I cancelled my unlimited $53 monthly carwash service with Cobblestone beginning April 2026. Yet Cobblestone has charged my credit card three times since I cancelled -- $53 in April, May and June. They took $159 from me AFTER I cancelled. I tried to talk with them on the phone but no live person ever answers -- their message says 'text us.' After this experience, I searched on the internet for "cobblestone carwash reviews" and discovered that Cobblestone has done the same thing to many others. My advice is to stay far away from Cobblestone Car Wash's monthly unlimited wash program. read more

8/13/25 @Steve M I did my best to make it rain today, instead it was a Balls & Strikes day. Unlimited 3/5 Self Serve again. Another visit with a tunnel entrance attendant not paying attention or directing our wheel Alignment. It was just him no distractions and while looking away he directed my wife off the track. Quality 3/5 Wash was ok the but the hassle today was not. This was not an outlier visit. It's happened to me too with two employees preoccupied in conversation. Value 3/5 I'm beginning to wonder since this is a hit & miss operation! Let's hope this guy doesn't end up at an airport directing Airliners away from the terminals! read more

I went there to get my oil changed like I always do the lady there always remembers me very knowledgeable. Very nice. Very cool. Laid-back price is pretty much fair for the oil change. That's why I keep going back and plus I don't mind a free car wash every now and then But all in all great service all around. read more

Meh. Great facility, but not great quality! I purchased the platinum wash (best) for my Denali and they didn't wipe down the interior at all and the seats were not vacuumed. Rims were not wiped down either so had film and water spots. I pointed it out to management and they said they don't touch the seats since they are leather They at least wiped down the dash and door jambs after I pointed out they had not been touched I'll go home and clean it correctly myself I guess I doubt I'll be back to this location read more

My husband took my Jeep in for a detail. He paid $110 plus tip while they worked on it all of 30 minutes. Bless him but I would've never paid that price for what he got. He said he climbed in it and there was a sunflower seed by the cup holder and he almost said something but let it go. There was a little tar from the road that I was looking forward to getting removed & some dog slobber on the back seat. Any sort of pressure with a cleaner would've removed this but unfortunately they didn't care to do much of anything. The car still had crumbs and was hardly wiped down inside. Sadly I will never be back even though this is next to my home. My car is not clean enough for the $110 price tag. It looks like I just got the upgraded wash that is usually $30-$40. I'll spend my weekend correcting their awful work that we spent money on. What a waste definitely feels like we were taken advantage of. read more

Tired of our sales reps complaining that all the cars in our fleet have dirty filthy wheels after a Cobblestone car wash. They are now taking it upon themselves to go elsewhere and get a better wash, then putting down on there expense account. Everytime I see an employee guiding me into the wash not paying attention I just wonder when the real expenses will arrive. Now the dumbest thing they spray two (2) seconds of detergent on the windshield even though you are six (6) feet away from the machinery dumping suds on the windshield. We have all been instructed to ask the employee to spray the wheels but they refuse. read more

I've known him for years, I now take gifts for him and his family. They're great, if you like baby sitting and having to have things re-done by management. Things that are needing cleaning, are often overlooked. When brought to the attention of management rather than get the person that did it they do it themselves. I've tried them two different times and different locations. My 9 yr old grandson could have done a better job on the interior than the staff. None of my door panels were wiped down, the dash was half **s done. I had to stop at a self serve car wash down the street to wipe interior down and vacuum missed spots. read more

Car wash was terrible. Didn't dry the car properly, water on the hood, doors. Trunk was still dirty. A bad job for the price.

