I was greeted by staff immediately as I pulled in. The service was very polite. Caleb Mannygoats explained in depth what each option was. And the prices. I chose the simple basic oil change option. read more

I've used this Jiffy Lube location multiple times now--for both my vehicle and my boyfriend's--and the service has been consistently quick and efficient every time, no matter what time of day we go. So far, we've only gone in for oil changes, but the process has always been smooth and hassle-free. One thing I really appreciate is that they honor the coupons available on the Jiffy Lube website, which helps save a little extra each visit. They also do a great job keeping us informed. After each service, we receive a detailed recommendation report so we know exactly what's going on with our vehicles and what to keep an eye on moving forward. As long as I'm living in the area, this will continue to be my go-to spot for car maintenance! read more

I went there and had a terrible experience with the person in charge. He had a terrible attitude; because i couldn't find the card PIN, he took my keys, even though he knew I was driving a company truck. He had a terrible attitude from the moment I arrived.1/9/26 time 4:15 read more

Super friendly staff and fast service. More pricey than Walmart but a significantly better oil change experience.

Went in for an oil change and "coolant top off." Oil change was sloppiest I've ever gotten, my engine smells like it's burning because it's been burning Al the spilled oil off. They didn't even touch the coolant I'm sure, so much for paying for a service. Don't waste your time or money. read more

This was the absolute best auto service I have ever experienced! I came in for a oil change and was immediately welcomed by technician John who made getting started quick and easy. Then technician Reese, who was just phenomenally helpful, went through the diagnoses and price of the services my car could need. She made sure my visit was cost efficient but I was still getting the best service available. All while technician Teshunka took great care of the interior of my car while the other services took place. Within 20 minutes all was said and done and I was taking off feeling well taken care of and confident driving again. Thank you so much to this team you guys are the best! read more

Aaron was able to help me right away and get my car in for an oil change. I heard him talk to multiple people who came in with questions and was very kind and helpful. I was in and out very quickly and paid a very fair price for the service and time! Would highly recommend for friendly service and speed. read more

I got in, I got out. Reasonably priced, friendly service. This location is also pretty conveniently located so that you can walk over to Panda Express while you wait and get your Chinese on, if that's your thang. I know that the people here are honesty because they told me that my air filter looked brand new and didn't need to be changed. Seriously, when was the last time that your air filter DIDN'T need to be changed...? So there ya go. read more

Jiffy Lube - WTF...?? - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

The Manager was soooooo very kind, professional at the utmost and very very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help me. I have a Heart Condition called Ventricular Tachycardia plus My legs are Crippled. I also have Multiple Sclerosis. How did he show mercy on me as a DISABLED WOMAN CUSTOMER? He gave me free Transmission Fluid since it was low. I'm unable to keep up my maintenance lately due to increased pain and declining weakness which comes on naturally from my conditions. This was very kind and merciful of him. He also did a very thorough Computer Diagnosis on my Vehicle which he didn't have too at all everyone. I have a bad Transmission Slippage problem diagnosis. My gears 3 to 5 need replacement plus the electric connectors are failing in my vehicle. He was kind enough to say, the costs to fix it , I was better off getting a new car in two months time. I can't afford a newer car right now at all. Do I'm praying everyone for better Car Days for me. PLEASE ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS JIFFY LUBE ON COUNTRY CLUB AND BASELINE. It is so hard to find kind merciful people who just spontaneously help you OUT OF THE BLUE! I paid only $33. That's how great the Manager was! May God bless them! read more

if i could give this location ZERO stars, i would. I came in 05/07 to get a oil change on my honda civic. Same day my car was making a scuffing sound anytime i would go over bumps, and i thought it was low tires. That wasn't the issue. We took a look underneath my car and noticed my skid plate was not attached back to it's original spot, and was dangling missing TWO screws. I called jiffy lube and they told me to bring the car back in, so i did today 05/16... i came out and checked underneath my car.. they only put ONE screw on out of the 2 that were missing. I'm so annoyed because i had the same issue happen at a firestone not too long ago, my skid turned to mush and they had to pay for the repairs. It's so upsetting you can't trust anyone to work on your vehicle. Do i really have to go under my car and make sure all the screws are in after every oil change ? RIDICULOUS read more

Place is dirty, smells bad, expensive, standard perks that come with the oil change service aren't available or done unless asked.

