Since I had arrived at the store without a single tool with me, I asked if he could assist with removing the old burnt-out bulbs. Juan agreed and got the first light bulb removed from its housing and determined that it was still good and not burnt out at all, like I suspected. He later moved some wires around and put the bulb back in (which would have taken me forever) and then we tested turning on my headlights with the inside car switch - voilà , those "burnt" headlight blubs were now working! Juan got them both to work again.
