No good, it is just a trick! I called three numbers but no one answers. It is difficult to cancel membership services. I canceled membership online but have not got any confirmation and have never received any emails about memebership renewal notices. They just simply take money from your credit card with so-called auto renewals program. I have to report fraud change to credit card company. read more

Giving this place one star because of the dishonesty and theft. My husband and I took our car to have about $200 worth of services - oil change and interior and exterior detailing. When we dropped it off we had about $2 in spare change in the hidden compartment of the arm rest. When we picked up our car, there was only 2 pennies. Not any amount that is going to break the bank but definitely the principle of the situation. Being able to trust businesses is a BIG deal and knowing an employee at a business would destroy that trust for about $2 in change is a game changer. Employees are a reflection of their employer - good or bad. We asked to talk to the manager. When we explained the situation and showed him the compartment that did not get vacuumed or need to be vacuumed (since that was his excuse as to why it disappeared) he changed his story to "that type of thing doesn't happen here." I told him it was already happening. He tried to say it never happens and i had to tell him this wasn't an isolated incident and pretty sure this wasn't the first occurrence. It was probably the first reported occurrence. Again, $2 isn't a big deal. However, being able to trust a business enough to want to spend $200 for services is. The flip attitude of the manager and his excuses then lame apology is not what we hoped for in reporting it. We definitely won't be back. We would rather spend our money at a place we can trust. read more

The biggest rip off there is. Hope your windshield doesn't have bugs splat on it because this car wash doesn't remove that. Also if you want spots after you wash your car, this is the place to go. The other $3 car wash is WAY better and much cheaper. read more

Go somewhere else for an oil change. Took almost an hour to get an oil change and I was the only customer.

So my husband and I both have memberships to this car wash and have for years. It's never been the best service but kind of learn to expect mediocrity. Yesterday I got talked into a detail upgrade because I wanted my car actually cleaned before we installed our second car seat. I waited over an hour to get my car when they said it would only be 10-15 minutes more than it usually takes. Honestly I would have been fine with the wait if my car looked good but of course it didn't. This one time upgrade was $67 and there were goldfish still on the carpet (not smashed) but full goldfish crackers. Streaks everywhere, blatant spots that were just not even wiped down. It was awful work. Mind you I go to the car wash a couple times a month, so my car is pretty darn clean and just needed a little extra love. At this point of waiting I am 8 months pregnant and needing to get me and my 1 year old home and couldn't wait for them to redo it. So just a warning to others to not waste their money. Really disappointed read more

Love my Cornerstone location on the corner of Queen Creek and Higley. I came in for a wash and asked them for the $30 wash. I was charged $31 plus $2 for 3rd seat minivan. I questioned the charges from the cashier, and she said to talk to the guy at the front of the line. Returning there, he wasn't anywhere to be found. I watched the car come out of the wash, and the guys moved toward the vehicle. Nobody got in the back of the car to clean. They the cleaned front inside the windshield reared the window and dried the outside in spots. The headmaster came over to get his ticket, and I said what about the rest of the windows he said we are done with the car, and I could have it; I said I won't ever be back and such poor service and attitude. He said he didn't care. They wouldn't miss me if I never came back. If I could leave a ZERO I would have. read more

I gotta admit I was skeptical about going here after reading the reviews on here; but since I'm new to the area and having driven 700+ miles from CA to AZ, my car badly needed a bath and this is super close. I was debating whether to go with the $5 express or the full service wash. I hadn't gotten a full service wash in a while so I thought I'd splurge. I went with the cheapest wash that included the tire treatment. I also wanted the inside vacuumed for me and they said all the full service include vacuuming. It took less than 10mins to get my car through the actual wash but then I waited a little longer for them to dry and clean the inside. As I watched them do that, I can tell the effort they were putting to get all the bug guts off my hood and windshield. They also cleaned off the sticky leftover residue on the inside of my windshield from an old phone mount. That effort right there is what inspired me to do the review. The reviews I read said the workers didn't pay attention to detail. Well, my experience was the total opposite. There were 3-4 people working on my car and several of them worked on getting all that gunk off the hood and windshield. I totally appreciate the effort and the results. I would come back here next time and would even recommend it to others. read more

