The team at Dent Busters always provides excellent service. I have been there three times for fender benders. I love my 2003 Totota Corolla. At 135,000, she is still awesome. Suffice it to say that it was 'hit and run' in a supermarket parking lot. Oh Well! read more

Thank you Gabriel and Diego for fixing my sweet little red convertible. You guys are awesome. My car looks amazing thanks to you. A body shop in Scottsdale quoted me $2500 for this repair - 6 weeks later and still no parts to fix this. I took the car to Dentbusters just to see if they might be able to handle and $300, 3 hours and it looks fantastic. Always check them out if you need a repair like this and want to make sure you get quality work at very reasonable prices! read more

I had 2 door dents/dings. One was front passenger side door and the other rear passenger side door. I purchased the Hyundai dent contract when I bought my car. I am glad I did because people out there don't care and just slam there door into yours. Anyway I tried to use the contract and because I had a "scratch " they wouldn't cover it. So I went back to Earnhardt's Hyundai and spoke with the financial advisor who said "I got this". He said that they would reach out right away. Within a day Dent busters called, got me scheduled with in a week. I took my car today and within the hour my car was repaired! I didn't have to leave it or anything. The receptionist was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. The waiting room was super clean, actually nice furniture to wait on. Magazines, TV , free wifi. The gentleman came out and my car looked like new! I thanked them so much for an awesome job! Very reasonable for the work he did. Thank you Dent busters I am a customer for life! I wish I had a before photo. Only after. My car is clean! read more

I only had an estimate done on my car here. But office estimator was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Body shop owner was also helpful. I didn't go to this shop due to waiting for a bit and the time I would be without my car, which I totally understand. read more

Dent Busters, there are a joke, wasted 3 days waiting for an e mail estimate. Woman in office was going to send estimate

I had a couple of repairs done on my car recently. I am very impressed by the workmanship and how quickly it was done . When I went to pick it up it looked beautiful not only the repairs but they detailed it ! I highly recommend them. very nice people too. read more

There are only a few companies that demand shout outs for great service, and Dent Busters on Cave Creek is one of them. I sustained a dent on my new vehicle while I was up in MT. I called and texted Dent Busters with pictures of my vehicle, received a very reasonable quote and said I would make an appointment when I returned to AZ. Got in within a few days, was told the car would be ready that same evening. The repair was completed that day and was absolutely AMAZING - no sign of a dent. I even received a discount that was advertised on their website! Amazing service, quality, and friendly people. If you ever need a dent repair, call these guys first! read more

I just had an amazing experience at Dent Busters. They looked at the dent on my 350 SD and they said they usually would have to replace the panel. I told them I could not afford to replace it I just wanted the dent out so I could raise my hood. I told them it didn't even need to look good when they were finished. I just needed to be able to lift my hood. It looks beautiful! Far exceeded my expectations. I waited in their very comfortable waiting room. It took about 5 hr but it well worth it. Thank you to the whole team at Dent Busters! read more

The only place I go! All professional from start to finish. Gilbert and his crew work magic everytime.

Gabriel and the team have been my go to for all custom and regular fender bender rock chip and garage incident repairs. Trustworthy and reasonable. Shop is also super clean, there is also a spot where kids can play. read more

Was referred to Dent Busters by a couple friends who used them. Got an estimate by texting a few pictures of the door ding to the owner Gilbert. His quote was competitive and it was easy to schedule an appointment the next day Took him about an hour and left no sign of the door ding. No complaints, other than the jerk who hit my car. Here is the before pic. No after pic because there is nothing to show. As if it never happened! read more

We went in with dents in our rear passenger door on our Prius. Debris in the road flew up and put a deep, deep scratch and dent. Took dent busters only 4 days to fix and repaint and the words I'll use are fantastic, phenomenal repair and great customer service, would highly recommend due to their fair pricing too. read more

The price was really low but for some reason I never learn, you get what you pay for. I was told it would take a whole day to complete but that it would be 100% upon completion. Who would even say that and not deliver. Better off saying, I will do my best. I can still see plenty of imperfections through-out my trunk. Additionally, my bumper has a huge long scratch that was not there and I didn't notice it until I got home. Shame on me. I had three people I was going to refer to this place. That won't happen. read more

Back in January, my poor Tundra got into a little issue with some ice, snow and a concrete wall. Scrapped up the passenger door, bent the bumper and the bed. Rod and Gilbert at Dent Busters have made my 2008 TUNDRA new again! I highly reccommend them and Dent Busters to anyone who needs anything from a minor dent to major work done on thier vehicle. read more

When a business has 100% 5-star reviews of the legitimate ones posted you know they are doing something right. I was referred to them by my auto mechanic, who I have trusted and done business with for almost 20 years. Their shop is small and family owned and in my neighborhood, just like my mechanic, and you deal directly with Gilbert who was ready to look at my car immediately with his clipboard in hand to write a real estimate. This place isn't fancy with all kinds of computerized forms to fill out where they treat you like a number - business is done the old fashioned way, with personal contact and a handshake. My repair turned out to be more minor than I expected, but he could have easily told me it would cost big bucks and I wouldn't have known the difference. Instead, he fixed it right there while I waited and sent me on my way without charging for the minimal time he spent. That's how to earn customers! I will stick with a business forever if they know what they're doing and they earn my trust. And (as I'm doing right now) I'll tell everyone I know. read more

Gilbert is a true professional. He does amazing work in a timely fashion. She had the dent pulled out and polished within thirty minutes.

