$21 for a basic full service wash. They did a very poor job vacuuming as I had to pick up a few pieces of trash still left on the floor. Does not include any tire cleaner. Does not include wiping the center console or the doors. Does not include wiping the floor mats. When I asked the attendant, I was told the vehicle was dirty and I should get a detail service. No way I would give them any more of my time or my money. read more

I went into Cobblestone today for a basic interior detail, specifically said nothing special. Salesman (Nicholas, I think it was) asked me what I wanted done, again I told him a basic detail. He asked if I wanted to get the headlights done and I agreed. I was wholeheartedly expecting this to be $60-$75 maximum. He never disclosed the price of what he put into the iPad and waited for me to get out of my car with my hands full to hand me my receipt. As soon as I got home, I checked the price he charged and it read $635.00. My jaw dropped. I immediately called the store, told them to stop working on my car and that I was on my way to pick it up. Thankfully, they only drove it through the wash. I feel completely disrespected and taken advantage of as a woman because this has happened to me here before with the oil and lube but I felt like I made it clear enough that I did not want anything more than the most basic wash and detail. The manager Nick was helpful in getting me a return but I feel so upset with the way they thought they could con me for $635. read more

Very poor service in the oil shop! I will never go back to this place, not even for a car wash, and that's sad because this is less than a mile from my house! I have been going to cobblestone on 38th st and Bell rd for seven years for all of my oil changes and car washes on two vehicles. The quality of service has daminished greatly over the last year. Oil dripping from my truck the last 3 oil changes. My wife took her car in for an oil change. they checked the tire pressure. when she got home all of the valve stem caps were gone. I went back to cobblestone and there were valve stem caps laying the service bay ! They used to do a full -service car wash and vacuum & clean the windows. TODAY I WENT AT 7AM TO GET AN OIL CHANGE. I'm here at least once a week, AT LEAST! I make sure to open the trunk of my car so they could vacuum and perhaps dust it. Vacuum is a hit or miss and even when I buy the most expensive wash the back NEVER gets wiped. Oh... and don't come here with a small dot on your window from a rock, they will try to sell you on a new windshield. Not once but twice they did that to me even going to the extent of going to my glove compartment to get my insurance card. Two stars because the outside of my car is always cleaned good. I had a subscription for unlimited washes. All was fine, I no longer have the car, Cancelled my subscription last July. I am now seeing that I am still be charged. Tried to call a Customer Service line, no one answers, and can't leave a call back number since the mailbox is full.. So angry and disappointed. I have been charged for over 6 months after cancelling. No longer have the car and so I do not have the bar code. How do you cancel and how do I get a refund for the months that I have been charged in error? read more

I didn't have actual work done, or car washed. I was coming in to ask questions around Mother's Day and I met Shania Smith who so graciously answered all of my questions. Mind you she was at a closed register completing another task. All it took was for her to see a look of confusion on my face for her to start asking questions, going over the information that I was looking at, and providing me options on how to handle what I wanted to accomplish. Pay cash only. Last February, while I was on vacation in Phoenix went to the car wash on Ray and McClintock with my rental car that had bird feces on it. Used my credit card to pay for an $11.00 car wash. Every since then the card is being charged $20.00 every month for "fast pass" which I did not sign up for (I live in Hawaii). To stop the monthly charges you are referred to a website that needs a "bar code" number which I don't have. My attempts to contact someone at the corporate or billing dept have been in vain - keep getting referred to the "fast pass" website. I was told I needed to flush my brand new radiator that just got replaced 3 days ago. When I told the guy the radiator is brand new , he just goes ok im sorry. On top of that he tried to charge me for other things that totaled almost 700 bucks. I told him I just need an oil change nothing else cuz I lost trust in this guy and the entire crew out there. This is a good location for gasoline or snack needs but we don't frequent them often for car wash needs anymore. They are pretty much always busy, which isn't a bad thing and most of the people that work here are friendly and do good work. There's an inside window where kiddos can watch the cars going through the wash process and there's a fair amount of seating to enjoy a comfortable wait. My go-to spot for oil change, fluid check and car wash all-in-one. The technicians are very helpful and get you in and out in a reasonable time. As some have already mentioned, the convenience store includes Dunkin Donuts which is pretty sweet -- pun intended. They also have comfy leather chairs inside for you to wait while your car is being serviced/cleaned. One added bonus I experienced one visit (they're not always there) was windshield glass damage repair. In completing an oil change and hand wash, it was determined my windshield had a chip that would have expanded quickly if not addressed. They were able to add resin and resolve the chip quickly and at no cost (if your insurance covers glass damage w/$0 deductible). There have been a few times where the wash did not clean off certain dirt marks on my car, but if addressed, the techs always take care of it. I am a satisfied customer who will continue to visit! read more