This was my second time at Cobblestone. The first time was a few years ago and I was not impressed then either. It was busy so I had to wait in a line for a little while (which was no big deal). I was approached and told the guy which wash I wanted, he then tried to sell me the unlimited package and I said no. He tried asking again and I had to keep telling him no. Then after that the windshield guy came up and tried to find chips in my windshield and started asking for my insurance info, then I said no and he went away. I decided on the works package which is not the most expensive and not the cheapest. I was very disappointed. I was not expecting a detail of the inside but a good wipe down was promised in the description. When getting into my car I stepped in a massive puddle of dirty water. I will keep driving farther for better service that is more cost efficient. read more

So not only is this not a great wash, but they fraudulently put me on a monthly membership while telling me it's just a one-time charge for one month of unlimited washes. This happened to me last October and they've charged me $20 a month ever since, it's apparently actually a recurring monthly thing and I have not given them permission to take funds from my account month after month. In fact, I called them in January when I realized they had charged me for 3 months already and told them about their fraud and they are still taking money from my account every month many months later! I've called them several more times to find that their automated phone system often doesn't work. Their outgoing message instructed me to go to their website to cancel, so this is obviously a common issue. Then the problem is that their website doesn't function properly and won't allow me to cancel. The bigger problems is that they will probably continue trying to take money from my account each month and they already owe me for several months. Someone needs to stop these thieves now. Do not do business with scammers like Cobblestone Auto Spa! read more

Very poor service in the oil shop! I will never go back to this place, not even for a car wash, and that's sad because this is less than a mile from my house! I'm disgusted with the way my boyfriend and I were treated. I called and spoke to the site manager who said he would follow up with me and surprise surprise, never got a call! I was a member off and on at the Alma School and Germann location since 2016. I moved to this area at that time and had previously held memberships at their Val Vista and Baseline location over the years. Overall, the service has been good. I have seen Cobblestone go through a lot of change over the years, some for the good, some for the bad. Through thick and thin, including a consistent drumbeat of incremental price increases to their unlimited plan and most recently, the additional $25 imposed charge for conditioning to the exterior trim of vehicles outside of the monthly cost paid for tire conditioning in the unlimited package, I had remained a loyal customer. Until now. When I went this weekend to get my truck washed, I was told that my roof rack would not be allowed going forward. Disappointing to say the least. I understand there are a select few customers that had a bad customer experience when it came to their racks and their equipment. However, this set of circumstances is very similar to car antennas. Cobblestone has disclaimers posted in high visibility areas about antennas why wouldn't the same logic apply to roof racks? Let the customer incur any potential risk. Another consideration to maintain customer loyalty may be a hand washing option. I know the decision to ban aftermarket roof racks is already having huge detrimental implications on the business based on a discussion I had with the onsite manager. What's alarming is the rule had just gone into effect 2 days prior. Based on this series of experiences, I've become disillusioned with Cobblestone and asked that they cancel my membership effective immediately. Wishing their organization all the best with their strategic business initiatives. read more

I have been going to cobblestone on 38th st and Bell rd for seven years for all of my oil changes and car washes on two vehicles. The quality of service has daminished greatly over the last year. Oil dripping from my truck the last 3 oil changes. My wife took her car in for an oil change. they checked the tire pressure. when she got home all of the valve stem caps were gone. I went back to cobblestone and there were valve stem caps laying the service bay ! They used to do a full -service car wash and vacuum & clean the windows. TODAY I WENT AT 7AM TO GET AN OIL CHANGE. I SAT THEIR FOR 25 MINUTES AND THE LUBE BAY NEVER OPENED. I'm DONE WITH COBBLESTONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

-1 * The past 2 thru the self car wash tunnel has be disappointing. Seems like the spot free rinse cycle is just a drizzle ever since they have employees wiping your car off at the end of the tunnel. So if you missed a wipe down, you'll see hard water spots every where. And if you do get a wipe down, it's awkward not to tip. I rather take my car to Clean Freaks & clean it myself. read more

They never met an up-sell they didn't like, but they do good work. If you have will power, come here for a good value wash.

