Andy's is close sure, and that's convenient, the work and customer service though is superb. 2 collision repairs (unfortunately) both due to odd occurrences - that were done right the first time with no after effects. Then a couple times a minor scrape they knocked out on their dime. Thus, when confronted with chips in the front hood of my wife's new black Camry - I stopped by to get advice on repair and front end protection. Just like them, Jason, said you guys get the Toyota repair kit and we'll take care of it. We did, they did, and it looks brand new. With some smaller chips, they had to mix their own paint. Above and beyond. Thanks guys. read more

Andy's Collision Center - Body Shops Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I couldn't be happier with the work done on my 2025 Toyota Camry. The touch up paint to repair the chips was done with great attention to detail. Everything looks fantastic, you can hardly tell where the chips are. Looks like a brand new car! The quality of workmanship, professionalism and care put into my car exceeded my expectations. It's clear they take pride in their work and truly care about making sure their customers are happy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality bodywork and paint repair! read more

My Sienna lift gate would not open using the button inside so I had to manually open it from the back. Toyota gave me a $4000-$6000 estimate to repair it. While waiting for their final estimate, I decided to stop at Andy's Collision Center. When I explained the issue a gentleman came out from the back. He asked for my keys, said he was a tech and he would see if he could take care of the issue. About 10 or 15 minutes later he brought my van back to me and said it was taken care of. I am not sure what he did but he saved me @ $6000 and 2 weeks without a car. We have used them in the past and have always felt good about their work but this was above and beyond! Thank you, thank you! read more

Hands down the best people you could hope for when a bad situation happens! My wife was rear-ended and we were referred here. From the very first phone call to the moment we picked up the car, the service was A+. Even a month later, when I walked in to get her car, they remembered my name -- I was honestly shocked. They walked us through the entire process and told us exactly what to expect, and everything went exactly the way they said it would. We're super happy we were referred here and couldn't recommend them more. read more

Demetrius helped me today. I called and told him that I was having a problem with my front bumper and he offered to look at it the same day, right away! I drove it in and he said a piece of the undercarriage (not sure of its official name) just needed to come off because it was dragging. They guys removed it for free! Such impeccable customer service. I would definitely take my car there if I needed future work. read more

I brought my 2018 Honda CRV here for repairs after an accident and had a great experience. Don was super communicative with me about the progress, followed up with my insurance if they were slow to respond, and overall made the process super smooth. I really appreciate the professionalism and great customer service and would highly recommend going here. I can't speak to the value bc everything was handled through my insurance, but it I know everything was legitimate and above board. read more

I would give this company less than 1 stars if I could. I made an appointment for a Thursday at 1pm to get an estimate. I went down there, and they blew me off for a meeting. Completely ignoring my scheduled appointment. I asked the front desk what I should do. She suggested I send them photos and they should be able to give me an estimate that way. Not sure why they didn't just suggest that in the first place. But I agreed and sent them photos. Then the next day on Friday. I called to see if they had my estimate. The front desk said it was done and sent to the insurance company. I asked why they didnt copy me on that and if she could at least give me the estimated cost. She then looked around and then admitted they hadn't done it yet. So now they ignored my scheduled appointment and then they lied to me. But it doesnt stop there. The following Monday I called and asked to talk to a manager. I explained everything that had happened and asked his suggestion as to what Im supposed to do to get the quote. He suggested I go elsewhere. No customer service, not attempt to make things right, just "find somewhere else". Terrible business practices. Avoid this place like the plague. read more

Brian & Dimitris were top notch on communication. I got into a fender bender and they were able to go through StateFarm and get it done! Even the ease with enterprise was great with them. Got picked up from the shop within minutes of dropping my car off. Then was updated at LEAST every couple of days! Car looks like it was never even damaged. Perfect, and highly HIGHLY recommend. Oh did I also mention I dropped it off on a Monday & picked it up the Friday of the same week? Crazy I know... definitely a go to place for this kind of work! read more

