I come here for oil changes, but they always do a thorough inspection and provide a detailed printout of completed and recommended services. What really stands out is that they never pressure me into buying additional services. In fact, they've recommended I go elsewhere when it made more sense for me. They suggested I get a free tire rotation at Discount Tire instead of paying for one there, and they also recommended I have my mechanic replace a belt rather than having them do it--even though they offer both of those services. That honesty goes a long way. On top of the excellent service, the customer experience is outstanding. In the Arizona heat, they offered me a cold bottle of water and gave me the option to wait in their air-conditioned lobby instead of staying in my car while it was turned off. I'm always impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and customer-first approach. It's the only place my household trusts for our vehicles, and I highly recommend them!

I appreciated that they weren't pushy about it--just explained the recommendations and asked if I wanted to add anything. One of the best parts is that you can stay in your car during the entire service. They also have coupons available online, which helped make it a good value. Overall, a great experience and I'll definitely be back.

Today's visit took ten minutes, and it was the first visit since I got a new vehicle back in March. I would like to give a shoutout to Tyrell for making it yet another great experience. When I had my previous vehicle, they added a different kind of oil to the vehicle, and when they mentioned that there was only one type of oil my new vehicle would accept, I decided to go with their suggestion. Since they are experts in their field, they know which oil your vehicles should have to ensure they function properly. Another thing I like is that not only do they do oil changes, but they also provide free services such as air filter replacement when necessary and air freshener as well. You get great service for the price you pay. They do not accept cash, so be sure to have your credit card ready when getting an oil change there. If anyone is looking for a great place to get an oil change for their vehicle, I recommend Oil Buddy.

I usually have my friend change my oil himself and he doesn't charge me at all just has me buy the filter and oil. Usually runs me about $35, $40 MAX for the entire process and takes just 30 minutes. But I went here because my friend wasn't in town. I looked online and it said prices were $40-$70 for the changes. I showed up and the cheapest option was $51 and was horrible quality oil. The next price up was $87 and then $120. That much for average quality changes is crazy. Either the prices went up recently and I was never aware or it's just super expensive here. I'll give it a 2/5 just because they did do a decent job and it didn't take too long and the overall concept is very efficient, but the prices need to be lower for it to be worth it.

They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!