Gilbert did an incredible job on my 2015 Lexus rc 350. There were two door dings on the back panel. One was on the ridge witch was going to be harder for him, but he was able to get it out. I would highly recommend him, u would never know it happened. read more

I had to turn in a leased Mazda, and the guy Mazda sent to inspect the damages just reamed me for the costs; they were blatantly over-inflated. I took my car to Dent Busters -- damage that was estimated to be 1200 dollars they did for 500. They were really friendly, honest, and timely. Great guys, and a great place. I will definitely, without a doubt, go back to them for any repairs. read more

Yesterday, I had a dent removed from the roof rail of my 2015 Lexus ES350 (the 2" wide strip of metal between the roof and the top of the door). It was caused by a heavy fruit falling from a tree I had parked beneath (my mistake!!). They did a beautiful job, were prompt, professional and though I had to drive to their shop (they are not a mobile service), it was less money than the mobile shops had quoted me. Most importantly, I was able to drive to Dent Buster's shop first and get a written quote as well as see their shop and leave with confidence they would do a good job on my Lexus. Initially, I called three services, two of them being mobile only (i.e. no shop, they come to your home). While this is more convenient, I had to first send them photos to find out if it was repairable and to get an estimate. Of the two mobile services I called which had good reviews on line, one thought it would be difficult to remove and left me with little confidence he was the right person for the job. The other started some communications with me but when I told him I lived in Cave Creek, about 20 miles north of where he came from, he hesitated. I told him I would drive to wherever he would be so he could see the job, but never heard back from him. So much for "fly by night" business owners! I know visiting Dent Busters was a little more inconvenient for me, but I had confidence in going there for three reasons: a) I had a written estimate in advance. Having a mobile service come to my house after giving me a verbal estimate based on some photos I had emailed and then increasing the cost of the job when he saw the damaged area in person was a concern I had. b) since Dent Busters had a "brick and mortar" physical shop, the fact that the two mobile shops left me with a feeling that the repair would be difficult, gave me the confidence that the shop would have all the tools and manpower needed to do the job well c) I at least knew where they were if I had to go back with a complaint Gilbert at their front desk treated me professionally and honestly. I would definitely recommend Dent Busters. The coupon on their website left me with a price that was $70 less than I was quoted by the mobile service. read more

They fixed my hail damage incredibly fast, only 5 days, and it looks brand new again. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

New car. 1K miles. Dropped something off a shelf on my hood and dented it. In and out in an hour looking good as new!

I was referred by a neighbor when I accidentally backed into my husband's brand new car(10 days old!), causing small dents in both cars. Dent Busters did a great job on refinishing the front fascia of my Mercedes C300. It had extensive rock chips and damage to the front air dam from scraping a cement parking block. The service experience was very good. I was impressed to learn that Noah, the service technician who wrote my estimate, was a NASCAR Technical Institute graduate and that another tech was a Universal Technical Institute graduate. Manager Gilbert Garza demonstrated that he believes in customer satisfaction and quality refinishing work. The shop was clean, I felt that I got good value for the price, and the finished product looks great! Thank you Dent Busters! read more

I sent in a request via personal email due to that their online app wasn't working. I got a response the next day asking for photos. I sent some in as soon as I got home to take pictures of it.... that was on May 5th. I have yet to hear anything from them. Customer service is really lacking. No follow up. I have followed up with them again - still nothing. I can only imagine the type of updates you get from them if they do have your car.... read more

I picked up my 2011 Toyota Tundra from the mechanic and there were two minor dents with no paint damage. Gilbert Garza assured me that he could remove them in 1 hour. I needed paintless dent removal and the traditional dent removal method due to the differing traits of the dents a vandalism on my car left. I got to work with Gilbert (traditional dent removal and paint specialist) and with Rod (PDR specialist). Both were extremely professional and explained everything to me as the process moved along, never assuming additional work until after speaking with me to get the ok to move forward with it. My car looks perfect. I even noticed that Gilbert touched up a scratch on my clear coat that I had accidentally made. I shopped around and found that their prices are very fair. They have a safe lock-down if your car needs to stay overnight and a nicely set waiting area for customers. While I hope I never have to see those cool guys again, I will keep their info on record if the unfortunate ever happens again to one of my cars. read more

These guys were great. Brought my car in with a pretty good dent and they were able to start working on it right away.