These guys saved us! And made our first impression of Phoenix Moved my Daughter to Phoenix cross country this weekend and while removing car from tow dolly, the bumper came off and cracked the bumper and under protection. Car was barely drivable and my daughter starts new job this week. Desperate and Not knowing anyone here, I started reading reviews and Andy's Collision on N Cave Creek had good reviews. Called and spoke to their Service team who were very understanding and told me to bring it in. A few hours later, they called and said it was ready. I wasn't expecting much, but I was shocked and it looked as if it never happened! Even cracks weren't visible! And all new pins were installed. And the price seemed exceptionally low. Much lower than I ever expected. And when I offered a generous tip, they refused it twice, and they stated that they felt my disparity and just wanted to help. That's Family treatment! I was in a new place for the first time and less than 24 hours and this first experience really impressed us about Phoenix, and the people and the staff of Andy's Collision. Thank You Andy's, for making our emergency situation such a powerful first impression Mike kelly read more

initial experience was fine. Got the appraisal. I liked the feel of the place so I asked them if they could meet/beat the slightly lower 2nd estimate I'd received elsewhere. The rep said he would call me back in 5 to 10 minutes after he looked into it, but I never got the call. I followed up with them the next day and forwarded a copy of the other estimate as requested. Still, no call back. I emailed the representative I initially dealt with twice, thinking maybe I'd just gotten lost in the shuffle. Nothing. Sorry, but that's just bad business. Give me a reply, any reply, even if it's not the one I might be looking for. read more

Brian and Demetrius were a pleaser! drove me to my rental car place and washed my car!! above and beyond service

I was backing into my garage and caught the edge of a stored lawn chair with my rear wheel frame. It popped the retention screws off the back fender of my car. After duct taping it in place I drove it to Andy's and they took it right away and were able to fix it within 30 minutes while I sat in their air conditioned waiting area. Fast and Affordable. Jason was excellent!!!! read more

Andy's on West Bell Rd does a great job at a fair price. You will not be able to tell there was any damage.

This place is the best!!! I just left there and they repaired my door that wasn't closing properly (a tweak is what he told me it needed) and my windshield washer blade that the car wash had bent. They did it in 10 minutes. I was waiting for an estimate, and was absolutely astonished when the gentleman came back with both items fixed. For free!! I will refer anyone I can to this company for auto body work as it is so hard to find companies that are this honest and kind. I recommend them highly to all! read more

One referral as excellent and for me twice. Excellent service and quality on my BMW. I will go nowhere else.

February I ended up getting hit with a bunch of garbage on the freeway and it ended up scraping half of my bumper. I went and got estimates from three body shops after having my insurance inspect the vehicle through drive in claims. Two other body shops wanted to charge me and additional 150-200 to repaint the rest of the bumper because of rock chips. I went in to Andy's and was greeted by Ron Lyell he reviewed my insurance estimate and said that they gave him more than enough hours to do an entire bumper. I knew right away with Ron being honest up front about pricing I wanted to use Andy's for my repairs. Everything was setup I got my car back on time and the work looks like the damage did not even happen. He even offered to repaint a mud guard that I replaced and even installed it for free. Everybody I talked to here is a class act. They made a stressful situation easy breezy. read more

Andy's is the best body shop in Phoenix. They have done several repairs to my vehicle over the years. It is a 2002 Infiniti QX4 - they make sure that they don't go over the allotted amount prescribed by the insurance adjuster. The staff is excellent. Matt kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and the anticipated completion date. The staff I came in contact with was always making sure that I had been helped out or if I needed a ride to the car rental office. My car looks great! You cannot tell where the damage was - paint color was an exact match. Thanks to everyone at Andy's!! Thom Terranova read more

They did a really GREAT job and I would go back to them in a heartbeat. read more

The Shop Manager Ron L. met me at the office door and at that point I started to get a good feeling about this shop. Ron then started the estimate process and took detailed photos and had a tech remove the damage exhaust port so I could be on my way to work. These repairs stem from a Hit and Run accident and my nerves that morning were on edge. I was in the office for less than 10 min with full detail of how the repairs and payment would be handled. Ron asked if I needed a rental car and offered to arrange a rental for the length of the repairs. I returned 4 days later to drop my vehicle for repairs and was informed that I would be contacted when the car was ready. Ten days later my car was repaired and ready for the crazy 51 in PHX. The repairs looked great and Ron explained what it took to get the car back to its original condition. I was very pleased with the entire experience from start to finish with Andy's Collision on North Cave Creek Road. Thank you Ron and all of the Techs at Andy's Michael/Acura TL read more

