I visited today for the first time based on other reviews. It was about an hour before closing and no wait. I pulled in, and was done in under 15 minutes. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, and I didn't feel pressured to add on services I didn't need. Everyone was wearing masks and was respectful of distancing recommendations. Their pricing was comparable to the dealership I normally go to, and the service was just as fantastic. I loved being able to stay in my car. I'll be coming back for my future oil changes. read more

Omgness this place is absolutely amazing and their customer service is off the hook (AMAZING) I'm in love with the shop and I hope they expand and everyone that comes in contact with them are as impressed as I am. I took my husband car for an oil change because he wanted me to go to Walmart and buy oil and blah, blah, blah that just meant ummm I'd have to mess my toes up when I just got my toes polished no lie. Anyways... I called and they said come on in it'll only take 10-15min to get you in and out! I pulled up and I was shook in a good way. I had my daughters with me and as I backed up to park I was signaled immediately to pull up. Signs say stay in car for your safety and I was so happy I didn't hv to get my kids out the car. They opened the hood and there was no filter we had just taken the car to Big O and they had things loose and unbolted. Oil Buddy and the team were life savers. They replaced the filter, changed the oil and even gave us an amazing recommendation. This is the only place I will bring my car now when needed. I will drive all the way from SanTan Valley just for this place. Oh and wait... as the car was off they faced a big fan towards the car for my girls and I to have air as the car was off. They way they all worked together is outstanding and they even vacuumed under the hood. Dopest place everrrr I'm in love I never, ever thought I'd say that about an oil change. I decided to try this place based on the yelp reviews. Are usually take our cars to our local mechanic for the oil change but wanted something I could do quick. This place was awesome. I was able to just sit and wait in my car while they did the oil change. They also have a waiting room you can wait in. They did a thorough job and it cost me a lot less than going to my local mechanic. They checked out all of my lights including my turn signal lights and brights etc. They topped off my coolant and windshield wiper fluid and the rest were fine. They also checked my tire pressure. I was out of there in 20 minutes. My son is taking his car there tomorrow for his oil change. I totally recommend this place. I usually do not do reviews but I felt this was worth it. Drove right up to the bay as soon as I got there. I went on Saturday (10/31) around 8:15am. Was greeted immediately, and she went over the pricing. Did not pressure into upselling the more expensive oil change. Completely transparent and honest place. They checked all the basics and let me know my brake light, reverse lights were out, as well as windshield washer reservoir was leaking and oil pan. Stayed in my vehicle the whole time and they had me out of there in under 20 minutes. Will definitely be back to this place even if they're prices are slightly more expensive than Walmart; but as they say: "you get what you pay for, " and Walmart doesn't come close to the customer service and quickness of Oil Buddy. read more

This place is wonderful. The mechanics are so helpful and they had a toy selection for my kids! When I left from my oil change my car was running high. I called them and they said to come right away and they will take care of it. Sure enough, they fixed it right away and were so apologetic. I drove in, got my oil changed without any pressure to upgrade, in 10 minutes. So glad I came here off of a reccomendation on facebook. I called to ask about a wait and they told me they had 2 cars but each car only takes about 10-15 mins. Based off the friendly-ness of the phone call we decided to try it. You pull in and stay in your car they had cold air blowing even on a hot AZ summer day it felt very cool. I pulled up to their spot and was met outside by Santi. Within seconds I was inside getting an oil change for the most reasonable amount. Santi checked my tires, battery and air filter, then let me know my filter needed to be oiled. Patrick came over and checked my tires and started washing my windshield. Within 15 mins I had my oil changed, air in my tires, clean windshield, and know I need to oil my air filter (K&N). I won't go anywhere else after this experience. Brought my Tundra in to get an oil change. I'll just get down to the key points. The two people taking in vehicles are extremely professional. They actually run this like a "business". I was literally in/out within 10-15 minutes. (No joke) They checked out my vehicle over and above an oil change. (Headlights, signals, air filter etc) I even peaked under when they had the hood up and he was topping off my radiator fluid. I don't believe they even mention it. They just do what needs to be done. They have a SYSTEM to their business. Me being a business owner for many years...i love seeing this. They understand business which is why 4 cars can pull up at the same time, and they can effortlessly get them all through quickly and effectively without cutting corners. Everyone gets the same treatment to their vehicles. They are up to date with software/tech (tablets) paperless other than your receipt which I'm sure can be emailed. But this "behind" the scenes work is why they are effective and affordable at what they do. I appreciate that they leave the specifics of how much oil is needed and specs of the vehicle up to their database as well as input customers and keep a record just like a dealership. Overall was a great experience. Next time you go in for an oil change... take a minute to absorb and appreciate the behind the scenes work to be able to get you on your way as they do.
