Came here on a Sunday afternoon about 4pm and this place was crazy busy which is a sign that they do a good job. They have a Dunkin Donuts inside and lots of seating for customers to cool off. The store is big with a large selection of everything. The cashiers were super friendly and happy. I chose to sit outside to work on my tan under a palapa umbrella and cozy cushioned seats. I didn't mind waiting a bit since they were so busy. I was comfortable chillaxing outside. They did a great job cleaning my car and the people watching was fun and the customer eye candy was even better . Will definitely be back again. :) read more

After pulling into the correct lane for an oil change, the gentlemen in the garage all looked up, said nothing, and ignored me for 5 minutes. There was one car in the garage ahead of me. After 5 minutes and very little movement in the garage I got out, waved, and said "here for an oil change". A gentleman came over and tersely instructed me to where I needed to go inside the garage. I'm not bothered by curt speech, as long as the quality of the work is there. It is not. A 15 minute oil change wasted 45 minutes of my time with absurd upsales for things like rid-a-rat (which is facing multiple class action lawsuits for fraud and false advertising) and a new air filter to replace my brand new air filter. As I am confident the dust on my battery compartment that this gentleman pointed out to me is in no evidence of a rat infestation, despite his condescending argument that "they're a thing around here", I balked at the $45 fee and did not buy it. The very next day, my check engine light is on. I won't be back. read more

I recently purchased a new vehicle and I wanted to find a car wash that had multiple locations, friendly staff etc... The gentleman (Daniel) who helped me sign up for a membership was awesome, I truly appreciate the customer service. I saw him again today and I expressed some of my concerns. I have been a member for about two months now and I take the car once a week if not twice depending on if I park in the garage or not. I know I'm not paying for a detail, however I am paying 40.00 a month and I believe that my car could be cleaner especially with the package I have. I will continue to take my car here for now and when I do have a problem I always try to let them know right away to fix it. The staff are very accommodating and will do extra things if you ask some things do require an additional charge and that's fine with me. The pictures below are from the wash today. I have had better service here. 07/03/2020 read more

For 29 dollars I would expect the windows to be clean, the door jams and the part between the seats vacuumed. I have 3 more cars to was and will look for another car wash. The people are always very nice and helpful but very disappointed in the service. read more

Here we go with another terrible customer service review. Trying to cancel my monthly subscriptions. Followed directions online and did not get a confirmation of submission (convenient for them so that we can't take them to court). Submitted for two cars. And they keep billing me. I call and get a customer service number (602) 867-5939, immediately goes to voice mail with a "promise" to call back within 2-3 business days. Yeah, that callback has not happened. Perhaps this review might get someone to do something... Next stop Arizona Attorney General's office and the BBB. read more

Just got car washed. I have the monthly unlimited. The employees are always curious and kind. Today I met Marcos and Johnathan for the first time. Threw my receipt out with some trash by mistake and Marcos got it put for me. I walk with a cane and he ran and opened the door for me to enter the store. The are always gentlemen. I appreciate them too. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would! i came in to get an oil change & car wash. i pull up the oil change area and he starts telling me i need all this other stuff when my dad just looked at my car last week and said i just need an oil change. they started doing the things he was recommending BEFORE he told me a price. i had them stop so i could see how much this was gonna be and i told him i didn't want any of those just the oil change. so then after that i waited 45 minutes before they even started on the oil change. I would give this a zero but it won't allow me. Young kids at the entrance did not spray my car down when my car finished the car wash the front was still covered in bugs asked a young kid if it was supposed to look like that and he came back with "did they spray the front I said no" he said "that wasn't correct". I said, "Then you need to get your manager and he said I am the manager and he walked off. Last week I went to Duck car wash and paid less money and the car had zero bugs on it. Cobblestone Broke My RearView Mirror: I took my vehicle (Acura MDX) for a car wash on Sunday (05/01/2022) at Alma School and Germann Rd location in Chandler, AZ (Location C3). After the car wash, I entered my vehicle and as I was adjusting my rear view mirror I immediately noticed that my rear view mirror was broken and was hanging instead of firm as it should have been. I asked the gentleman who had handed me the keys about it. He asked me to go back to the car wash line where the manager was. The manager outright refused any responsibility and said that none of his guys did it. He said he could give me a detail on my vehicle and he also asked me to get a quote to fix the broken rear view mirror. Today (05/02/2022), I received a call from the manager. He asked me if I ever had a windshield replaced. I said, yes I had other vehicles and had their windshield replaced. He started a long explanation that the guys who replaced the windshield broke the mirror. I told him that I said yes about the windshield thinking that he was asking if I ever had a windshield replaced on any of my vehicles. I purchased this vehicle last June and never had to replace a windshield on this vehicle. When I told him that I had misunderstood his question and I never had windshield replaced on this vehicle, he told me that I had earlier admitted to my windshield being replaced and now I was lying about it. He has offered to give me a detail on my vehicle but I am not interested in this. I want my rearview mirror fixed the way it was before it was broken by the staff at Cobblestone Auto SPA. I would like the corporate office to look into this and remedy this. Dealing with the local staff has turned out to be a very unpleasant experience since they refuse to take any responsibility for it and accused me of lying. read more

