained. He said thanks for returning it and NEVER SAID SORRY. My sister took the car down to Tucson while she was vacationing here last week, and it overheated once again, leaving her sitting on the side of the road for 30 minutes while it cooled down so that she could drive to Tucson Jiffy Lube. The guy said he would be glad to check her levels, but would need to charge her if the radiator needed topping off. She was frustrated and drove off in disgust. She then went to TAKE-5 OIL CHANGE.... they opened the radiator and found dirty brown rustiy fluid. She paid them to reflush the radiator and now its fixed. So I went back to the AJ Mngr and presented my invoices and asked for my money back... he said that he would bump it up to the District Mngr.... finally received full refund after two weeks. Wont ever patronize Jiffy Lube again- Take-5 has my future business! read more

This location is very quick to complete an oil change, but pretty pricey! Only about $10 cheaper than taking to the dealership, which I thought there would be a bigger price difference and the reason I figured I would give it a try. Overall friendly and didn't try to upsell me on filters or whatnot, which was appreciated. read more

Have my oil changed here on all my vehicles for years. One of the kids leaned or pushed down on my trucks cold air intake and the glass used to see through if the filter is dirty was broke off on one side. I could see the glove hand print when I got home. Not sure why I wasnt told about this. I fixed it. I bring my brand new honda I drive daily in and they bring the cabin filter up and its dirty but one side is pushed in and ripped the size of a thumb. You can see where its broken and finger broke through it and the dirt- dust is cleaned off as if it just happened. The car has not been in the shop or anywhere since they last showed me the filter on last oil change. There is a cover over it also. So the tech had to do it when pulling it out. I will replace this myself but im not sure I want to go back ever again. This is two cars now. All I ask for is honesty and being told they messed up and id say ok fix it or I will. But since they tried twice to pull one over my head not knowing Id check makes me very upset. read more

I took my car there to get my oil changed and they ruined my AC compressor. I told them that my AC worked when I brought it in but when I picked it up it wasn't working. They denied any fault. My mechanic took pictures were they tightened the oil filter on the wire harness of my compressor shorting out the unit. So I paid 120$ bucks for them to do damage to my car and not take responsibility for their errors. Never again! read more

I had taken my car for an oil change a few months ago and when I came home, I had a small leak. My husband was able to tighten the plug and the leak was gone. I had my oil changed last night and after 3 hours had a 7x24" oil stain in my driveway. It was now after hours so we ended up making 2 more trips the next morning to get the proper fitting plug and gasket replaced. I am not sure I will return but I would like to commend the Manager, Tyler, for his efforts in resolving the issue and even making the trip to clean my driveway. read more

Went to change my oil on a Toyota Sienna and they "changed the oil" in under 10 minutes. The oil was low on the dipstick and they never changed the oil filter. You're better off going somewhere else. Or better yet, do it yourself! You've got a better chance than these people at doing a good job. read more

I won't be back to this location. I asked specifically for the same oil I got last visit (which is the same synthetic blend I've received every time I've gone to Jiffy Lube.) When I asked the tech if the prices changed and why this oil change was more expensive, he didn't have an answer for me. I checked my receipt from the last time I was at this location and found that they used the more expensive full synthetic oil this time, which I've never had in my car. I took my receipts back into the shop and spoke with the manager. His repeated over and over that the price is different because of the full synthetic oil I chose... are you kidding me?! He offered no solution, other than he will make sure the employees are giving the customers the right oil. What a bummer. The extensive history of poor reviews at this location is spot on, go elsewhere with your car! read more

Last time I went for a Oil Change, my truck was missing a quart of Oil. It uses 6 guarts not 5. I checked it two weeks later. I thought my truck was using oil. It wasn't. Today I went for a Oil Change, and they took out my Air Filter. I said I would clean it. A KM filter. I cleaned my filter today, and noticed when they put the top back on the air filter, they did not tighten two of the 4 screws, and my air filter top had a big gap in it from the filter. Good thing I decided to clean my air filter today, and screw on the top like it should have done. I also asked to put my tire pressures at 34 lbs. Two were at 40 lbs which is unacceptable, and two were at 35 which is acceptable. I should not have to double check jiffy lubes work after paying 57 dollars. This pertains to the AJ Jiffy Lube location only. I have had OK service at other Jiffy Lubes in the valley. This location should be avoided. My wife went here for an oil change and they brought her out a filthy air filter and told her it needed to be changed. She did it not realizing that I had put in a brand new one 2 weeks before! That means they brought her out an air filter that was not hers in order to scam her. To top it off they forgot to put the cap on! Horrible, awful place that rips people off. read more