I use the Unlimited plan, express wash and that works well for me. I dry, clean, and vacuum the car myself. I also purchased the booklet of coupons for oil changes. That works fine. The only thing I would say, is don't put signs up saying 15 min oil change. There's no way, more like 45 minute oil change. read more

Only used the gas pump. It looks new and touch screen. Had to try 4 times to finally get it to work. It offered "yes and no" but didn't show any questions so who knows what I agreed to. Pumped extremely slow. I'll go out of my way to avoid this one in the future. read more

Workers at this place are very pushy and try to sell you a car wash for hundreds of dollars. My first visit was trying to figure out what service was the one they gave my daughter. I agreed to come back. When I came back I saw the same person from the first visit\nHis name was Garrett again.Garrett tries to push me to get an older bomb.That's like a hundred and fifty dollars. I plainly stated. I thought that was too much and his response was verbatim.So I guess a wash is going to be too much too right? I looked at him dead in his face and told him so you're going to be condescending? And he said no.Let's just try to figure out what you need. Besides, I came back with a self explanatory description of what she got and how much it cost. My daughter got the interior of her car, cleaned front to back and rugs with an outside clean for $72 when I went to get the same thing, they said that that wasn't possible, when I showed them her very text; They said I did not understand how to read it. My daughter got all her seats cleaned and her rugs for an additional thirty dollars , but they were telling me that that's only spot cleaning and only one seat would be cleaned so it would be thirty times four. Besides this, their price list is not clear and when they explained things to you, their prices become way more inconsistent, but they have a tablet in their hand that shows prices while they give you a little pamphlet that isn't clear on any prices For specific things beside a wash. These guys literally tried to tell me that what I saw with my own eyes wasn't real. At this point I had two salesman and they tried to get me to settle for $210, I said no. And I left. As I was leaving garrett was talking loudly with the other gentleman saying he just wants too much for too little and he did that intentionally knowing that I heard him. I will clarify the other gentleman was way more professional than garrett. I left because I know exactly why my daughter got her deal because she's a young and pretty girl. These guys are really scummy. And they give the company a bad name. I hope this gets to the CEO or the manager. For the condescending Remark; Garrett should be fired. I should have asked for a manager at the time. But I also felt that anybody could come out and say that they're the manager cause if they can act like this with a potential customer , regardless of haggling with a price , then there's not much else that they wouldn't do. Please spread this around.People need to know not to do business here. Besides, check out the reviews on them.You have some good ones but a lot of them are really bad and it's the same type of complaints. Believe me I have to leave one star but they don't deserve any. Just FYI they don't wipe anything on the inside of your car just 'dust' the inside. It's total crap and is NOT a full service car wash. For $40 just do it yourself honestly. I used to get great service here. Over the last year quality has plummeted! 2025 I paid to have my car detailed and my car looked awful. Then later took it in for a car wash. Again quality was bad. I didn't go back until 1/16/26 thinking that it gas to be better. NOPE! $60 car wash and I was advised that for that price they wouldn't clean inside of doors. I wasn't happy about that but they said they would vacuum and wipe dash down. Two worked in it for no more than 20 min. When I got home I had to revacuum it and clean the center console. Outside, still had dirt on back hatch and inside hatch and doors. I will never be back. I don't know how they stay in business. Quality is poor and they are over priced. I quit coming to this location 5-6 years ago because they are terrible. I gave them another shot today. Big mistake. Nothing has changed. Vacuuming is absolutely the worst. I paid for the most expensive service and could not believe my eyes. I requested to speak to a manager and while I waited I went ahead and vacuumed it myself. Mgr never came over. There is no place posted about the price of a car wash so I asked the salesperson what prices they have & of course, he started with the highest price, I then asked him if they have a car wash around $35. He answered, "No, but I have a $40 car wash". When we went into the Shell Gas Station/Store we asked the lady cashier if they had a cheaper car wash & tada they wash cars for $34.99. We paid $125 for an add-on service of clearing the fog off our headlights. The guy promised they would look brand new!! They had our car for 5 hours one day and we picked it up and the lights looked no different, they said "oh we didn't get to it." So we came back another day and waited for 2 hours and didn't see anyone over in the detail area working on it, told the cashier and they said, "oh he's done". I could buy new lenses for $85!! I had to ask the guy to redo the interior doors on both sides, vacuum that he did not do and when I pulled away into the sun, my windshield was horrible.
