Brian gave us an honest deal and was a pleasure to work with. The second experience was this week. We live far from this place...we wanted to use Slaughter but tried first to see if another shop closer would be able to help. They couldn't give me a definite answer or make me feel like my car was in good hands without it being way expensive. Decided to make the drive & drop off at Slaughter. The fix was done within a day & the bill was very reasonable. Decided to bite the bullet from now on and make the drive with my car repairs bc I know the shop will be honest & reasonable . I cannot say enough great things about Crawford's Auto Repair!…read moreI brought my truck in thinking I had a suspension issue because of a squeaky noise that had been getting worse. They got me in quickly, were incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and took the time to thoroughly check everything out. It turned out to be something as simple as a loose spare tire, something that could have easily been misdiagnosed elsewhere. What really stood out to me is that they fixed the issue right then and there and didn't charge me anything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. As a woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating trying to find an auto shop you can truly trust. At Crawford's, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and confident that I was being treated fairly, no upselling, no pressure, just genuine help. They've absolutely earned my trust, and I will be coming back for any future car needs. If you're looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

Will never give Crawford's my business and they're just another auto shop that's dishonest and takes advantage of their customers. Hard to find integrity these days!!
