AUTO SPA-NTANEOUS STOP The first time I went to this location, the woman working seemed disengaged was kind of put off by the cold reaction. But after spontaneous stop today, she was much more pleasant. She must have been having a bad day that day and I empathize with her. Plus it cannot be fun or enjoyable standing in the heat day in and day out. So may be easy to become irritable. Too bad she couldn't just WASH her sorrows away. Overall the entire staff is friendly and welcoming and seem happy to assist at their stations. This site is small but efficient. It has quite a few stalls for vacuums. The cleanliness is on point. No litter or visible trash was present. There's never a line for the wash on the weekday mornings, which makes it really convenient because I can stop in, and be in and out within about 5 minutes if you skip the vacuuming and drying. read more

I'm not a fan of this location at all! They only have 2 sets of actual bays to vacuum, and dry your vehicle since the other 2 are simple just there with no equipment nor towels. Perhaps they will bring the other 2 back up to par soon. I also am not a fan of the old, pull your vehicle in and on the track which requires fitting your left side of tires on track. This is so 1980s... update to robots and catch up with the time please! You could be ahead of everyone else by installing robots. The other locations that I usually go to, have a belt where you pull in and the belt pulls you thru, using soft towels, providing a hands free carwash. Those are best!! This location is a bigger one, where you could go inside to grab a snack and have them wash it for you. It's flabbergasting to see the one sided track used here! I noticed that the dirty towels were piled up and that the clean towels bay, weren't full so I had to walk to the other bay to find clean towels. In this heat, you'd think that these car washes would also keep the nice clean smelling towels in a closed environment in a towel mister to keep them fresh and damp ... using dried out towels for the body of the vehicle while it's not completely dry, is ok but not for the windows or interior. Perhaps they are short staffed but it wasn't that busy so I'm not sure why all of the dirty towels were piled up and there were limited clean towels. Just put 5K Miles on our new SUV from Virginia and it looked like we killed every bug from there to here. We ran it through once, did pretty good, and they ran it through a second time with no hassle to get the rest off. This is one of the best carwashes that we have been too, amazing service, great vacuums (2 types- wide & knifeblade), compressed air-gun to blow out vents. They provide towels for wipe down after wash. There is an Attendant at entrance, walks u through the process, easy conveyor belt system for the wash (love it) protects those 22 inch Rims. Platinum Wash was $22- You are not getting this on the East Coast for $22. If we lived here, no question, we would have a membership. read more

Too expensive for a wash! It dont even wash or spray the bottom of your vehicle!!!! Whatever one you pay its still the same. Went here paid for the highest wash $21 platinum. Car was ran through pretty fast and it was really busy on a Friday morning. They ran out of towels which I think is awesome that they even provide these. I am used to doing some work after and I know its not going to be perfect like getting it detailed. I literally spent about an hour with my son and wife wiping down the left over dirt and debris on the car. Okay with that still. Had to use used towels. Still okay with that. Vacuums were good and air hoses. Now I have to draw the line somewhere. My tires were not shined as this package for sure comes with tire shine. I ask a guy if they can provide some tire shine because the platinum didnt do it for my tires. His response was the tire shine doesnt really shine. You can get the full service and they can do it for you. I asked if I can get an a la carte and have someone just shine the tires for me. I would pay. He said they didnt do that. I am not coming back here again simply just for that reason. The fact that the tire shine doesnt shine. They should call it water not tire shine then. Look at the pic I attached. Always soap and dirty water running down the back of my car after a wash. Have to spend 30 mins trying to wipe it all up and clean bugs off the front fascia and windshield because they don't do a good job of removing them. I'd say mediocre quality wash, but not a good value considering the price for Platinum read more

I called Cobblestone and asked to be transferred to the oil change/service department. They told me that there was no way to transfer my call to that department. I explained to her that I have been taking our cars there for years for oil changes and that on one of my cars the sticker didn't contain the miles or last date of service and that I wanted to request what those were so I knew when I needed to bring it back in for service. I was told that I would have to come down in-person for that information. I will no longer be taking any of our cars to Cobblestone. read more

