I went to Big O tires on 9/27/22 Sage who said he was in charge put the wrong size tire on my car. John told me he would refund me. Sage decided on Friday 2/17/23 that he would laugh at me and then recharge. I recorded him telling me Tony Williams was the franchise owner but there was no way for me to reach him. I have every invoice and receipt. I've contacted an attorney as they over billed me and admitted they messed up by putting on the wrong size tire which now has messed up my alignment. Just know your card will be charged multiple times vs the refund that was owed to. read more

Me and my fiancé took our Truck in too get our tires rotated and an alignment done. And we sat for 4 hours for them too work on our truck, while they were working on their personal vehicles. And was only able too get our tires rotated. They ended up telling us they couldn't do an alignment at that time. We will never go back their again read more

Excellent service! I started to go here 15 years ago. I can drop off the car and pick up later in the day. The biggest purchase I made here was to upgrade my wife's Maxima with chrome wheels and low profile tires. She got a lot of complements with those wheels! Visited today and was pleasantly greeted. They improperly did an oil charge on my car recently. I had to go into the dealership to see what was actually wrong with my vehicle. I was informed that the oil filter was put in incorrectly and has been leaking oil. The only compensation they would offer for my troubles was half off of my next oil change. Hey I bought a new tire and they told me they put it on my car and let me drive off. A couple of days later I was still losing air pressure in that tire and took it back and they fight with me saying that they had put the new tire on. Eventually they found my new tire and put it on but these people are not trustworthy. read more

Used to be pretty good a few years back Then has gotten progressively worse service Lousy work ....tires with warranty then you bring it back and the crap they sold you don't make tires any longer. Swore I'd never go back but for convenience I did....bad choice ....said they'd have my tire by the next day and they'd call...close to closing...no call...I call them ...they never got the tire ... I was really surprised to see all of these reviews to be honest... I got a flat tire nearby this location after 6 pm (closing time). I brought my car over to this location fully expecting them to be closed by that time and just going to leave my car. Stacey was there and helped me right away, he gave me the price for my tire and set my expectations, he told me he'd call me the following morning to pick up, which he did. He was extremely kind and very informative and i never felt hassled or that they were trying to up sell me. Definitely not happy! It doesn't matter if you schedule an appointment because it still takes forever!!! Did not have a good experience this morning. I had an appointment scheduled for 7 for an oil an oil change only and it took an hour and a half! I was the first appointment. Very disappointed. When my car was sitting up front for some time they didn't notify me and I noticed it was up front I went to pay which then again took another long period of time. They didn't try to sell me things I didn't need, and told me what was happening with my car every step of the way. I took my 2015 Ford in for a new ac compressor. Work was done fine but 10 months later the clutch in the unit went bad. i called about the warranty but it expired at 12000 miles which I had gone over. it's funny the original unit lasted for 6 years but the one they put in couldn't make it 12 months. This is not the first time I have had warranty issues. i don't know where they get thier parts but they should change. read more

I have been to this location several times for my tires and have always been highly satisfied. I had a flat tire this morning when i woke up and came in to the store to have them look at and patch it because there ended up being a nail. They got me right in and fixed it up for me. I ended up getting another nail in a different tire the same day, came in less than 30 minutes before close (at 4pm on a sunday) and they were able to look at the tire and get me a brand new one before they closed the same day. read more

They broke three studies that hold the tires on in three locations and blamed the car not the techs mounting too tight. Then basically said brakes were all bad and needed new rotors. So just for an oil change and $500.00 dollars later plus a whole friggin day, this is what I get? Safety here is BS... Do yourself a huge favor a take your business elsewhere. THIEVES!!!!!!!! I wouldn't go to this Big O Tires! I had a non-repairable tire so I left a practically brand new tire with them overnight to replace the bad tire, when I came back the next day to get the wheel and tire that I had left them installed, the wheel had a different brand tire on it then the one I gave them. The tread was worn down and the tire was old, when I ask them about it they told me they had know idea what I was talking about and wouldn't do anything to fix the problem. My trans broke a mile from the shop got a tow at 8 o'clock in the morning Jeff said they would look at it in about 30 minutes they had everything done in a hour they said it would take until Monday to get everything done they had it done in 8 hours and on my way they took me out and showed me everything wrong with the trans and car they had the parts there in a hour and they were extremely helpful with financing everything and they had food and water in the lobby for everyone I would 100% recommend the shop to anybody read more