I joined their unlimited plan on 8/14/22 for $30 and was given unlimited sticker on windshield. On 8/28/22 I went to get my car washed and they stated that they didn't have it in their system. I provided proof of debit from bank account but they said no and offered me the unlimited plan or to pay for the wash today. I had to pay $25 for the wash. They stated there was nothing they could do. As it stands right now I would say I am now a possible victim of really bad customer service. Anyone interested in class action? read more

Got a monthly membership to try. Cancelled it on their website, 15 days prior to it auto payment. They sent an email indicating, they were sorry to see me go. A few days prior to my renewal, a person called because they had to talk to me, I called got a voicemail and told them yes I was cancelling. They knew, they wanted to try to sell me. -1 * The past 2 thru the self car wash tunnel has be disappointing. Seems like the spot free rinse cycle is just a drizzle ever since they have employees wiping your car off at the end of the tunnel. So if you missed a wipe down, you'll see hard water spots every where. And if you do get a wipe down, it's awkward not to tip. I rather take my car to Clean Freaks & clean it myself. read more

As far as car washes goes, it is nice that they have out door seating and a coffee shop inside. Other than that, I was largely uncomfortable with the employees and service of the wash. Service: I expect up selling as a person who was in sales, and I expect the questions and requests to upgrade no matter what package you pick. I picked the 19.99 package, the guy who was helping me politely asked if I would like to up grade. I declined and thought that would be it. No big deal. Less than 5 feet from my car, I get spotted and swooped on by another employee about a crack in my windshield. Before I even replied I his "hello" I got an entire speech about fixing it, dangerous to drive, and insurance would cover it. I said "I am fine today man thanks" in hopes if could leave that awkward situation and read my book on peace. Entering the building another employee (another windshield guy) chases me down to ask why I didn't set an appointment to get it replaced. I responded that I didn't want to and my insurance wouldn't cover the cost. He then asked to see my insurance card, and handed me his business card in hopes of making a sale. I don't know what the deal is here, but this is more aggressive than a used car salesman and a door to door salesman combined. My insurance policy is none of any ones business, much less someone that runs through a car wash trying to talk me into stuff. I really that I wasn't handed a card that I would promptly throw away On too of all that nonsense, car still had spots on all the windows, and there was parts of the interior that were not cleaned out and still had dirt in them. I was in a pinch and needed a wash, but given the choice I will wash my own car knowing it will be done right and that I won't be hit up 3 different times for service I don't need. No means no car wash. Leave me be, I am already giving you money. Anyone know of a car wash that does a better job that won't track and shake you down at every turn? I was a little wary about going here because of the negative reviews but every time I drive by this place it's always busy, so it can't be THAT bad, right? I initially went in to get a transmission flush. The service is very well priced at $119.99, which is over $100 cheaper than Jiffy Lube...plus they had the car done in less than 20 minutes. The staff inside the oil and lube area was very nice and professional. I was very pleased with this service. I had a similar experience when I brought my car in for an oil change and power steering fluid change. They were professional and took the time to show me that certain things needed to be done. When I got my transmission done I went ahead and added a diamond touch wash because my car was disgustingly filthy. They actually did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time, I must say. There were a few missed spots in the interior and I wish they did a better job cleaning the navigation screen but overall I'm really pleased. I'm happy they did a good job because this place is literally like 1.5 miles from my house. The location also sells shell gasoline but I don't recommend getting it here because it's overpriced. If you want shell gas, go 1 block east and fill up at the Arizona Ave & Germann location. It's a good 20-30¢ cheaper usually. read more