Maria was a great help and so was the manager Alberto I will continue to visit this site due to those 2 employees.

Ive had my membership for a few months now and it's proven to not be worth it (I moved the chandler area summer 2024)First time I went there is a female employee (maybe 20, youngest one there?) who doesn't like me, gives me looks never greets me, nothing. There are other employees who are nice so it didn't bother me. Each time I go that employee is always rude and stares me down. The last time I went to this location was during my lunch break. I was waiting in line and she was greeting other cars in line and when she came up to my car walked away. She came back with another rude employee who yelled at me to bring my window down and stop. The entire conversation was condescending, older employee was trying to charge me $25 to pressure wash my car because of bird crap. I said no because it will get washed off and the lady said I wasn't allowed to. I was basically kicked out of the car wash I pay membership to because of not wanting to pressure wash my car and a rude employee!!! I went to a different location and they let me go through no problem. Shame on their employee who they have hired to make people feel uncomfortable. If you cannot practice customer service to all why work with people?? I have cancelled my membership. read more

I have been going to the Cobblestone on 59th Ave. & Bell ever since it opened... They seem to be doing worse & worse every time I go there. Today I went in to get my car detailed it included shampooing carpets/mats/doors/console/seats & upholstery after waiting almost 30 minutes they came to tell me that it would be an additional $200 so basically $400 total to do the detailing since someone had thrown up in my car.. I am very irritated & will definitely not be using their detailing services ever again. They should've told me this upfront rather than waiting for me to pay & giving me a receipt!! That is false advertising!! I have found somebody that will detail the inside & outside of my car for less than what I initially paid plus they come to my house so I don't even have to go anywhere... I am very dissatisfied with this company (Cobblestone) & will definitely not be using them for any special services such as detailing or oil changes in the future.. I went to coblestone in Tempe in the Autoloop to get a conventional Oil changed I verified I was an unlimited car wash cutomer for a few years now I asked the tenant how much for a conventional Oil change he said do to my loyalty I would get 50% off so it would be around $29.00 or so with taxes this is the location I had my oil changed at and they did do a conventional oil change at the time so I agreed to it then when drove it up to the Oil change area the guy comes back and said they do not have the conventional Oil it will have to be synthetic I asked how much he said $99.00 I said with my Loyalty discount it should be $50.00 or so he said no and said could reduce it to $70.00 I had noticed the guy under the car had already drained the oil I let him know I would not pay the $70.00 so left and washed my car then checked the oil and it was low after the rep put the oil back in my car. If I would of known this was going to happen I would of had Big O change my oil as to where they would not do a conventional oil change on my car but would do a synthetic oil change for $50.00. https://www.bigotires.com/regions/arizona?cat=oil&sub=regional&mca=paidsearch&sem_offer=undefined&gclid=Cj0KCQjwj5mpBhDJARIsAOVjBdoNeDPIMsD0_nLZApelTgtAc4ctUtucQuA0m4iuaxg-_mfOYZZcG1saAk8gEALw_wcB read more

Took my car in for an oil change. Upon inspection after the oil change and car wash, I found a significant dent on the Front of my hood. Video shows the vehicle entering the garage without a dent In the hood. After service, an employee backed the vehicle out. Video clearly shows the hood now has a dent. We reviewed the video several times. At this point, the manager "Matt" became abrasive and stated that the damage was not done in his shop. He then asked me to leave his shop . While waiting for Matt to return, another employee apologized for the way I as being treated. He said "that is the way Matt is." Matt returns with a phone number for his boss "Shawn Liburge". I called first thing today and left a message. 8 hours later, still no return call. Not a good way to treat a 9 year multi vehicle customer. read more

