I stopped at a store & bought the light your employee sold me for my specific car. This morning at 6 am I went to replace it & it was the wrong one. Frustrated but called later to see my options as I had discarded the receipt. I was told with certainty that I could come to any location & they would give me store credit & I could pay the difference if there was one (still not great but ok) I come this evening to do just that & was rudely told nope take back your light if you want this one you can purchase it outright. Really? I told him your employee sold me the bulb!!! He could have cared less. What a jerk. Nothing worse than being the only woman in a store full of idiots like that‍‍‍ Dude I was in customer service management my entire career. How disrespectful & super disappointing. So out of your millions of stores I'll choose elsewhere dude go lift some weights

Since I had arrived at the store without a single tool with me, I asked if he could assist with removing the old burnt-out bulbs. Juan agreed and got the first light bulb removed from its housing and determined that it was still good and not burnt out at all, like I suspected. He later moved some wires around and put the bulb back in (which would have taken me forever) and then we tested turning on my headlights with the inside car switch - voilà , those "burnt" headlight blubs were now working! Juan got them both to work again. That day I didn't spend even a dollar to replace something that I thought was broken but next time my car has an issue - I'll be glad to spend my money at this O'Reilly Auto Parts store!