I called to get a price on an oil change and the guy that answered was an absolute A** H***. Made me feel like an idiot for asking for a price and seemed bothered about me calling. I'm not sure what his name is but this guy is losing you guys business, I left that call feeling like I was an idiot and confused. I would never take my car there after having that experience. I'm not sure why he had that attitude it was almost inconvenient for him that I called. read more

Do not go here unless you want them to ruin your car. I went in for an oil change and a coolant flush. It was a bit expensive, but I thought everything went fine. After this, my car started smoking and then it started overheating. I went back and they told me it would cost $550 to fix the cracked connection between the radiator and the coolant reservoir. I went to another mechanic shop and he said that my car just needed more coolant because Jiffy Lube had not replaced any fluids when they had done the flush. This mechanic only charged $70 to fix my vehicle. Charging more money than other places is one thing, but lying about car problems in order to get more money that would not even fix the issue is unforgivable. I will never come back to a Jiffy Lube again. Do not come here unless you want to get scammed. read more

The service was great with the assistant manager working there, his name was Bradley. I would recommend asking for Bradley at this location as he was very helpful to fixing my car and also, saved me a lot of money initially of what needed to be done to my car. Great service and Bradley knew what he was talking about and followed up with me with more information. read more

Great guys here. They store manager is a solid guy they are super fast and always try to get me the best deal. We like to put high milage oil in my wife's car. One time we didn't quite have enough money in the budget for the right oil but it was time so we were going to go with the house brand oil. They remembered, like everytime, and asked us why the oil change. He understood and helped us out by giving us the oil we usually get at a discounted price. Great people in my book. I don't know why everyone says they try to push stuff on you?? They are completely honest with me every time my wife and I come in and tell me weather or not I really need something or not. This is coming from someone that has been going to them sense June 13. I take both my hyundai cars to them over the dealership every time. read more

Stay away from this shop, they are perpetrating a scam. They get your car in there, hood up before even talking to you. Then the service manager came over and said the oil change is going to cost $104. I could not believe it. I said wait a minute and went to lobby door to tell my sister. We came out and said we arent going to do it. Well, they had already drained the oil. At that point, we had no choice but to go through with it. The service manager knew we were angry, and all of a sudden they had another synth blend that was cheaper, and a 15 percent coupon. Do not go to this store! read more

1 WORD: AWESOME! I Bought a Pre-Owned Jeep. I Wanted to Have it Checked Out. Pep Boys Was Going to Charge Me, $260.00 For a Diagnostic, Tune up & Oil Change. PHUCK THAT! ...Off to Jiffy Lube! I went into the jiffy lube on country club drive, leave the worry behind I don't think so I was more worried about my bank account when I left they charged me over 100 for a basic oil change in my 2018 chevy Cruze, I NEVER PAID THAT MUCH IN TEXAS, and this was with my coupon. I just recently took. my car to the dealership and it wasn't near the amount jiffy lube and I even had extra stuff done and still was way less expensive. I will NEVER RETURN, I FEEL I GOT PLAYED IN A BIG WAY. LADIES BEWARE BECAUSE THESE MEN WILL ARE NOT HONEST. read more

Dont ever come to this Jiffy lube if you dont know anything about cars or are a women. This place is completely sexist and take advantage of young women who dont know about cars. My gf came here for a simple radiator flush, and they tried to force her to have more work done and spend $500. They told her she needed to have her radiator hoses replaced NOW and charge her $300 to just replace the hose. Once her mom got there they changed their tune and told her its not urgent to have them changed. Dont come here unless you want to get ripped off read more

Scott and Charles were awesome. Got me in and out, super easy to work with and got me back on the road. Noticed the passenger windshield wiper was loose and even hooked me up with a 1/2 price on one wiper. If you're in the need for a quick change, these are your guys. Thanks Scott! read more

Great customer service from Jennifer but the guy who put the oil in my car could use a few lessons on customer service

I usually take the car to the dealership for everything, but since I've moved and it's far away and I wanted to get a quick oil change to turn off that damn warning light.... Usually I'm pretty skeptical of places like these because I don't want to do the upselling dance. That being said, this was a great shop to go to. I had been to the dealership about 6 months before and got a new air filter and kind of knew where I stood on the car. The guy I worked with, Nivaro (sorry if I spelled that wrong) gave me a run-down on the car and what he said basically matched up with the dealership. Professional, young guy. Air filter had some dust, but no need to change it yet, fluids were good, etc. I was waiting for a pitch on something I didn't need but it didn't come. He threw in a headlight defogging service which I need but passed on, but that was pretty much it. In and out fast, easy to get to, can't really think of anything I didn't like. read more

