I recently took my car to Pro German Car Service to address a persistent check engine light issue, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results! Alex at Pro German Car Service went above and beyond to diagnose and fix the problem, which included replacing the O2 sensors, knock sensors, and several plastic vacuum parts. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Alex was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. He took the time to explain the issues and the necessary repairs in detail, ensuring I understood every step of the process. The quality of their work is outstanding, and my car is now running smoother than ever. What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The repairs were completed promptly, and the cost was very reasonable, especially considering the complexity of the work involved. I am thrilled with the service I received from Pro German Car Service and would not hesitate to use them again for any future automotive needs. If you're looking for a reliable and skilled team to care for your German car, look no further--Pro German Car Service is the place to go! Thank you, Pro German Car Service, for your excellent work and dedication to keeping my car in top condition! read more

Great guy, offering a wonderful service! I found this Pro German Car Service through a referral. I had leaks on my 2008 BMW X5, so I took it to the shop for a quote, which I end up leaving the vehicle after the inspection and I was handed the quote. The issues I had on the vehicle including the following: Engine oil pan casket leak, Valve cover casket leak, oil filter housing leak, and break fluid flush. The total cost was less than half ($5,600) of what the shop (also BMW repair shop) I used to take the vehicle for oil change and minor repairs quoted me for the same job. The guy did a great job in a timely manner. I very glad I found him through a referral. The owner of the shop has a great personality, very friendly with a great attitude and work ethics. A great price and a wonderful service? You can't beat that anywhere! So far, base on all my research in the area for BMW repair shops, Pro German is my go to base on pricing and the service! read more

Shawn and Bailey were very personable. My car broke down in a restaurant parking lot in the Evening. I got KV's # from my daughter and called them 1st thing Sat AM. They were quick to respond. Very thorough on diagnoses. It was my starter as we thought it might be. We fit the car to their place where they ordered the parts and did the work. I had my car back running like a dream within 24 hrs. I had them check my shocks while they were repairing my starter. (Another repair shop had said they were bad and it would cost $1200) KV checked them for mee and let me know the shocks were in fact fine. They were fast, thorough, and above all Honesty!! I will use them again! Nice, hardworking, fair pricing and honest!! read more

This place is the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic by far! I was experiencing a knocking noise coming from my car and couldn't figure out the problem. I originally had a mechanic look at it and he told me it was going to be a very costly repair. I decided to get a second opinion and that's when I found Alex. He was quick to respond, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify the problem and most importantly, repair it! He's also very fair in his pricing and does quality work. He exceeded my expectations by far. I won't allow anyone else to work on my car and I will be taking my vehicles to him from now on. I highly recommend him, you won't be disappointed. read more

This is by far the best auto shop in Arizona, and quite frankly the only one I will go to. The owner, Alex, is the most respectful and honest mechanic that I have ever come across. He does all of his work by himself, and he's extremely knowledgeable, so you know that your car is in good hands. He's been doing this for almost 20 years now! I took my car in to get some parts replaced, and Alex fixed everything for a fraction of what it would cost at the dealership or anywhere else. If you have a German car, or you're just looking for a great mechanic, this shop is by far the way to go. I wish I could give 100 stars, because this shop truly deserves it! read more

I called and attempted to set up an appointment and insted of just take my info and set my appointment, the person on the other line asked "why do you think you need that again?" I told him that the service advisor at the dealer recommended the service and he kindly explained that it was just a maintenance minder and not a check engine light and offered to scan my vehicle just to make sure before charging the DIAG fee.... sure as heck, no Stored CEL codes were found and all i needed was an oil change and someone to correctly reset my internal maintenance reminder... Thanks guys and I will see you at my next Major service interval... read more

I called asking if they could beat another shops price because of the horrible price and service at another shop. I was quoted a whopping $980 cheaper here than at the other shop. then when they actually looked at the car they decided that what I was quoted was incorrect and then quoted well under $200 total for the new and correct repairs needed. Needless to say there is a level of honesty and integrity that they work by that I will most definitely be recommending and returning. Thanks for the honesty and great service all around! read more

I had a transmission service performed on my 2012 VW Jetta sport wagon TDI yesterday. I had to wait while the service was performed, so I watched from an open doorway while Alex worked on my car. He is efficient and well trained for working on European cars. From start to finish it only took about an hour and 15 minutes. His rates are very competitive. I was impressed. When I need future service, I will go back to Alex at pro German car repair. He's easy to work with and really a nice guy. I highly recommend his shop. read more

Volkan is very friendly and accommodating when my check engine light came on. I'm new to AZ so finding a new mechanic to work on my cars was unsettling. I messaged him on Yelp and in a few minutes he confirmed I could bring my car in the next day for a diagnostic. He determined that my turbo control unit could be the issue and explained that there may be more testing to be done to make sure it resolves the issue (not just temporarily). So far I'm happy with his honesty and prices! read more

I had some amazing work done this past week. Dealer was looking at a huge cost and Pro German had it done for a fraction of the cost. This is the second time I have come here and both times I have been blown away by the work and pricing. Once the work is complete, I was shown all my previous parts and what went wrong, the completed work and even though I don't really know what I'm always looking at, I appreciate the lengths to show quality, honest work! read more

I was buying a used BMW from out-of-state and had a pre-purchase inspection done. The mechanic was extremely detailed and checked all the mechanical components including hard to reach places under the car and in the engine bay. In the end, he identified several issues that needed to be fixed even though the dealer claimed there were none. That saved me over $1000 in estimated repairs if I had driven away without knowing. I highly recommend this shop read more

Had a standard oil and filter change on my 2023 Audi Q5, which included a full vehicle inspection. Volkan (owner) was fantastic, prompt and efficient and he communicated all inspection results.
