I was actually getting an oil change at the Valvoline location next-door, and wanted to get my tires rotated. I have a 2021 Ford bronco, and unfortunately, Valvoline lifts couldn't accommodate a truck of my size. But I noticed the goodyear next-door seem to have some open slots in their bays so I walked over to ask if they could potentially accommodate my request. I had a nail in the front right tire and knew that I needed to rotate the spare on until I got the nail removed and the tire fixed. Not only did they rotate the tires for me, but they checked out the tire with the nail in it, and informed me that that Tire was not going to be repairable. So the salesman also pulled an estimate up on how much the tire would cost for me to order, as tires for Ford Broncos are not usually stocked by most tire shops. After giving me the estimate, and taking care of my rotation, they sent me on my way, without any charge. Definitely appreciate the level of service and the value!

I plugged in the year, make and model of my car and it popped up with several different tire options for my car. I picked one of the options, snagged a warranty, a wheel alignment then checked out all within 10 minutes . The website was very easy to use and check out was simple . (Big O and Discount Tire take note !). I used Apple Pay so I didn't even have to give my credit card info . It was a no nonsense transaction and I got a screaming deal compared to those other places. An hour later I was at Goodyear getting new tires installed on my car while I was sitting in their waiting area talking to a guy that travels the country with a chicken named Gladys Kravitz . It was awesome. Goodyear has great pricing on their tires and they're warrantied for 80k miles. The other tire shops were 1/4 that mileage and the pricing was outrageous. I'm stoked !

Uber had been called and ready to take me to lunch while the car was serviced. Then came the switch... The price on the register was DOUBLE the quoted amount and on the printed rate on advertised flyer. The cashier then pointed to a half-torn paper on the station explaining that due to the "tariffs" there is an extra cost. Of course this could have been explained at the time of scheduling, but then they can't easily rope you in. And that's the last time Big O got a dime from me.

Had nothing to do with me, but, chewing out an employee if front of customers is unprofessional at best. And letting me know that should anything happen to my vehicle while they have it in their possession, they will do their best to not take responsibility. In summary, they disregard the coupons they send out, if my vehicle had been damaged they would do there best to not take of it, it was all about the up-sell, and the manager was so unlikable and treated his people so poorly, I won't be back. And, after $130.00, I still don't know where the power steering leak is. Edit: From their response, as can be seen, I got no direct response. No call, email or even text. Yet they have my contact info. Sun Auto wasn't the shop I chose to do business with, yet, there they are. I refuse to do business with a company that treats their employees poorly, baits and switches with mailers and upsells services I didn't ask for. I worked in a dealership service department at one time. I am capable of performing repairs myself, I would just rather pay a professional to perform them.
