Update - I saw on another review that Cobblestone offered an email address to send concerns. So, I sent a copy of this review. I have followed up 3 times. The first time she asked me for the location. I sent it and she said she didn't receive it. I have asked 2 more times now and radio silence. I have written this business off and will never return. Spent $220 on a detail and waws totally ripped off. These guys have no idea what they are doing. Windows, not clean, console and dash still dirty. They shampooed the mats and carpet. The seats are leather, so they just wiped them down. There was SO much armor Garud like stuff all over the car, I had to have them wipe it up. What a shotty operation. I just paid $40 for what was the worse car wash I ever received. Car was barely vacuumed did not even lift the mats up. Didn't wipe down the inside good fingerprints and dust still everywhere. So I just came back from a 3000+ mile trip. Decided I was going to get the car detailed and washed to get all the dirt and dust and all the bugs off. Even spoke to the attendant and said I wanted the best package that included full in and out detail. I even specified to vacuum out the trunk. I paid my bill of $70 to do the job I THOUGHT was going to be done professionally and completely. I even dropped the car off and and told them to take their time and I would be back later. Drop off was at 1:11 PM. I went and picked up the car at 4:15 PM. I made the mistake of not inspecting the car before leaving. I guess I THOUGHT that the job was going to be done professionally. My mistake. As I was driving home I noticed several things. The door panels were wiped down but inside where the door handles are were not. But there was chemical overspray there. The radio/entertainment buttons were the same with overspray. The compartment where the USB and car chargers go still had debris in there and had not been cleaned out. The windshield has wax on it near the hood and the windshield shill had bug smears on it from the trip. Even the leather part of the back seat had overspray on it but was not wiped down. After I got home I took a closer look and found that the grill and fog lights were still coated in bugs from the trip. How do they do the special wash and wax OCER bugs on the car. Then I went to the mirrors on the sides and still have bugs on the forward facing paint of the mirrors. Made my way to the back and popped the trunk. Then I cringed when I saw the dirt and dust still there and the trunk HAD CLEARLY NOT been vacuumed out. Again I ask what the hell did I pay $70 for!?!?!? I know some 5 year olds that would have done a damn better job for a lollipop. If you have a choice, DO NOT GO HERE. Went through the car wash for the first time today and admittedly was confused what lane to get into, as it was my first time. The car wash attendant Abby (hopefully I spelled her name right) noticed, briskly walked up to my car, and was so kind to inform me of the different services they provided, cared about what I was looking for, and made me feel comfortable. Stopped for a car wash and detail. Chatted with the tech and told him what a difficult task it was to get a good truck wash and have the rubber and plastic treated. He said " no problem here". After an Ultimate coupon and $40, I spent an hour finishing the job I paid for. I wonder if declining the $199 upgrade and the $400 get the crap off your hood and relax deal had anything to do with it. This is specifically about the customer service inside. We've been Unlimited Wash members for years, we pay for the highest membership for two vehicles. My son left a toy at the wash and I called to ask if they had a lost and found. The female worker responded abruptly and said "for what?" I detailed the toy and she said "hold on." Placed me on hold and when she came back on the phone she sounded annoyed. She stated "it's not here." And I said "well, I remember seeing it exactly where he left it. Where else would it have gone?" And she responded "probably the trash." I was baffled. I responded, "so you all just throw things away that are left at your carwash?" And she said "yep." I then asked to speak with a manager, and she said "she's not in today." Manager isn't in on a Monday? That's not suspicious. I asked to speak with someone else, she placed me on hold and then hung up on me. Just left this place and my interior doesn't even looked clean. I paid for the platinum and it's as if I paid for an exterior wash only. There's tons of dog hair in the back still, stains on the center console and seats. Maybe you get better interior service if you're a member. We had a complaint against the Alama School and Germann Auto Spa in Chandler AZ placed here nineteen days ago regarding a scam to collect monies from unsuspecting customers for "Unlimited Washes Membership". Their reply to this posting was, Cobblestone Auto Spa Business Manager 3/29/2023 Thank you so much for taking the time to bring this to our attention and we sincerely apologize for the frustrations, (name). We want to be sure to correct any error that may have occurred in this cancelation process. Please send your account info to reviews@cobblestone.com as soon as you can and we will be happy to assist in getting this taken care of, and ensure these overcharges are refunded back to you!" Well, when I contacted their customer service representative here in Arizona (?), one Clinton Shotts, he replied that "the account was closed and refunded $41". When I tried to reach him to inquire about the remaining "overcharges", there was no response to messages. How do these folks sleep at night? We still feel we are owed a refund of $300 for the overcharges but are not holding our breath. Someone needs to somehow contact the ownership and let them know how their reputation is being damaged. I was up sold into spending $200. That's fine as I needed detailing. I was told wait time of one hour. It took well over two hours, and when I asked staff about the status they were rude, didn't want to tell me how much longer it would take, and told me it was my fault they were taking so long. I would have asked for a refund, but didn't want to prolong my experience any longer. Long story short I will not be returning nor recommending cobblestone to anyone. I use cobblestone all the time, however this was first time I have ever used this one. They did terrible job inside and out washing my car. The dash looks like didn't even wipe down the dash. The floor mats are just thrown in. I will go to Ray rd & Priest to have them redo it. The kid wipe down my car, I asked if they called my name, he couldn't even understand what I was asking. I asked 3 different guys out there and they had hard time understanding. Will never go back to this location. read more

