Good inventory management when a small shop has an air and fuel filter for a 15 year old diesel pickup on hand. They topped off all the fluids and checked the drivetrain fluids. Using CarFax they pointed out my coolant was overdue for flushing and replacing, so I got that done also. Tire pressure checked and adjusted. The entire process took less than an hour and their prices are less than dealership prices. And I have never gotten in and out service from a dealership like Take 5. I would recommend them highly.

I agreed to come back. When I came back I saw the same person from the first visit\nHis name was Garrett again.Garrett tries to push me to get an older bomb.That's like a hundred and fifty dollars. Besides this, their price list is not clear and when they explained things to you, their prices become way more inconsistent, but they have a tablet in their hand that shows prices while they give you a little pamphlet that isn't clear on any prices For specific things beside a wash. These guys literally tried to tell me that what I saw with my own eyes wasn't real. At this point I had two salesman and they tried to get me to settle for $210, I said no. And I left. As I was leaving garrett was talking loudly with the other gentleman saying he just wants too much for too little and he did that intentionally knowing that I heard him. I will clarify the other gentleman was way more professional than garrett. I left because I know exactly why my daughter got her deal because she's a young and pretty girl. These guys are really scummy. And they give the company a bad name. I hope this gets to the CEO or the manager. For the condescending Remark; Garrett should be fired. I should have asked for a manager at the time. But I also felt that anybody could come out and say that they're the manager cause if they can act like this with a potential customer , regardless of haggling with a price , then there's not much else that they wouldn't do. Please spread this around.People need to know not to do business here. Besides, check out the reviews on them.You have some good ones but a lot of them are really bad and it's the same type of complaints. Believe me I have to leave one star but they don't deserve any. They replaced the drum and brake shoes. The car ride home was great so I believe they solved it. I did not know that it is illegal in the United States to surcharge a debit card but found out in time for me to inform Network Automotive. They said they would charge my debit card the 2% fee. Out of caution, I used my credit card and took the hit because my card will back up any problems should they arise related to the work. I am in touch with Attorney General Kris Mayes office to investigate this. Per the Federal Law, they can add surcharge to credit, but not debit cards. Stay tuned because if I see surcharges on debit cards with any other merchant, I will turn them in.

I recommend the place but be cautious of up charges. Question all recommendations for repair/replacement. I had an oil change and component inspection. Everything was great until they got to my cabin air filter which sits behind the glove compartment. It takes about 5 seconds to access the filter, and I was surprised that the filter they showed me was so dirty as the car had approximately only 6,200 miles on it and had never been on a dirt road. They quoted me $50.00 to replace this filter. My 81-year-old geriatric, senility inclined dumbass told them to change it, although I knew better. The filter costs about $18.00. They had already taken the 5 seconds to access it and remove it. Putting the new one in and closing the glove box would take another 10 seconds which should have been covered under the component inspection price included with the oil change. THE ISSUE HERE IS they charged me $50.00 for an $18.00 filter and $32.00 for a 10 second installation. Nice place and nice folks don't always add up to the best service.