I don't care how many times I go here, the wash rarely gets my white vehicle clean. They end up having to wipe my vehicle down with their dirty bucket of water (only after I point out the fact that there are still bugs, bird poop, dirt, etc. left on the surface). The only time it gets clean is when the guy at the beginning does a lot of pre-spray with the wand. The one time I had my vehicle detailed, they broke my hood release and I had to argue with the GM because he said his folks would have told him they broke it. Oh and my vehicle is old so must've just been time for it to break (it is old but I'm the original owner and have it serviced by the dealer for everything - it's in such great shape the dealer tells me not to buy a new one!). Well it has never had a problem and was not broken prior to taking it in, so I guess I assume... Not sure of the logic - so if it's more than what 3 years, 5 years, 7 years - what is an acceptable age to allow your vehicle to be abused? But I digress. I had it repaired at the dealer and took in the receipt. Was treated to a full service Express wash. Wow! Too bad because frankly they did a good job - but buyer beware. My wife will not take the new Acura TL here for obvious reasons. read more

Dropped off car for a detail at 8:15am and it was not done at 6pm. I cannot imagine there were that many cars that came in to get detailed before 8am!? The major issues, as other reviewers have mentioned, always some angle with these guys. Very hard on the upsell and trying to sell detailing package "discounts". Over many years I have bought a few detail cards from them for "50%" off. But when redeem them there is always a 'problem'. It is usually a battle to get what the deal page shows and the darn thing is stapled to the card! Done buying those from them. I'll stick with the normal wash when there are coupons... the detailing, even at 50% the advertised price, is not getting your moneys worth, and not worth the hassle. read more

Do not sign up for Monthly Unlimited Pass. It's a rip off. Check out BBB and RipoffReport.com. I signed up for their unlimited wash monthly plan 2 years ago when this place first opened as Splash. This place has changed so much for the worse ever since it was sold to Cobblestone. Today, Manager Courtney in picture, told me I need to have the decal on my window or she will cancel the plan. I told her I don't want the ugly decal on my windshield, so am I going to get my refund for the monthly prepayment? She couldn't answer, but went on to say it's not a prepay and that I pay in arrears plus I used 3 times already this month, so I got my money's worth. I told her no, it's a prepay and not post pay and that it is unlimited, so doesn't matter how many times I have used it so far. In fact, their slogan is that I can wash everyday if I want to. She then got defensive and called Chandler Police on me for her not being able to make sense. Police came and took my side. No worries. The credit card company will do the same. Bye Felicia. I hope ICE doesn't raid your shop. UPDATE: It appears Shawn L still doesn't understand what unlimited wash plan means. It means it doesn't matter how many times a person washes his car, the pass is a MONTHLY pass, so when it is cancelled, it needs to be prorated or refunded. I knew Courtney would lie about the encounter, so everything was recorded. If there were a scuffle, there would have been witnesses from other customers near the office on 6/30 between 11am and Noon. The police took my wide after its review. Shawn is a liar and lacks integrity and ethics as a Operations Manager. Just fyi, when I bought my new car, I was given the decal by a Splash employee and I was told I didn't have to place it on my windshield. I was greatest by Jim, a Very nice guy... The OVERSELLING was a bit much, but, it was nothing.... compared to what I discovered when I got into my car , for nearly $25.00 , my mats were barely vacuumed, underneath wasn't touched, between the console and the 2 front seats, was exactly what I specifically went to the carwash for, was crumbs, food, coins, straw papers, etc. Not even touched!! The. Enntire Interior dash, doors, cup holders and console, even the steering wheel was still dirty, NOTHING was done to the interior, except the windows.. The outside had dirt, fingerprints , and water spots!! I stood out front cleaning the inside myself and callled the manager went straight to voice mail, called corporate and of course again voice mail!! And, you guessed it straight to voice mail!! I always come to this location to get my oil changed. I drive out of my way for this particular location to change my oil. They do a fantastic job every time, and they are honest and thorough with their work. They usually get you in and out in a timely fashion as well. No hard, pushy upselling either, which I enjoy. read more

After a year of dealing with a lousy car wash due to convenience as it's right down the street, I will be canceling my membership. If your looking for a quick wash without any attention to detail this place is ok with the basic wash. I have purchased every wash they offer. The basic wash is in the name, it pretty much rinses the dust off your car. Anything above that is a waste of time and money. First you will wait at least an hour for a car wash but In there defense they do get busy. This is a chain, therefore it's all about money...get people in and get people out. Second, no matter what wash you purchase basic- supreme, they are the exact same. I promise you will not notice a difference. One of the workers even told me that there is no difference between the works and the premium. They just charge more and do the same thing. Therefore I tried it, to me, he was correct there was no difference. 3rd, the final string. I asked for two things, my driver side rubber floor mat to be cleaned and my wheel wells to be cleaned. The sales associate assured me that if I upgrade to the works wash he will take care of my requests. I even left my car there so they could take their time. Upon my arrival neither of my requests were made. I took it back, they clean the mat and sprayed the wheel wells. Only problem is they pay no attention to detail, the wheel wells looked no different because they didn't make an ounce of effort to just use a rag. Long story short I am now looking for a wash that actually cares about their customers. read more