I usually hit a car wash once a week and this week this one was handy. As far as a car wash, it did a little better than average and I feel I go my $8.00 worth. What made this exceptional was the attendant at the entrance. I had parked a little to far away from being able to reach one of the free garage sacks they provide, he saw this and RAN to help me, he then guided me into the wash the whole time smiling and joking with me. This is great, you could tell he was happy to be there and happy to help. No sure who he was, but management if you read this. He did great read more

This place is awesome. I've never heard of a subscription car wash place and it is amazing. It's $20 and you get unlimited car washes which is amazing. I love it. The only weird thing about here is that there is one guy who works the car wash entrance who asks you if you want your windshield sprayed with the hose. He just kind of points to it asking if you want it. I've always thought, "Yes. Of course I want it. You think I want my car less clean?" I've always tried to figure out his logic. Do some people not like it? Was there a crack is someone's windshield once and the water leaked through? I don't know, but I'm going through the car wash anyways. This has been going on for months. I always find it funny every time I pull up and he is working. I've made it a habit of doing something funny to throw him off, but he never laughs. Sometimes I just look down at my phone because I don't want to answer him and see what he does. Sometimes I make a funny face, but he never reacts. One time I pointed in another direction. He looked, but then looked back at me confused. I've always wanted to ask him, "Why do you ask me if I want the spray?" Everyone else just does it so I am wondering if he is trying to be nice or just someone told him in training to ask. Then I wonder about his personal life and what lead him to work at Cobblestone asking everyone if they want their windshield sprayed. Maybe he just wants to make sure the customer is on board with it? I don't know. These are the things that keep me up at night. read more

Pretty good drive through car wash. Attendants at entry pay point are always very courteous. $5 for a quicky wash, but I find it as good, or better than most premium washes. If your car's nose is encrusted with dried on bits of wildlife, I suggest spraying on bug remover before entering!!! read more

I stopped coming here several years ago due to bad service and cost. I wanted to try them again and it was $43.00 to run it through the car wash and dry it off and wipe my windows. If you want the inside taken care of you have to have it detailed at a $100 cost. They did put a little armor all on the tires only and did not get all the tires. The are doing the same and this is the same reason I stopped going to them. They do not do enough for the cost you have to pay. read more

I no longer have the car. No one ever picks up their 602) 788-9274 phone. The car wash works okay, mostly. Sometimes late in the day an hour or so before closing the transport mechanism stops working. The manager has offered me a coupon for a wash at another location. Which doesn't do much good because I have an unlimited plan and can just return the next day. Good luck getting them to cancel or amend your account. read more

BE CAREFUL!!! This location will DENT YOUR CAR. I've been going to this wash for about 2 months everyday after work and I've been noticing all sorts of dings and dents appearing on my car. I've been going crazy trying to figure out where they were coming from as I always park in the garage and have my own parking area at work. My car was not prepped before entering the wash and it came out full of bugs... when a worker walked by I asked it this is the way it is suppose to come out after the wash his response was "No, did the spray it before entering?" One pissed customer here! I requested for cancellation of my membership on Sept 2023 since I will be out of the country for a while. Upon my return last wk, Jan 2024 when I'm about to reinstate my membership, I learned that it was not cancelled and I was continuously paying for my monthly pay of unlimited car wash for 3 months. Then I called the customer service number they provided but you will not be able to talk to them right away. You need to leave a voice message/call back number and will return your call in 2-3 business days. What customer service is that??? In just one click of a button, you will be a member right away but for you to cancel or speak with customer service it will give you a hard time!!! I usually get my vehicle washed through here. I don't have to work so hard on trying to align my tired on the rails to go in the car wash machine. It super easy and I don't feel like it was denting my car. I would just get the basic wash and now you can get as much disposable towelettes to clean your dash boards. There are free vacuum, compressed air and drying towels they provide you to use after car washed. I'd parked and do the rest of the inside cleaning of my car every time I came here. Its super convenient knowing everything is there for me to use and it's free of charge. I highly recommend them and there's always a help around from their staff if you have any questions or doesn't know how to work the payment machine. read more

