Very disappointing. I called several places to get a price for an oil change for my truck. I got prices of $150, $180, $220 and $250 from the dealership. I decided to go here for $150, which was the cheapest but not out of line. My husband called to make the appointment and he was quoted the same price. We showed up and were told it has to be $250 because the truck is diesel. We both specifically said it was diesel when we called. So this seems to be a bait and switch. I can pay that price to get it done at the dealership- so why would I come here? Needless to say we have taken the truck somewhere else. read more

As grateful as I am to have my tires replaced their time estimate was severely off and there was not enough communication. I brought my car in at 7:45am and was told it would take 40 minutes to get my tires replaced. I asked if it was enough time to make sure I can get to work by 9am. I was informed at 8:50am that they are aligning my tires without communication on the cost of the additional expense. They also said it would take an additional 10 minutes, it did not. What was supposed to be 40-50 minutes ended up taking an hour and a half and despite the car being aligned it still favors the right side. read more

I went in for an oil change. I arrived 30 mins early for my appt and had a short wait. When checking the vehicle in with Mike, I'm told the oil change would take 90 mins. I asked why so long, I'm told because they will rotate my tires. OK, I'll see how this goes. They're close to my home, so I leave instead of waiting, they will call me when it's done. 3 &1/2 hrs later still no call, so I called the shop. I'm told there was an issue with the drain plug, that they are almost done. I continue to wait, after another hour I call an Uber and head to the shop. When I got there, they tell me they had to replace the drain plug, $17.00. I am then given a list of all the things wrong with my car and why I need to fix them. My car is in great shape, it has no mechanical issues. Mike, the manager gives me a list that states I need: 2 new Front struts, a new Rt CV boot, 2 new rear brakes and 2 new rotors, a new serpentine belt + a new alternator belt. Also, my battery is dead. $1, 889.00 of work I need + 2 front tires ($489.00). I have an extended warranty on my car, if I had believed any of that I would have said, go ahead and do it. Everything but the tires would have been covered by the warranty. I got my keys and got the hell outta there. Funny thing is when I got in the car everything worked just fine and the car started up on the first push of the button. Funny how batteries just do that, huh. Oh and by the way, they never rotated my tires. read more

My first visit at this store revealed that its a good quality shop because they did not try and do a service that the car didn't need. I brought my 2007 Elantra in because the brake pedal was "soft" and I didn't think I had brakes. I didn't have an appointment but was able to have a technician check it out. He and the Manager looked at all aspects of the brakes and didn't really see any problems. Suspecting there might be condensation in the power brake line we decided to change out the fluid. I noticed an improvement in the brake pedal response. The Manager did not try and sell me anything more and this is why they are an honest shop. That's all I want and I will be using them for my future maintenance needs! read more

I have been a 23 year customer of this location. Purcells was very good. Iconic tire took over and they just lost a long time customer. I've had issues with them in the past but decided to give them one more chance. I had a flat tire and live less then 3/4 mile from Iconic. Before I called roadside assistance to get spare put on the car I called to verify they had a tire in stock for my car. Was told they had one and it was almost twice the price of the last tire I got from them. Got the spare on and took car to Iconic for the tire so I could get to work. After 15 minutes there was told " sorry I quoted you on the wrong tire and we can get your tire tomorrow". I left my old tire and rim with them and returned home, no work today. I was texted that my tire was in and went back again. After explaining the whole story again because the person I was dealing with was not there and didn't leave any instructions my tire was replaced. Was told the work was complete and the tech was just putting my spare back in its storage space. Settled the bill and waited for car to be brought around. Asked twice where my car was and was told the tech was having problems putting the spare back. Nobody at the desk for a while I actually had to call them from the lobby for update. 29 minutes later my car was brought around. It took almost 1/2 hour to put my spare put back, longer then the whole replacement job took. When I got my car back the passengers armrest was filthy where they leaned to mount the spare tire.They lost a longtime customer. read more

There's all new people in the front office and they're reliable and honest. I tried to go to another tire place this morning as I had a nail in my tire and was worried about a flat, that place was understaffed and way too busy for my schedule today, so I called iconic and they got me in within a half hour and I was in and out within an hour after bringing my car in. The nail didn't puncture my tire, but they double-checked and did a water test and found no puncture or leaks. I'm very happy with their handling of my situation. I was in Aawatukee and had a flat tire. AAA came out and put the donut tire on but wanted to get the regular tire fixed if that was possible. I drove in to the shop on Ray Road. I did not have an appointment, but the manager, Alex took care of me right away. He was so kind to me. He explained everything to me and got the tire fixed and back on the car in minutes. His tech was also amazing. He checked the pressure on all 4 of the tires. He explained what the reading should be and was so polite. I would definitely recommend this shop to everyone.
