Gotta tell ya..... these are the best guys AROUND! Chris, Jim and the gang are real pros, both the work they do (most recently on my pristine Highlander that a deer ran into the side of - repaired PERFECTLY). AND.... what can be MORE important .....they excel in dealing with the damn insurance company on your behalf. Avoid the shops that your insurance company steers you to, because they are usually bought-and-paid for BY the insurance company. You have the right to have your vehicle repaired where YOU want it done, and THIS is the place you want it done. read more

Do NOT go to Scottsdale Premier Collision. Working with them was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Their communication is beyond terrible--getting a basic update on my vehicle was like pulling teeth, and dealing with their customer service was frustrating at every turn. To make matters worse, they charged me $812 just to look at my car, plus a $500 administrative fee on top of it. They charged me $812 and didn't fix a single thing on my vehicle. Paying that much for zero work completed and having to deal with atrocious customer service is completely unacceptable. Save yourself the money, time, and stress--take your vehicle anywhere else! read more

This is the best and only place I take my vehicle..You will not be disappointed! I can't recommend them enough. The mechanics here are top notch and always give the best deal for their work. They really care and will do anything to make sure you are satisfied with their service. I appreciate this shop and the integrity of the mechanics - they have my greatest respect. I'm so grateful, thank you! read more

Scottsdale Premier Collision is the best in the valley for auto body and mechanical repairs. I appreciate that I can always trust their opinion and know they are giving me a great price. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else! read more

This place is getting rich off of scamming your insurance company and also buying reviews to cover up their bad reviews. DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT trust them with your vehicle. This can't be legal. I'm having a terrible experience my car was in a tiny accident nothing more than $4K damage (Giecos estimate) and somehow they kept wanting more and more... to a point where it's more then what my car is worth!!!And now my car is TOTTALLED???? read more

Had an appointment for estimate with this business, even confirmed the appointment and then arrived to find out they cannot take the time to look but would refer me to another! I came specifically off of their availability and got rolled. Another lady in the parking lot also said this was a shady group, her guy never showed up to work and they wanted to start over the estimate. Find a better location, plus they give different addresses which is a problem when you have an appointment!!!! read more

Best customer service, recommend taking your vehicle here, very efficient and courteous. Thank you Shawn for everything

We recently had our BMW 328 coupe repaired at Scottsdale Premiere Collision. We had shopped all of the highest rated shops in the area including Chapman BMW and got a wide range of quotes from straightening the panel and using bondo to cutting out the quarter panel. This was a nice car and we wanted it done to BMW standards, so we planned on going to Chapman. They never returned our calls. After visiting Scottsdale Premiere and talking to Chis and his crew, I was comfortable with how they would approach the repair. It also helped there was a 5 Series BMW there with a similar issue in the middle of getting new metal right next to a Lotus being worked on. We went with them even though we saw a negative review on Yelp. All the positive reviews on Garage Fly and visiting the shop gave us confidence this was the best choice. Every business can have a competitor or someone who wants to drag them down. Turned out those positive reviews were truth, we could not be happier with the quality of work as the car looks new again. There were additional things we wanted done while in the shop and they were fixed at a very reasonable cost. They even detailed it. Chris and his crew are professional, from working with the insurance company to knowing how to properly repair a complex BMW. Definitely 5 Stars. read more

I cannot recommend this shop enough. I brought my car in to have some damage to the front repaired. Chris and Jim went above and beyond to make my car better than new. They fought back and forth with my insurance company to get new parts and to repair it the right way rather than the cheap & easy way. I'm extremely grateful that I didn't have to deal with the insurance company myself. When my car was done they waived most of my deductible exactly as they advertised and, bonus, my car was amazingly clean! It's as if I just drove it off the car dealer lot. If you need work done on your car do yourself a favor and bring it to these guys! read more

I have found my new auto shop! They gave me such great customer service and also saved me a lot of money! They really wanted to make sure we left with the safest and most budget friendly option. Also they helped me better understand the insurances point of view when it came it fixing my car. Ask for Chris if you'd like to receive really great customer service. read more

A guy at my work scratched my Mercedes c250 and I was looking for a body shop to take my car to get fixed. A friend of mine took her Mercedes there and recommend I take it to Chris. I called and they got me in right away and had my car ready within a week. I couldn't be happier it looks better than it did when I got it. You can't even tell it had a huge scratch on the drivers door. Thank you to Chris and his team for the great customer service and making my car look amazing read more

This is the BEST shop ever! My brand new car was hit by a woman and Scottsdale Premier had been recommended to me. Jim provided excellent customer service. He was great at contacting me with any changes or updates. The man who worked on my car worked a miracle. My car looks brand new! They really took excellent care of me and my car. I highly recommend them!!!! read more