Went to this Chandler location and it started out rough. After going to the Surprise Location for 3 years and getting my Jeep back looking AMAZING every time, I expected the same here. I went to the Alma School/Germann location. The first run my Jeep came out horrible- still dirty everywhere. After talking with the manager he said sorry and he would make it right. He took my vehicle back and re did the wash and it came back Awesome. This is what I expected because this is what the other location did. Kudos to the Manager for making the effort and getting it right - even if it was the second time. I will go back and we will see if it continues. read more

What an awful experience which unfortunately was my very first time coming to this car wash. I decided to go for the highest level wash, the platinum wash as well as sign up for the membership which they were running a special on for only one dollar more. Kyle the very nice gentleman who assisted me as I pulled my car in communicated that I was to be receiving with this platinum package a full exterior as well as an inside clean. He specially mentioned how they would clean the full the interior: doors, dash, and vacuum and shampoo the floor mats. I was shocked at how quickly they finished and that's where things took a turn. I open my door and immediately realize the floor mats are still dirty, the inside of the doors still dirty, nothing looked like it had even been touched with the vacuum. As far as the exterior goes, the front end around where my front license plate is located didn't even look like it had been washed with soap and water at all. Needless to say I was very upset. As I mentioned this to what I assume was the manager since he was telling other workers outside what to do, he looked at my receipt, (made sure he grabbed the tip from my hand as well) looked at me with a pretty annoyed look and told me to pull my car into the self vacuum spots and they would do it for me. Well it was 110 degrees outside and since I was pulling into the vacuum area and no one was coming around to help I decided to start vacuuming myself. After I noticed more and more of a completely lazy job well done (cup holders were still dirty, dashboard, radio and steering wheel had not been wiped down) I once again approached the manager he once again looked at me annoyed and sent over two guys with some towels. One of them said to me they would do it "again". Right. Anyways after they rushed around to try to finally clean my car properly I had had enough said fine and thank you and decided to pull back into the front to speak with Kyle and let him know how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with my experience. He was nice and courteous about making it up to me but at the same time driving home I'm not too pleased at all after spending the money I spent at this place. Oh I almost forgot! They even forgot the air freshener. I'm not one to come on here and rant but I definitely felt pretty upset with this entire experience and now as I have a membership here felt I need to alert whoever is in charge that the customer service I got today was extremely poor. read more

They checked all the levels in my car, filled up tires, changed air filters, and vacuumed/wiped down. Glad this was such a smooth and simple process. Signed up for a monthly membership to get an upgrade to a platinum wash and also paid $57 to have my seats steam cleaned. They only steam cleaned the driver and passenger front seats, but my rear seats were left completely untouched. My floor mats were still dirty when the vehicle was returned to me, and there were still streaks and smudges on the windows and mirrors. Wow. Just wow. Got my oil changed at this location today and they charged me $170. When I asked why so much they said because it's been over 3,000 miles since the last one. We've only had car washes here before and now my whole family will never spend another dollar at another Cobblestone again. Terrible business move. Anyone that supports this place after reading this is 100% stupid. Bad things are going to happen to evil people like this. Just wow. WOW. This actually seems criminal. this cobblestone is a shining example of how a car wash should be. I have always had excellent car washes at this location while the other cobblestones have largely been a let down. I have a platinum wash membership and purposefully visit this location because the wash attendants take time to thoroughly wipe down my truck's interior and exterior after a wash. They even go ahead and reattach my antenna since I remove it to prevent damage before going through the wash. It's a night and day difference between them and the other locations. Additionally, the shop has a nice selection of drinks/snacks and clean bathrooms. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the company doesn't hold its other locations to the standard seen at this one. read more

You decide for yourself if this is a business you want to support. The owner makes the employees wear a mask outside while working ? Making their own rules I guess. Employees think it's ridiculous. Absolutely horrible. Just a turn and burn location. Zero pride in their performance! This is after paying for their highest package. These are the results you get. I called to let a manager know and ask for a refund. They want me to come back so they can now do the job right. I don't live in this area or want to travel all the way back for something that should have been done right in the first place. Such a waste of my time and money. To add, I am well aware this isn't a car detail service but if you want your car to even look like it's been vacuumed or even wiped down. This isn't the gig for you. You will be disappointed. And sadly after complaining to my coworkers said they would never go there to begin with because they are not good. Should have told them I was going there before to avoid my $40 wasted. read more