My go-to spot for oil change, fluid check and car wash all-in-one. The technicians are very helpful and get you in and out in a reasonable time. As some have already mentioned, the convenience store includes Dunkin Donuts which is pretty sweet -- pun intended. They also have comfy leather chairs inside for you to wait while your car is being serviced/cleaned. One added bonus I experienced one visit (they're not always there) was windshield glass damage repair. In completing an oil change and hand wash, it was determined my windshield had a chip that would have expanded quickly if not addressed. They were able to add resin and resolve the chip quickly and at no cost (if your insurance covers glass damage w/$0 deductible). There have been a few times where the wash did not clean off certain dirt marks on my car, but if addressed, the techs always take care of it. I am a satisfied customer who will continue to visit! read more

As far as car washes goes, it is nice that they have out door seating and a coffee shop inside. Other than that, I was largely uncomfortable with the employees and service of the wash. Service: I expect up selling as a person who was in sales, and I expect the questions and requests to upgrade no matter what package you pick. I picked the 19.99 package, the guy who was helping me politely asked if I would like to up grade. I declined and thought that would be it. No big deal. Less than 5 feet from my car, I get spotted and swooped on by another employee about a crack in my windshield. Before I even replied I his "hello" I got an entire speech about fixing it, dangerous to drive, and insurance would cover it. I said "I am fine today man thanks" in hopes if could leave that awkward situation and read my book on peace. Entering the building another employee (another windshield guy) chases me down to ask why I didn't set an appointment to get it replaced. I responded that I didn't want to and my insurance wouldn't cover the cost. He then asked to see my insurance card, and handed me his business card in hopes of making a sale. I don't know what the deal is here, but this is more aggressive than a used car salesman and a door to door salesman combined. My insurance policy is none of any ones business, much less someone that runs through a car wash trying to talk me into stuff. I really that I wasn't handed a card that I would promptly throw away On too of all that nonsense, car still had spots on all the windows, and there was parts of the interior that were not cleaned out and still had dirt in them. I was in a pinch and needed a wash, but given the choice I will wash my own car knowing it will be done right and that I won't be hit up 3 different times for service I don't need. No means no car wash. Leave me be, I am already giving you money. Anyone know of a car wash that does a better job that won't track and shake you down at every turn? Pictures to follow on the poor quality of work. read more

I was a little wary about going here because of the negative reviews but every time I drive by this place it's always busy, so it can't be THAT bad, right? I initially went in to get a transmission flush. The service is very well priced at $119.99, which is over $100 cheaper than Jiffy Lube...plus they had the car done in less than 20 minutes. The staff inside the oil and lube area was very nice and professional. I was very pleased with this service. I had a similar experience when I brought my car in for an oil change and power steering fluid change. They were professional and took the time to show me that certain things needed to be done. When I got my transmission done I went ahead and added a diamond touch wash because my car was disgustingly filthy. They actually did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time, I must say. There were a few missed spots in the interior and I wish they did a better job cleaning the navigation screen but overall I'm really pleased. I'm happy they did a good job because this place is literally like 1.5 miles from my house. The location also sells shell gasoline but I don't recommend getting it here because it's overpriced. If you want shell gas, go 1 block east and fill up at the Arizona Ave & Germann location. It's a good 20-30¢ cheaper usually. read more

I'm here at least once a week, AT LEAST! I make sure to open the trunk of my car so they could vacuum and perhaps dust it. Vacuum is a hit or miss and even when I buy the most expensive wash the back NEVER gets wiped. Oh... and don't come here with a small dot on your window from a rock, they will try to sell you on a new windshield. Not once but twice they did that to me even going to the extent of going to my glove compartment to get my insurance card. Two stars because the outside of my car is always cleaned good. Update--- 5/9/2017 1:45pm I'm trying so hard to like this place but after yesterday I'm canceling my monthly membership! Took my car in for the usual wash and as I drove away... almost on the 202, I look back and my rear defogger is dangling. Did they wipe my window that harsh? read more

