I had just got 2 brand new tires on my front so I knew after a rotation, they would be on the back. Obviously not the end of the world, but 5 stars means perfection, and while I "assume" the oil and transmission and brake fluids were indeed taken care of, technically how would I know? The tires I easily could tell, considering they had a tread depth of 10 vs 4, which caused me to have to go back to discount tire to have the rotation performed. Again, great place and I had some additional service recommendations that I considered going back for, but if a simple rotation isn't taken care of, I do have cause for pause that other service may not actually be performed unless I'm sitting in the bay watching every single step. Nonetheless, I do know if I went back they would have completed it, but they're a bit out of the way and also, after spending $550, I would like to think I shouldn't have to go back for work that was supposed to be done the first time. 4 stars is best I can do.

They quoted me a price for the oil change and fuel filter replacement, got the vehicle specifications and went to work. The air filter was filthy and they had one in stock. Good inventory management when a small shop has an air and fuel filter for a 15 year old diesel pickup on hand. They topped off all the fluids and checked the drivetrain fluids. Using CarFax they pointed out my coolant was overdue for flushing and replacing, so I got that done also. Tire pressure checked and adjusted. The entire process took less than an hour and their prices are less than dealership prices. And I have never gotten in and out service from a dealership like Take 5. I would recommend them highly.

It basically was causing the tire to leak. Came here early in hopes we could get it resolved as we are on a Cross Country trip from San Francisco to Florida and we had my car in tow. A guy with a brand and small pony tail was incredibly helpful and helped us resolve our issue. Thanks to him we could safely travel without worrying about breaking down our in the open road. Then when I walk in say I was about to email you 10 min before the appointment to tell me all of this . I thought this was the rudest thing so I called back and got her name. I was calling to get an alignment on my new Maserati. They replaced the drum and brake shoes. The car ride home was great so I believe they solved it. I did not know that it is illegal in the United States to surcharge a debit card but found out in time for me to inform Network Automotive. They said they would charge my debit card the 2% fee. Out of caution, I used my credit card and took the hit because my card will back up any problems should they arise related to the work. I am in touch with Attorney General Kris Mayes office to investigate this. Per the Federal Law, they can add surcharge to credit, but not debit cards. Stay tuned because if I see surcharges on debit cards with any other merchant, I will turn them in.