They scratched my wife's truck and we have proof, but they deny everything. It's on their cameras. Unwilling to operate as a reasonable business. Poor practices. If you go hear it's enter at your own risk, under any circumstances. They don't care at all for there customers and treat there staff poorly. I needed a wash bad..just had my windshield replaced and had to wait a bit to wash my car. I usually just do the $7 wash but went after work and didn't have my car washing kit (yes, I have a kit) and had bugs and dust everywhere so I did the $13 wash. Well, I should have just waited to go to my side of town (the west). This car wash was horrible..the guy who pre-sprays barely touched my car with water and didn't use a brush to try and get some stuff off (the one I normally go to does this for the $7 wash). I still had bugs on the front and my tires didn't even look like they were touched. Note: I don't think it included a tire shine BUT does water even touch the tires?! An example of how much this DIDN'T clean my car; a bird had legit just pooped on my car and that didn't even come off in the wash! Did I like anything about this car wash? Yes, I liked the towels they had available to dry after. I liked the air pressure hose they had (gets the dust out of the vents and I have quite a few buttons on my dash and center console). I also liked the hose types they had (flat and angled) and the fact the hose were on both sides of the car. Would I go again? No, if I do it will be for the $7 wash because I would expect $7 results similar to that of this $13 option. read more

I started out loving this carwash center, but over time, this facility has cut many corners, such as; watering down the soap/detergent that they use on the cars and minimizing the water, so that when my car comes out of the wash, it still has suds and sometimes dirt on it...but what put me over the edge is when they told my 20 year old son that he has a LIMIT on his usage!!! I'm sorry, but I thought unlimited was UNLIMITED! perhaps we have two different definitions of what this word means. It is super hot in AZ and sometimes my son would run it through to cool the car down, but definitely no more than twice in a day, and certainly not every day. Also, they are overcharging two of the 3 vehicles we have. I was so grateful when they built this carwash super close to our house, but now it's become a huge disappointment. I asked to speak with JR who is the DM, Nick and Jenna said they were told not to give me his information. Employees need to be all on the same page. Love this car wash! It's so convenient. They offer a light wash for only $3 which cleans the car very well. They also offer free vacuums and compressed air with every wash, which keeps the car looking spruced. They also offer different washes for more money that offer different services. The $9.99 managers special wash seems like the biggest bang for your buck; I have yet to try that one. I recently started driving for Uber so the $3 wash is perfect...they're open until 8pm, which is really convenient. Bring your own towels to wipe up excess water as the dryers don't quite get all of it. The staff is really cool and keep the car wash clean and nice. I see them emptying the trash cans frequently and also talking to fellow patrons. I love this place! read more

I was taking my car on an afternoon business outing with coworkers and stopped by with the intention of getting a quick wash and then getting back to work. The guy checking me into the carwash talked me into an upgrade, no problem. I was there for over 45 minutes and $30 later, I pointed out some spots on my car that were not wiped off, the guy had a total attitude. There were more spots but I didn't want to deal with his attitude so I didn't mention them. There were places inside the car that were not wiped down either. I get everyone being short staffed, but if you are going to charge $25.00 for a car wash (+ $5.00 tip), make it a $25.00 car wash and get me out of there in 30 minutes. I will not go back, despite it being relatively close to my work. Terrible service. Not the first time I've had my car washed there and definitely worse each time. read more

They have always pushed their membership, but today they don't even have one time prices displayed anymore. And...it cost me $31 for a pretty lousy job. While the automated wash did fine, the vacuum and wipe down were really not good. DIRTY WATER - This place absolutely sucks! I have a monthly membership I've owned for over 2 years. Today I visited the location south of the 202 on Arizona Ave, whilst in the wash the whole machine shut down and died for 45 seconds. Filthy water splashed down across my car and I eventually emerged and vacuumed my car. To my disgust driving home there was a dried out water stain all over my windows as the sun hit my glass. I had wiped down my windows at the location but clearly there is some sort of detergent in the pipping that doesn't come off so easy ! The stain became so bad that I had to go to another car wash and scrub it off. I've had a few run ins with this company in scottsdale but this takes the piss. Cancelation has already taken place. I love this location for its convenience, value and quality. I usually get a $7 express wash and like that I don't have to get out of my car and short lines compared to the larger Cobblestone Car Washes. I would give it 5 stars if I had a membership and had a good experience with it. But in reading the other reviews, it sounds like a membership might not be the way to go? I have had nothing but good experiences here but I stick with basic washes. If you want a detail job, I would recommend a specialty shop. These chain places do a crap job and so does my dealership. read more