I don't care how many times I go here, the wash rarely gets my white vehicle clean. They end up having to wipe my vehicle down with their dirty bucket of water (only after I point out the fact that there are still bugs, bird poop, dirt, etc. left on the surface). The only time it gets clean is when the guy at the beginning does a lot of pre-spray with the wand. The one time I had my vehicle detailed, they broke my hood release and I had to argue with the GM because he said his folks would have told him they broke it. Oh and my vehicle is old so must've just been time for it to break (it is old but I'm the original owner and have it serviced by the dealer for everything - it's in such great shape the dealer tells me not to buy a new one!). Well it has never had a problem and was not broken prior to taking it in, so I guess I assume... Not sure of the logic - so if it's more than what 3 years, 5 years, 7 years - what is an acceptable age to allow your vehicle to be abused? But I digress. I had it repaired at the dealer and took in the receipt. Was treated to a full service Express wash. Wow! Too bad because frankly they did a good job - but buyer beware. My wife will not take the new Acura TL here for obvious reasons. read more

Dropped off car for a detail at 8:15am and it was not done at 6pm. I cannot imagine there were that many cars that came in to get detailed before 8am!? The major issues, as other reviewers have mentioned, always some angle with these guys. Very hard on the upsell and trying to sell detailing package "discounts". Over many years I have bought a few detail cards from them for "50%" off. But when redeem them there is always a 'problem'. It is usually a battle to get what the deal page shows and the darn thing is stapled to the card! Done buying those from them. I'll stick with the normal wash when there are coupons... the detailing, even at 50% the advertised price, is not getting your moneys worth, and not worth the hassle. read more

I spent $229 for a bar clay wax on my car on my 1st visit. Yes my car was shiny but my spoiler was still dull, for that amount of money, the shine should have been blinding, but it was just ok. My car is red with black rims and I explained to the guy that I could not bend to do the inside of my rims due to me being disabled with a bad back and hip. When my car was returned to me the inside of my rims still had the same brake dust inside the rim. To make a very long story short, I was and still am very displeased with the lies the guys tell you just to get your business but even moreso with the service. Shit, my car came with more stains that it didn't come with. I would give this establishment 0- minus stars, but I can't. If you want a half-assed job on your car where they have to run it through the wash not once but twice, then Cobblestone is where you should take your baby to get mistreated. read more

$21 for a basic full service wash. They did a very poor job vacuuming as I had to pick up a few pieces of trash still left on the floor. Does not include any tire cleaner. Does not include wiping the center console or the doors. Does not include wiping the floor mats. When I asked the attendant, I was told the vehicle was dirty and I should get a detail service. This is a good location for gasoline or snack needs but we don't frequent them often for car wash needs anymore. They are pretty much always busy, which isn't a bad thing and most of the people that work here are friendly and do good work. The place itself is clean and pretty well maintained. read more

I went into Cobblestone today for a basic interior detail, specifically said nothing special. Salesman (Nicholas, I think it was) asked me what I wanted done, again I told him a basic detail. He asked if I wanted to get the headlights done and I agreed. I was wholeheartedly expecting this to be $60-$75 maximum. He never disclosed the price of what he put into the iPad and waited for me to get out of my car with my hands full to hand me my receipt. As soon as I got home, I checked the price he charged and it read $635.00. My jaw dropped. I immediately called the store, told them to stop working on my car and that I was on my way to pick it up. Thankfully, they only drove it through the wash. I feel completely disrespected and taken advantage of as a woman because this has happened to me here before with the oil and lube but I felt like I made it clear enough that I did not want anything more than the most basic wash and detail. The manager Nick was helpful in getting me a return but I feel so upset with the way they thought they could con me for $635. read more