I was referred to Andy's by my mechanic, and I'm glad he did. Mike greeted me very friendly and helpful looked at my vehicle and had Tom look at it, together they gave me a price in a matter of a couple of minutes. They ordered the parts and did the work the next day on my 98 Chevy Silverado. It's like brand new!!! I couldn't be happier. There is a reason this is top of the list of State Farm certified body work locations...our accident occurred Friday 9/7/18 in late afternoon- they agreed to keep shop open if it took a little extra time to get car towed in from scene. Amazing turn around time - not our first time using them - Definitely not our last- Kudos Andy's!!! read more

After getting into a fender bender, I reached out to several different shops and was starting to feel lost with quotes and super high pricing. After stopping by Andy's, I worked with Mike on getting the best quote and by far the best service I could've asked for. My car looks better than before it was even damaged. I'm supremely happy with everything Mike was able to help me out with, and can't thank him and his team enough to help me out. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

Ron took perfect care of us. The repair work was perfect and the experience was very hassle free. Hopefully no more accidents in the future, but if I need bodywork I will come back and see Andy's. Had a not so great experience with another repair shop and this really made me see how it should be done. Thanks again! read more

I was rear ended on the freeway a few weeks back. I called earlier today to ask when I can come in for a quote and begin the process to repair my vehicle. I spoke to the manager named Ron and he was extremely friendly and informative. He told me I could come in that evening and get an estimate. When I arrived he greeted me with a smile and instantly began inspecting my vehicle. He told me originally that I could come in next Monday and have my car back sometime later that week. I informed him I was leaving town this week, and he immediately was willing to accommodate me and my schedule. He was able to fit me in for tomorrow and get my car back to me by The end of this week. He handled the entire insurance claim and even got me set up with the rental through the insurance company! I literally had to do nothing. Thanks Ron! You're the best! read more

We had a great experience here. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position where you need an auto body shop after a collision, I highly recommend Andy's! We have used them twice (don't judge), and each time have appreciated the time they took to thoroughly explain the problems and what our vehicles would need, including costs of parts and labor. They made getting and returning a rental car simple. They're very kind and respectful, and do a great job at what they do - both of our vehicles came out looking as "good as new." read more

Wow. Hard to get a call from your daughter that she has been involved in an auto accident while she is working in Phoenix and you are in SoCal! From my first call to Ron at Andy's Collision Ctr to the last of our emails, I could tell that I was speaking with a genuinely honest man committed to customer service and an excellent communicator. The repair work was done quickly and met every expectation. I have never met Ron in person and yet I would not hesitate to recommend Andy's Collision Center to anyone in need of body work. read more

Matt provided poor customer service. He didn't even do basic research to get me the best value for my repair. He couldn't explain in a clear fashion the quote charges. He was only interested in giving me half-truths and getting the maximum amount of hours into the job, to get the maximum amount of cash. He even went as far as to say because I was complaining he would charge me more. Shame on Andy's Collision Center for employing Matt. read more

Repairs are good, but the communication was awful. I took my car to Andy's after my insurance company recommended them. The initial inspection was quick and the employees were super friendly. They told me the repairs would take two weeks and they would call me when the parts came in, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I had to call them to find out if the parts had even come in before I dropped off my car. When I did drop off my car, again the staff was super friendly and promised to call every few days with updates. Again this did not happen. The first time I called they said they would call back, but did not. The second time I called they did update me on what was going on and said they would call me again in a few days. Four days later they still had not called and I had to again reach out to them about the progress. In the end the repairs only took 2 days more than expected, but when I called on the day I was supposed to pick up my car the guy did not know if it would be done or not. Overall the repairs were well done, but their communication needs some serious work. read more

What a great place to have your car properly repaired after a collision. Tim, the manager, is awesome. He personally reviews your repair work needed with you and answers all of your questions. Tim works well with the insurance companies and keeps you up to date with your car's repair process. On the day that I was called to pick up my car, I was amazed. He stayed at the shop an hour later due to late repairs and my pick up time. He had a driver waiting for me at the car rental business ready to pick me up and take me to Andy's Collision Center on Cave Creek Road. When I arrived, the car was spotless inside and outside and the repair work was impeccable, not a flaw in sight. Well done and may the business of many clients flow your way!