I've been taking my work truck here for the past two years. Sure they try to sell you on more repairs then what you bring it in for, but I could care less about that (it's a work truck nothing gets done that's not OK'd anyways). What I do care about is someone being took lazy to put down some paper when you get into the vehicle and you're covered in grease and oil. Really? Oil and grease all over the carpet on the floor, the door, the trim, the mats, the base of the seat. This is unacceptable. It should be something that's automatic and very easy. I will not be going back to them again. Only gave them an additional star because they are generally very fast and they get me in and out. I cannot however allow them to cause damage to my work vehicle. read more

These guys (and gals) are awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable. As a woman it can be a stressful or intimidating coming alone. The team was so helpful and informative. No shady business what so ever. The main guy is a stud too and very respectful. Prices are well worth the service you get. My car was definitely in good hands. Since I just moved to this part off town I found my new spot for my cars needs! Clean waiting area was a plus too! My car drove so much nicer after, thank you!!! read more

William was very polite and answered all my questions, he told me that he was the new manager and that they now did all sorts of things. He showed me, that's right! Showed me my brake pads and they was definitely low, i now scheduled to have them done with him and when I got home, just to do some more checking I called around to other shops to see if their prices was fair and Jiffy Lube was very well priced for all the services they complete. Would highly recommend. read more

Staff was super helpful when brakes plus was not. A company I enjoy supporting when staff is so friendly. I needed brake pads checked quick before an out of state trip. Took them 10 seconds to clear me and I was on the road. I need to learn how to check my pads! Ha read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Place is dirty, unprofessional, unorganized and overpriced. I came here to get a maintenance tuneup and oil change. There were 3 people staring under the hood of my car when Josh came back in and told me they only had one of the 6 spark plugs I needed to change my plugs. I would have to order them and the total would be 875.00! So I said no, thank you, please just change my oil. So I waited. Josh Malcolm came back in to the office and I was told the last people who changed my oil stripped the drain plug and siliconed it to fix it. They would not be able to change my oil either. They referred me over to some mechanic in Tempe. So, they sent me on my way. I promptly drove to Earnhardt Toyota, they got me in quickly, changed my oil. NO MENTION of anything wrong with needing my oil pan replaced or ANYTHING about someone siliconing my drain plug as mentioned earlier at Jiffy Lube. I purposefully mentioned nothing about read more

This place was great. I called ahead just to get some information, since this was my first time taking my car in for an oil change. Scotty was super helpful over the phone. When I arrived there was fresh coffee in there small but very clean waiting area. The staff was friendly and efficient. They changed my oil for the cheapest price around, I know because I called 6 other places in the area, and they fixed my headlight for free. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes! As a girl who doesn't have all the car smarts, these guys were so nice to take the time to explain everything to me and make me feel more knowledgeable and comfortable about my car and it's maintenance. I will definitely be coming back here in the future! Keep up the good work guys! read more

My first time ever feeling compelled to say something negative at this location. Been going to this location since it opened, and have never had the inclination to just leave in the first few minutes as I did this morning. Jiffy Lube provides a service, a good service for the most part, so I am hopeful the experience I had today was just the manager Chris having a bad morning. I was the only car there with at least four associates on duty. Had they not already started on my car I would left based the rudeness and angry looks I was getting from this young man. I said as much to one of the associates, who did not disagree with me. The service itself has always been good, but when you are treated with the disrespect this young man was giving as the manager of this location, as the companies representative it makes you wonder who else has had the experience I had. Will not deter me from going back and am hopeful one bad actor does not carry over to the other associates. Thank you. read more

During an extremely frustrating car over-heating problem on 6/24/2017, this Jiffy Lube shop saved my day. The guys were amazing and kind and patient, even though they were not able to do the extensive work required. They paid a Lyft driver to take my 89 yr old mother home so that she did not have to endure the 116 deg heat outside and helped me get to a mechanic that could fix my car. They charged me nothing for the work they did. I will forever be grateful for their above and beyond assistance. Thanks, so much! read more

I really enjoyed my trip to this Jiffy Lube. I was in and out very quickly. Most of all I felt my car was in good hands.