I literally don't even know where to start. Bought 12 new tires 1 for each vehicle, alignments for all as well, and it was an absolute disaster. First they didn't air up the tires to spec on the truck, left them at 35 when they were supposed to be at 80.. had to turn around and go back for them to air them up THEN a valve stem starts leaking on one a few hours later which left us on the side of the road for 3 hours. When we called they said there was nothing they could do for us except reimburse us for any repairs. In 3 days they didn't even give a damn enough to call us. We DID get it repaired but not by them thankfully and my insurance was awesome enough to get us towed for free. It was reimbursed, but after that we decided to check the work on the other vehicles. They had inspected my brakes in which they stated were still in good condition (which I thought yay I can go a while now) when in fact they were literally worn as far as they could possibly be and to top it off the alignment was off. We spent over $3000 at this location to deal with a nightmare and spend even more to get things done the right way. Stay literally as far away from this place as possible if you want the work done correctly and you care about your vehicles safety. read more

DO NOT EXPECT THIS LOCATION TO HONOR THEIR "TIRE PROTECTION PLAN" Two years ago, I was sold an alignment plan and 4 new tires with 3 a warranty from Big O Tires. At the time of purchase, the salesperson forgot to add the Tire Protection Plan to the original invoice. The salesperson apologized and created a new invoice for the warranty, zeroing out the charge. Today, I went into the store because the tread had separated from the tire (due to a defect in the tire). The manager (Jason) of the store said that because the warranty was added to the tires on a separate transaction, for $0, he would not honor the warranty because I had not paid for it. I explained the salesperson's mistake and the reason for the separate invoices, to which he explain the salesperson was not authorized to give me the warranty for free. I again reiterated that the salesperson explained to me that the warranty was included with the price we discussed for the tires. The manager stayed firm and would not honor the warranty that was clearly in my account for the tires (he had printed out the invoice). Use at your own risk. read more

When I dropped my car off to be repaired I thought it was the axel that needed replacing. It made noise 100% of the time. Nivarro Brown lied to me that the entire steering system and oil cooler needed to be replaced or my car wasn't drivable. When I picked it up it was making the exact same noise that it did when I dropped it off!! The entire problem with the car wasn't even fixed! I met with the manager Jason a few days later to discuss what happened. He told me he has already clocked out for the day. I told him I needed to talk to him about what happened. He was extremely disrespectful to me. He was mean and rude, treating me like a stupid woman. I asked him to show physically show me what was done to my car. He said no and told me I had to come back another day. When I came back the next day he was still rude and lied saying they did nothing wrong. Should've read the reviews before bringing my vehicle here. Let me start with this; the car I brought is was my daily driver, as my other car is in storage for the summer / monsoon season.. Went in for a grinding brake issue, turned out to be a pretty expensive repair.. okay fine. Got quoted at $970 range with Tyler (whom was great and had excellent customer service!) Was told my car should be done by closing (7pm), however got a call and they ran into an issue with a fitting (okay, it happens, I get it) was told they would get the part first thing in the morning and have it ready by the time I needed to leave for work (9am), Job was not completed until 11:30AM! Hours after what I was told.. Now when picking up my vehicle, I noticed the bill was about $70 MORE than what was quoted. They added a cabin air filter & air filter which was NEVER discussed. The guy at the counter basically said I was lying by saying "uh.. well we don't add anything that's not approved.." and continued to point out "did you receive this call" "well our calls are recorded so.." GOOD! Pull up the call.. I was already late for work because of them, told him I was in a rush and he continued to say "yeah it'll be a bit" and took many calls until talking to - JASON.. ah yes you've pry seen comment on him in other reviews.. well they are true, when he looked over everything he blatantly said; "well, what do you want me to do about it?" All in all, the job got completed; waiting for any issues to arise like I've seen in other reviews. Tyler is great- promote him. I brought my car here to have a flat fixed, they patched it and within 3 days the tire pressure light came on. Brought it back in, they topped off the air and turned off the light instead of actually checking the patch to see if it was still leaking. Surprise, surprise the tire pressure light came on AGAIN. I called and made an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait. Made the appointment for noon, waited an hour and a half before they even took the car back.