The guys at SPC did great work on repairing my car. I heard about their amazing deal on the radio about waving deductibles and after reading their reviews online I knew I had to get my car repaired there. They did not disappoint. Hopefully I'll never have to get my car worked on again, but if I do, I'm taking it to these guys. Thank you! read more

I found out about this place through my mom. She recommended them and Chris worked with my insurance company to get a legitimate estimate. I had to get my entire passenger door replaced and Chris was able to do the work. He even came to chandler and dropped my car off where I was living. He gave me weekly updates and even checked in after I got my car back to ensure it was still perfect. Very nice guy and he did a very good job on my Altima and I had to pay nothing ! He covered my deductible (best part)!!! I have progressive and he was able to work with them to ensure that what needed replacing was replaced. read more

Highly recommend Scottsdale Premier Collision and ask for Chris! They won't disappoint!

Listen I know that nobody gets too excited about auto collision repair. It's not like getting ice cream, or even going to the dentist. But Chris and his team made my visit very bearable. Work was completed in a timely manner, Chris kept in communication with me, and my vehicle was returned to me good as new. And twice as clean! Thanks guys! read more

I went in to get a quote for my car AFTER calling first and being told to come in by a worker after giving them a quick run down of my situation and when I arrived and asked for Jim, like I was told, he comes out and asks who my insurance company is, I said Allstate, and he flat out told me he didn't want to even give me a quote because he didn't want to do business with them. I kept trying to get him to explain why he wouldn't give me a quote when I was going to have Allstate send me the insurance check directly, and I would be paying the body shop, all I needed was a quote. After giving me excuse after excuse, I finally called Allstate in front of him, so he could hear them say that they will cover the quote plus supplementals, and that I did not need to send them pictures directly and that they would be sending me a check, which are just some of the things he kept telling me I had wrong info on. After standing there for almost 30 minutes and while I'm still on the line with Allstate, he says you already took it to the body ship they suggested first for a quote right? So go ahead and take it there, and waived bye to me. I lost it and yelled at him that he had the worst service I've ever experienced, he was rude, unprofessional and to maybe screen calls in the future before telling people to come in if he's just going to refuse them help, I also yelled that I'd be posting my experience on every internet site I could find. Before I'm about to pull out of my parking spot, he's at my door and taking in a soft sweet voice telling me to come back in and that he now knows what he has to do to help me and blah blah blah, I said too late, you're only back peddling because you don't want the bad publicity, he said well F you then you stupid C#nT!! I left and told my friend about it and he said that's unacceptable and he took me back there to talk to the manager and tell him what happened. When we arrived, the guy offered no apology and basically said I deserved it, after some yelling back and forth, the manager guy comes flying through the register window opening at me and hits me in the face!! I ended up calling the police about the harassment but could NOT believe this is how this place handles their potential customers. read more

This place we absolutely amazing. They took care of the dreaded conversations with my insurance - helped me with a rental (even paid for the cost my insurance did not cover), and did an amazing job on my car. Chris got my car all original parts and it looks better than new. And not to mention my entire deductible was waived - I didn't have to pay a penny. I couldn't be happier. Chris and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I've told all of my friends and family about his shop. Highly recommended! :) read more

I found Scottsdale Premier on Google because they where close to my house. I'm picky about details, they made my truck look absolutely perfect after it was damaged by a hit and run driver. They went to bat with me with my insurance to get the truck fixed correctly, when insurance wanted to go the cheaper route. Nothing but great things to say about this company. They went above and beyond for me. Communication was top notch during the process. All my future work goes here. read more

I brought my Honda Accord into Scottsdale Collision after it was involved in an accident. After the work was completed, I noticed that the door wasn't closing while evaluating my car during pick up. The manager said, "It will fix itself in time." I thought was strange to say, but I trusted him since they are suppose to be professionals. I waited a week and my son and I brought it back to Scottsdale Collision so they can take a look at how the door was't closing properly. We spoke with a manger and he was making the situation hostile, even after he could clearly see that we weren't lying and the door was indeed not closing properly. He made me feel uncomfortable and I didn't like the way he was making us feel. He took the car back and they buffed some scratches and adjusted the door. I opened and closed the door more than 10 times and he door closed okay after he adjusted it. A week later, the car door wasn't closing all the way once again. The interior lights of the car stayed on alerting me that the door was opened. I called back and talked to Chris regarding the car door. He responded very childishly and didn't and hasn't till this day given me resolution. I told him that I need my car door fixed, but I'd rather take it to another company where it will get fixed and I won't have to worry about the door opening while driving. My son called Chris after my conversation with him and he didn't give any light on the situation. Rather, he began to insult my sons business in a childish manner. Chris said "There is no way it's still messed up, you closed the door 200 times." Dealing with this situation has been a nightmare, and the customer service here is a concern. I feel that I wasn't asking anything out of them that wasn't owed to me as a customer. I just want my car door that remains broken fixed, after 6 months. read more

