Without indicating there was ANY cost involved whatsoever, Front Desk Guy sweetly asked "would you like us to give it a once-over?" Which, since I was at that time a regular customer, I THOUGHT that meant just give it a safety-check out of courtesy to a repeat, publicly complimentary, senior-citizen client that they maybe cared for! How wrong I was. After having it several days, they tell me that they can't fix the original problem because they "Couldn't find the part - and wouldn't install an after-market part off of Ebay" (My car is a 1999 w/ low mileage) Then the real Clinker after 3 days: They call and say, "We couldn't fix your problem, but come and get your truck and pay Christian Bro's nearly $200 bucks for a "diagnostic" that I WAS NOT INFORMED UP FRONT would cost anything at all! But also, this 'Diagnostic' informs me that my truck needs OVER $4300 DOLLARS in servicings and repairs - Including NEW BRAKES that, apparently the "Diagnostic expert" wasn't aware had been replaced by them on that very truck a few months earlier! I felt totally taken advantage of and complained to the manager, John, who gave me some "yada yada" and stated that that particular employee working the front desk was fired - However, and this is the whole point of the story - This manager of this multi-million dollar, allegedly 'Christian', gold-mine on the corner of Thunderbird & 75th Ave would NOT refund all, or any part, of this deceitful charge with a humble apology for their unscrupulous employee (note: Failure to disclose a COST right up front is a LIE ) Not only that, but Upsell #1 opened the door for MEGA-UPSELL #2 of $4,319 dollars! I STILL look back at this lengthy report with shock and awe. According to this diagnostic that I didn't ask for, there's no reason, whatsoever, my truck is still able to roll down the street. According to them, practically EVERYTHING on my vehicle is on it's last couple of miles.; Lastly, and final insult to my patronage, my age, my intelligence, nor would Christian Brothers even offer a discount or a half-off on the next visit to them. You know, a way of saying, "We still want your business". I think they saw a senior-woman and saw a dumb sucker ready to be plucked out of the stream of suckers. In that lone experience, I learned Christian Brothers is all about "Show me the $ MONEY $" They are only after the money, and customer retention is completely moot. They could care LESS if you are a returning customer. I am no longer using Christian Brothers for any auto repair needs. It's been over two months since the service, and I can say from personal experience that the vehicle runs noticeably better. The gears shift smoothly and the drive feels more responsive overall. The team did a great job, and I had full confidence in their work. A few weeks later, I took my wife's 2012 Lexus IS250 in for the same transmission service. This time, Roger (pictured above) was the one who worked on the car. I drove it home and, anecdotally speaking, it felt incredibly smooth--no hesitation or slipping gears whatsoever. Two months later, it's still performing flawlessly. Misty, the manager, is the real heart of this shop. She not only runs a tight operation, but she also remembers customers by name and truly goes the extra mile to make people feel welcome and taken care of. While waiting for the Highlander to be serviced, I witnessed Misty and her team assist an elderly man who had previously gone to Walmart for a transmission issue. He was wrongly told to pour fluid into the radiator cap, which created a dangerous situation. He brought the car to Tony's, and Misty personally stepped in. I made the mistake of installing a cheap aftermarket low pressure fuel pump, so long story short…read morethe car ran like crap with a check engine light. I also made the mistake of trying to remove the fuel pump while the gas tank was still full, so fuel spilled all over the back seat of my car and my garage floor. It made my house REEK of gas. Although I knew the fuel leak was from overflow due to the fuel pump locking ring being removed while the tank was full, I did want to take my chances and do more damage. I did my research and decided to contact London Autowerks since they were the closest Audi specialty shop. They were very cool and understanding about my car needing to be towed to their shop and have it parked overnight since I am unable to do it during business hours. In a short time, they were able to fix and diagnose my issues by doing a fuel tank integrity test, fuel pressure test and then installing the proper fuel pump and new rail sensor. They even cleaned the spilled fuel from the back of my car to where you can't smell a hint of the spilled fuel. Jennifer was awesome and the communication was stellar. The price was also very fair, considering how pricey these Audi fuel pumps are. 10/10 would definitely recommend their services especially if you drive a VW/Audi!

Especially because I've got a diesel and I know they require a special touch. The parking lot was full and my passenger was happy with their service. I needed to replace my Wife's car AC cabin fan and radiator fan. I bought the parts at the dealer expecting to do the repair myself. After watching YouTube videos I decided someone with actual skill and experience needed to do the job. I made an appointment through Yelp. The repair took about three hours. I was happy when they called with the request to proceed after testing that they did not try to up sell me on other repairs, just I was right that the fan motors were bad. When I picked up the repaired car, they did have a list of issues and discussed the importance of repairing each. Most were just fine right now but watch for issues in the future. They did say there was a split hose from the engine air filter to the engine which needed replacing sooner than later. Since I do the routine maintenance on my cars at home they suggested buying a new hose and installing it myself. They were happy to do it but said that part was easy to replace. I also appreciate they returned the replaced parts without me asking. First repair and I'm impressed. I posted on an Uber driver facebook group about the company. One driver replied they don't go Cha-Ching when a female walks in. Everything about my first repair was transparent and fully discussed before the repair and when I picked up.