I went in today expecting to get a great car wash like I have in the past, and I was unpleasantly surprised when I received my Jeep back, the carpet looked like it wasn't vacuumed and the tires looked like they weren't even touched, the dash wasn't wiped down and they're water marks all over the vehicle. I can't say enough about how simply incredible this place is. Let me tell you a little story about how out of this world amazing this place is and their incredible general manager Del I came in for a regular car wash and had a great impressive wash done to my Mini Cooper. But when I got home I noticed the antenna was completely broken off. Needless to say I was quite upset. I went back a week later to completely expect them to tell me "to bad". As a recent transplant from New York City, this is what I was used to. But that is not what happened. I spoke to their General Manager Del and I was blown away about how concerned and professional he was. He took my statement and pictures and said he'd talk to his boss about it. I though "ok they'll probably only give me half if anything", my New Yorker attitude again. 3 days later I got a call saying that Del would get it replaced on site at no cost. MYJAWDROPPED. I've never had anything so nice happen in my life. Not only did they fix it, but they threw in a car wash. Two times I have gotten a car wash from them, the Ultimate and Diamond ($35-$45) to which I have also signed up for their Fast Pass membership. While the Diamond was more impressive than their Ultimate, it appears as though they always miss spots, twice they forgot to add the freshner, and the whole process takes about an hour or more. I understand that they're a busy car wash, which is why I have decided to cancel my Fast Pass membership The money is not worth the time and the overlooked mistakes. I can see by previous reviews, I am not the only one. Also, this Fast Pass membership I tried cancelling multiple times gave me error messages and that "someone" will contact me. We decided to give cobblestone another try. The guys checking in cars informed us that they would be spraying a chemical in the car to fight off Covid. I asked if we could skip it since my daughter has asthma and I didn't know what kind of chemical it was. He responds in the most nasty way, "NO, WE'RE NOT GOING TO TOUCH YOUR CAR WITHOUT SPRAYING IT FIRST". That's completely fine and understandable, but the attitude of this degenerate POS ensures that we will never return to any Cobblestone location. I said I'd have to pass and take my vehicle elsewhere. The other guy says, "GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, NO ONE ELSE IS GOING TO TOUCH IT EITHER, BYE...", with a seriously rude sarcastic tone. Both of these guys then stood there glaring at us, and it took everything in my power not to get out and knock the teeth out of their trashy mouths. Now I'm going to put effort into making sure this place loses business by sharing our experience with others. If management wants to put people like this unsupervised as the first point of contact to customers, then in my opinion they obviously don't care. read more

Very disappointed in how the express car wash program has changed. I pay Cobblestone a monthly fee for unlimited washes for my vehicle. I recently tried to cancel this service to discover that I could not just call them and cancel it. But had to go to a website to cancel the service. The website wanted $37 to cancel my plan! This was not the case when I signed up for this service and there was no notice given of this cancelation policy change. This is a poor way to do business!!!! read more

Made the mistake of purchasing the unlimited plan... don't use it as much as I thought i would and when I do use it, the job they do is subpar. Called to cancel and they talked me into continuing service at a discounted rate promising me "we put notes on your file and it will be much better next time." It wasnt. Nothing was wiped down, no new car sent, trash still in the console (straw wrappers i missed precleaning), leaves still on the floors, bugs still on the windshield and hood and they didn't even wash the wheel wells. They put this shiny stuff on your tires and when you drive it leaves a black mess in your wheel wells. I figured they would at least get that since it is their product causing the mess. Sigh...I will be calling to cancel cancel. Disappointing to say the least. Now off to wash my car the correct way. read more

My F250 had a couple of thousands of road miles on it when I took it in on a coupon to the Pima Rd. Cobblestone Auto Spa in Scottsdale. First, the drivers seat was way out of adjustment, interior vacuumed, but litter box still full. Steering wheel was sticky. It didn't arrive that way - I cleaned it when I got home. Outside edges still showed dirt, lots of it. I pointed it out so Mr. Worthless cleaned one of four doors and didn't bother to walk around the vehicle. Stunningly incompetent! Buyer beware. read more
