Not only did I get amazing service, I only waited five minutes and they checked my tire pressure and cleaned my windows which were two stops I was going to make after the oil change so they saved me time and money It is very much appreciated Will never go anywhere else read more

Just went to oil buddy for the second time, and my experience the second time was just as great as the first! Its like a pit stop. No cars waiting at 3 on a Saturday. I pull in, I'm greeted, 4 people surround my car, one checking me in, two checking the fluids and filters, one filling my tires. One I'm sure is underneath emptying the oil. They are so efficient, so friendly. I didnt have to get out of my car. I picked my package, paid and I was done and back home within..20 minutes? They don't try to sell me all these extra services. I won't go anywhere else again! read more

They put oil in my coolant system. I went back to ask about a leak, and they said they didn't know. Finally, I took it elsewhere to discover the issue. Cost me hundreds to replace the thank and repeatedly flush the system read more

From Cali love this place wish I had one where I was! Amazing service by Jeremy, jermaine, and Zach in and out in 30 min thank you

pulled in at 10am, they were servicing two other cars at the time, there wasn't anyone else in that parking area waiting so and i wasn't facing them so i was able to easily pull behind the kia they were servicing while facing them. at 10:40 after they were done servicing the kia the girl comes up to my window and asked "who was here first, i wasn't paying attention." and i replied "i was here first" and she just stared at me for a moment and didn't say anything and walked away to the other cars whom one of the other girls talked to and told them to get into the parking spot. then comes back and tells me that the other car was here before me and walks away before i could even tell her that i pulled into that same parking spot that the suv was in right now and they were not in fact there first. so i just drove away and went to take 5 oil change instead and they were able to get me in wayyyy quicker than oil buddies. maybe next time pay attention babe & u won't lose service. edit- not interested in viewing the footage bc guess what? ~i was there~ lol. i was on a phone call as i pulled in and looking at my phone call log from 1/8/25 i hung up right when i got there at 10am. not sure if ur timestamp on ur camera is a bit delayed or what. but yea no wont be returning. read more

It was fastest and easiest oil change I've ever had. I was literally done with the full oil change in less time than it took to wait in line at other places! It's comparable in price to other oil change places as well. Everyone was polite and professional. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I am OBSESSED with this place! First of all these guys basically saved my life twice! Oil Buddy - Sitting in my car relaxing in the shade! - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

I had no idea there was such a thing as a COOL oil change Experience. Oil Buddy reminds me of the kitchen at a fine dining restaurant. Constant effective communication. Fast service, quick turn around, and they will diagnose and relay issues to look into. And also a great price for the exception service provided! read more

I found this place on Yelp after some bad experiences at Walmart, which I had used in the past for synthetic oil changes. It's a little pricier than Walmart, but still much cheaper than the dealer. I'm glad I ended up here. For future reference, I would rather go straight here rather than get ignored and wait for hours for an impersonal corporation or worry about tiptoeing around a overly eager car salesman. Kylee (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was super friendly and genuinely appreciative of my business. I was shown my air filter and that it was clean. I was not upsold anything and was repeatedly thanked for coming in. Despite there being only two people working, I was in and out in minutes. Keep up the good work! read more

Staff was super friendly. Got more than I came for. Quick, no extra charges. Techs were very knowledgeable. Definitely going back.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!! Currently getting serviced. You can tell upon pulling up that this place is one of the few good ones around. The very nice lady who helped as soon as I came up mentioned they are family owned. There are about 4 people working on my car at this time. Super speedy, super thorough, affordable, and trustworthy. I would definitely come back if I wasn't moving out of state. They even gave me car smelly things. read more

No bs, in and out in 10 minutes. The best oil change experience EVER! Stop spending hours waiting for lazy people who try to sell you lies. I've only been here once but will definitely be going back! I have been getting my oil changed for the last 15 years but couldn't really tell you what a good price is, so not sure if this is a good value but the time and convenience is almost priceless for me. I went on a weekday around 11 o'clock in the morning and didn't have to wait. The whole trip (from the time I left my house to the time I got back) took less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys! read more

Speedy, thorough, friendly & affordable oil change. This place is a well oiled machine (see what I did there?). I sat in my car the entire time as the technicians cross checked every light and filter, explaining each step along the way. I wasn't up-sold, or attempted to be sold on anything unnecessary and was in and out of there in under 20mins. Suddenly, oil changes aren't so daunting. read more

I'm happy that I have changing oil in here instead in Walmart. Fast service, caring staff, quality work done. Even the price is more than Walmart, but I know they use correct oil for my car, not blend oil. Good job! read more

I can't tell you how relieving it is to trust the people working on your car. They were extremely fast got right to work, while still being thorough, and explained what they were doing as well. Fantastic service, prompt, patient, and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely love this place over the bigger guys!

Rude! I just moved in the neighborhood a few years ago. I did an oil change on my car in the apartment complex next to their shop. Instead of going to Walmart to recycle the oil, I decided to ask them if they will recycle the oil for me and then ask how much they charge for brakes since I need a new brakes at the time. As soon as I asked if they were able to recycle my oil here, the man who I wasn't even talking to and did not see, interrupted and said "no" in a raised, angry voice. He started mad-doggin' me as if I asked to see naked pictures of his mother. I looked at the person who I was originally talking to and said, "Okay. Thank you." Now, they might be great mechanics, that mechanic might not work there anymore, or that mechanic might be a real nice guy you just had a bad day. I don't want to be too judgmental, but I will still go somewhere else to get my car repaired. It's not that hard to be cordial. read more

Brought my 2020 jeep wrangler here for an oil change today. Every time I have been here the service is great! Friendly people with quick service! Thank you guys! read more

I have been getting my oil changed at Oil Buddy exclusively for 3 years now. There's a reason they have almost all 5 star reviews on both Yelp, (46 reviews,) and Google, (174 reviews.) Fast, friendly, professional service. I want to give major props to whoever is in charge of hiring/training. I used to get my oil changed at Walmart, (I know...) and the wait was usually about 2 hours, even if they weren't very busy. I had to plan my day around getting it done! No matter how long the line is here, I have never waited more than 30-45 minutes. If you're waiting in line, they come to your window and let you know how long the wait will be. If they have a concern about something they see while they're working on your car, they'll ask you about it/let you know. Since I started coming here, I have moved over 20 minutes away but trust me, it is worth the drive. Thank you to all of the Oil Buddy associates over the past few years who have given a stellar, pleasant experience! read more

I only had to wait a few minutes before they got my truck in. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provided exceptional service. The service was quick and thorough and I appreciated that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be going back! read more

My first visit and it was awesome. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. This will definitely be my go to place for my oil changes. Thank you so much for your great customer service. read more

Excellent service! I was in an out within 10 minutes and didn't even have to schedule an appointment. These guys are incredibly friendly and honest, and will not try to upsell you :) came in for a basic oil change and got more than what I was expecting, but without spending more!! My guy found a vacuum line disconnected and fixed it, I definitely heard it hissing before coming in too so I figured there was something going on with the vacuum system. Also, when they checked my air filter, it was pretty dirty but definitely useable and they actually recommended it should just be cleaned rather than replaced, unlike JiffyLube where they charged me for a new filter, even when I said no!! I wasted $120 there OilBuddy was $51 out the door. Didn't even have to get out of my car, or wait 45 minutes like at the other place! Awesome location, I will only be coming here from hereon out. read more