The pay at pump doesn't work for tap or insert. I tapped, nothing. I inserted and my card got stuck and I had to pull the gas pump out and put it back so it would release my card then go inside. The guy at the counter said they couldn't do anything about it when I brought up the safety concern regarding credit/ debit cards getting stuck. Dont recommend. read more

On Monday (4/3/22), I got an oil change and the suggested battery replacement. I've gone to Cobblestone for more than 12 years for washes and oil changes. On Tuesday? I was very lucky I didn't have a serious accident as I traveled on the 202. My car came to a sudden stop shortly after exiting the 202. A Good Samaritan tightened the battery for me, after I explained it was a new battery. When I got home, my husband tightened it even more with pliers. Today (Sunday), the car died again. My husband was with me. He had to tap the battery posts with his phone each of the 3 times the car died (1.5 mile trip). At home, he proceeded to tighten all posts. All were loose. I spoke to the manager of Cobblestone. She told me that the staff are all highly trained professionals who definitely tightened everything on my car. She offered to take a look @ it. My problem is that Cobblestone is about 3 miles away & I'm afraid to drive it that far. Further, her pat answer really bugged me. No apology. Just an offer to look at it. I brought my nearly new pick up to this location for an event where they were raising funds for the fallen Chandler Police officer. For $10 we got a full-service wash and I must say it wasn't even worth the $10. My vehicle with less than 2500 miles on it was not vacuumed and the windows were not cleaned. The dashboard was not wiped down and neither was the console. The exterior wash that was done by the machine seem to be just fine. I left feedback on the website and received a call back from Nick. He offered me a free The Works wash to try to make up for it. Last Saturday I brought my vehicle back for round two. Once again, the interior vacuuming was not completed and there were still handprints on the interior glass from my daughter. If I had actually paid $29 for this wash service, I would have been irate. I called back today and spoke with Dale. I am awaiting a call back from Nick to see what he can offer me. There are closer self-service locations to where I live and I would prefer to vacuum the interior myself as they seem to have a problem with that. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the workers that actually complete the interior cleaning of the cars and think they could do a lot better. Update: since I brought my car back for a complimentary "works" wash but they did a WORSE job the second time. You would think they would put a little extra effort in if they knew they were trying to make up for a bad experience. Literally zero effort but still expected a tip. Nick offered me a wash and interior detail after hearing about the second experience. I am not going to take their offer. I do better with a $5 wash and vacuuming myself. I was gifted a trial coupon. I drove up scanned it in, and proceeded to the wash. The young man sprayed my car off and then I proceeded through the wash. What a wonderful job and it did get all the bugs off of my vehicle. Appreciate the locality of the spot, and the quick service. Definitely a go to. The value of the coupon was $13 so that is much better than the price I have been paying elsewhere. Free vacuums too. read more

I can't seem to cancel my membership. I have submitted 4 requests & they are still charging me. I'm going to dispute all charges.

I have had Express Wash for a couple years. I came to get a wax and detail done to my car. I paid an extra $117 to get it detailed. I came out and I guess I'd have to pay an extra couple hundred dollars to get my car actually cleaned properly. So 3 hours later and way more money than I'd like to spend there are still bug guts and other spots on my car. The interior still has a bunch of dog hair on it which is the reason I paid the extra money. Basically I would have to pay hundreds of more dollars to actually get it clean. Half of this stuff I was able to scrape off with my fingers within seconds. They are doing the hair removal again but to remove water spots and bug juice I'd have to pay over one or two hundred dollars more after it was JUST washed and detailed. I'm cancelling my washes and will not come back here. read more