Couldn't be happier with the work they did! My insurance was being a complete pain in the a** and they made sure everything was properly taken care of. They went above and beyond buffing out dents and scratches they didn't need to, repainting the bed of the truck and detailing the inside read more

I wish I could give this place negative stars. Claiming my vehicle a total loss refusing to allow me to have it looked at by another shop and then demanding they do the work. I think not! This place should be burnt to the ground resurrected and burned again read more

Chris did an amazing Job with our car and took care of us. We had two different claims and everything was handled very professionally and he went over and beyond even fixing the tint that my daughter had ruined from the sun shade without charging us for it. I highly recommended using Chris and his team for any collision repairs on your car. Thank you Chris read more

Chris and his guys over at Scottsdale Premier are great. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

All around customer service level is at an all time low. The 'manager' Jim helped with absolutely nothing and caused more problems than he did help. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, even if they are waving deductibles. Spend a little extra and take it somewhere where they care about you, and your business. read more

Top notch & highly recommended autobody shop. Very professional & helpful through the whole repair process.

These guys are absolutely awesome. The estimate my insurance gave me hardly even fixed half of the actual damage that the car had. They then checked it, and the internal damage was over double the insurance estimate. I am very happy I got referred here, they did great work, walked me through all the paperwork and processes so I was in the loop the whole time. Would recommend. read more

Stellar customer service!! I couldn't have been more grateful to have turned such an unfortunate situation, as my accident was, into the best possible outcome all thanks to Scottsdale Premier Collision and its owner, Chris! Chris was extremely genuine and only had my best interests in mind. He lend me honest advice about what direction I should take in fixing my vehicle and I never once got the impression that he was only looking out for himself. He was awesome with the follow up and all around a super cool guy to work with. I highly recommend them for their flawless work and overall genuine, honest communication! read more

Excellent excellent excellent!!! Chris took care of me and my car beyond expectations. He negotiated diligently with my insurance company on my behalf. When my car was ready, it was spotless. His detail man did an amazing job, my car looks brand on the inside and outside. Outstanding service. I highly recommend him to anyone needing body repairs read more

Sketchy, horrible, crazy owner named Chris. Was an hour late when I needed an estimate the first time and took over a month to repair a simple scratch on my bumper. He told me to "make sure I gave him a good review on yelp". I said yeah right and he offered to buy me gift cards to keep me silent. Unethical as could be and tries to scam insurance companies out of more money so he can "waive your deductible". There is no way you can waive a deductible and be a legit repair shop. That money has to come from somewhere, and I guarantee it's not getting there ethically. read more

Scottsdale premier was by far one of the best experiences with service I have had. I always spoke with the owner directly, who is very friendly, and he used original parts on my new mercedes, despite what my insurance company wanted to approve. My car got repaired and looked brand new. I trusted him with my car and highly recommend his shop for anyone who may be skeptical of taking their luxury vehicle to just any place. read more

My car was vandalized with deep "key" marks covering a number of areas. I brought the vehicle to Scottsdale Premier Collision based on Yelp reviews and it was one of the best decisions I could've made. Chris took care of all communication with the Insurance Company and made sure that they covered all the expenses required to have it fixed to look as it did prior to the incident. In fact, I think he had the Insurance adjuster return 3 times to view and approve additional work needed. He wanted to ensure that the vehicle was restored to it's original shape..nothing less! The car looks like it's brand new...I couldn't be more satisfied! I highly recommend Scottsdale Premier Collision and rate Chris and his team A+! read more

This was the worst car repair experience I have ever had. I took my van in for a new rear door. My insurance did the estimate and my ex dropped it off. No problem Right? Wrong...The shop owner calls me and says he wants to total my car. I ask why and he says the cost of the blending and paint is an issue. He gives the insurance company a trumped up bill so they will total the vehicle. I can't afford another car since this one is paid for and it is an older car but in imaculate condition. I agree with the insurance company to do only the nessesary repairs to make it look presentable knowing it might not look perfect The owner Disagrees with me and the insurance company. I said I will come get my car to take it somewhere else for the repair. . The owner refuses and threatens to hold my car hostage for 1700.00 in storage fees. He was disrespectful to me on the phone and the conversation got nowhere. This is 2 weeks into the job and no repairs have been started. Myself the owner and my insurance fought for a month over getting my vehicle fixed. I even went as far as to contact Scottsdale police to see what my options were. They said they would assign a detective to look into the matter. Another week goes by and The shop finally agreed to fix my car. They did a very good job. Their shop does very good work and has highly skilled and talented workers. I was very pleased with the repair. I felt really bad for my insurance adjuster because he deals with this person on a daily basis. This was a very stressful situation and I was worried I would never see my car again. In Arizona you can use any shop you choose., But beware! Best to take your vehicle to a select service shop that is approved by your insurance company. read more
