I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with these guys. Not only were they pleasant to work with, they also took the time to explain everything so I could understand. They walked me through every step. I have never trusted a shop more after coming here. The level of accommodation here is unmatched. They communicated during the entire project and even made sure I could get a ride there when my car was finished My car is my baby, and they treated it that way. These guys are down to earth, super professional, and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the quality of work when it was finished. Went the extra mile and did me a huge favor when other shops paid no attention or wanted to charge me unrealistic prices - Full coil-over swap and adjustment: 2020 Subaru WRX STI read more

Have been using Autobahn Imports for several years and am pleased with their service. Quick diagnosis and repairs. I like their honesty and quality of work. Jimi and team are the best in the valley. I was using another shop with a similar name Autobaun and they were a ripoff. Don't get these two companies mixed up. Autobahn Autobaun . Autobaun is finally out of business. read more

I will definitely be recommending the team to many others. 5 star service! Excellent! read more

Really happy with the service. Had issues with my vehicle and I shopped around on Yelp. Autobahn was super quick to respond and easy to discuss the details. They diagnosed my vehicle, was transparent with the details, and fixed up my vehicle all within a day. They even drove my vehicle back home when I was working! The experience was great as the shop worked with my overall schedule. I did not have to take time off, puzzle piece my schedule, etc. Reach out to this shop if your vehicle ever needs to be looked in to. read more

TLDR; HIGHLY recommend this shop for your auto repairs! I initially had sent out a project request to multiple local auto shops on Yelp to see if anyone was willing to repair my car with my own parts that I had bought. Many mechanics won't due to liability (and because they won't make more money off of using parts that you provide). Autobahn Imports Service was the first one to quickly respond back to me and yes, they do offer repairs with parts you bring in. But obviously, there won't be warranty on them. After receiving multiple quotes, Autobahn was the most competitive. I'm always hesitant to bring my car to an auto shop because it's more often than not that women get treated differently and mechanics will try to upsell you or tell you to fix things that don't need to be fixed. Mind you, I've had a diagnosis report conducted *last year* from a different auto shop, in which they listed all these things that needed to be fixed. I don't know everything about cars but I know just enough to know I didn't actually need all of those repairs aside from a couple I was already aware of that would need to be addressed in due time. When Autobahn provided me with my report, my initial thoughts were confirmed in that 80% of those "issues" weren't even a problem. Anyway, I came with my own replacement shocks, struts, and accessories. Jimil was very communicative discussed the issues with my car. Turns out, my front struts were the wrong model (thanks, AutoZone) while my back shocks fit perfectly. Another issue I had was my starter was not functioning correctly (which I was aware of) so he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed that up too. Jimil let me decide whether I wanted to wait until new front shocks came into his shop the next day or if I wanted to take the car home that day and come back another time to replace them. We discussed pricing for both scenarios and he was very honest. I ended up leaving my car with him overnight and got it all fixed up the next day. He and his team neatly put all of the parts I provided that he couldn't use back in my car prior to my arrival. Everything was quick and seamless. I could 100% feel the difference in how my car was running when I drove off. And it's also important to note that Jimil was attentive to my concerns and he gave me absolutely zero pressure to do anything with my car that I didn't want to. I can't recommend this shop enough! I will only be going to him and his team for my car needs. read more

I could not recommend a Autobahn more!! They were awesome from start to finish, I was in a really bad situation with my car and they talked me through everything being extremely helpful. I felt like they were very honest and I was getting the best deal. I will only take my car to them going forward, I got my car back in perfect condition in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them also, I really appreciated how communicative Jimmy was with me. He really listened and answered all of my questions. read more

Do urself a favor..save ur money and find somewhere else find anywhere else but here runnnnn....starts off with a a 100 diagnose ok cool I adviseu just get a diagnose just to have another opinion if u was to end up going here and you'll see ur car probably would randomly have more problems of course for them to fix...thing is they do a poor job at fixing anything more than likely you're going to be back again and eventually the nice guys and the nice talk goes out the window because ur not satisfied with the work it's just all bad owner is never there he just gives orders from home...don't give these guys the time of day with ur car ur better off finding a homeless guy to help u off the street read more

My BMW 528i has been down for nearly five months. I had been to several bmw dealerships as well as a few repair shops to receive estimates to replace the starter, the fuel pump, and the battery. The dealerships quoted me between $2,800 to $3,800 while the various other shops were between $1,800 to $2,500, and that didn't even include the labor costs! Plus, none of them would allow me to purchase and provide the parts myself! Not to mention, many of them were rude and unprofessional. But then I found Autobahn Imports here on Yelp. I was contacted by Jimmi at Autobahn Imports and was given a great estimate. I had my car towed to his shop, and two days later, I was back "on the road again"! Jiminy and his staff were friendly and professional. My car is running like a top now! I fully recommend Jimmy and his staff for all your automotive needs! Thank you, Autobahn Imports! read more

Autobahn Imports - "On the road again!" - Auto Repair Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Jimi and his team at Autobahn are the best of the best. We had an issue with the transmission in my son's highly specialized Audi. We initially took it to another recommended shop in the area that misdiagnosed our issue initially and charged us a couple thousand $ to make a repair that truly didn't need to be done. After not fixing our issue, that shop came back suggesting our only option was to replace the entire transmission with a completely new one direct from Audi for $16k. At that point I found Jimi at Autobahn. We took the car from the other shop and brought the car to Jimi. He quickly dug in and determined we did need a new transmission but worked tirelessly to find us a used one with a warranty for many thousands less. This was a big job and Jimi kept us updated through the entire process. We will undoubtedly use Jimi and Autobahn going forward. He's honest, reasonable and does incredible work. Don't hesitate to take your car to him. You will not be disappointed! read more

those guys are scammers and crooks they take advantage of the customers ignorance of cars and it mechanical issues, and use a manipulation tactics to pass their agendas like telling the customers there is many issues with their vehicles when the fact is the car is working fine and it's not as bad as they make it sound, they are so desperate to make a quick buck. they are dishonest , untrustworthy and disingenuous. read more

Knowledgeable mechanics that get repairs done right and in a timely manner. I will recommend them to anyone!

My car required a complete replacement of the A/C system. This work was done well, and the team worked around my schedule. They also identified other issues that needed attention and notified me before it became a problem. I'll be glad to work with them in the future. read more

Responsive but only thing that kept me from choosing them is they don't do mobile repairs! Only in shop
