The only reason why I came here is because a friend who works here promised me they could help me with my deductible. I ended up having to take my car here a total of 3 times before they got the paint color right. First 2 times they told me I didn't have to leave my car overnight or mention that I should... even after I asked if I should get a rental car. The second time after painting it, they wanted to send me home with the bumper color not matching my car (see pictures)... gaslighting me that, "due to being upset, [my] senses were heightened, and [I] could not see the color correctly" lol. I ended up speaking with the owner, Brian, and tried to explain to him what was going on; within the first 2 minutes, he cut me off and told me his time was valuable. He then proceeded to be very aggressive, raised his voice at me, and blamed the mismatched paint job on me. He told me I was uniformed and that I need to leave it to the experts, yet I did, and they didn't do it correctly. He told me that the bumper was painted to "insurance spec" and accused me of extortion because I originally asked for a refund, so I can take my car somewhere else due to them not painting it correctly and telling me it matched. He even insulted my character before he finally told me that they can try one more time. They finally got it right but failed to deliver on promises about the deductible and covering my damaged exhaust tip. Looked at reviews and looks like this company was good before it was sold off to Brian (and Mary, from what I saw in another review). If you're smart, don't bother coming here and don't let them suck you in with their empty promises. read more

Something on the Highway blew out my rear passenger tire and took out my quarter panel and rear bumper. After researching local body shops I was fortunate enough to find Titan Auto Body. NEW OWNERS are terrible! Titan was SOLD to Mary Burton and Brian is over seeing the business. I brought my car in for estimate and repair on 12/30 - 1 week I was given for an estimate. Originally, I was given a repair cost of $7230. from Brian and Christine. Then with my vehicle torn apart - On January 15th 2022 I get a call from Mike saying the cost of repair in now $11,000.00 I said no way, and he became very nasty and said - it is what is - and if you don't like it take it somewhere else! They pulled my entire car apart - misplaced pieces, broke my light and when I scheduled for it to be moved to another shop TITAN would NOT release my vehicle. I went to PHX police and asked for help. We called Titan from the police station with Mike on the phone (We let them know the call was being recorded) He wanted $900 to release my car. My back door was taken off my car (no need) much of the the trim was missing. With PHX PD help, I finally got my car released to another shop. The new shop quoted me a price of $5500.00 (including the parts they broke & misplaced) and did the repair to perfection. read more

Mike, the owner, went above and beyond to answer any question I had and to take the absolute best care of me/my car. His whole office is extremely personable and very nice. Titan did the work on my car to, honestly, make it look better than it did before the accident. They did this in the time they said it would take and didn't drag anything out. My car was in this shop for over 2 months. no one from the shop ever reached out to me about updates with my car unless I called several times. Shop was not forthcoming with information. I was towed here with the promise that the shop will help with paying part of my deductible and they did not, they lied. once I got my car back there are now several NEW issues Including my adaptive cruise control, collision brake mitigation system, and road departure mitigation system. there are also issues with my brakes now. Called insurance company and they advised I take it into a different shop to be checked out, not to go back to Titan Auto Body. turns out Titan Auto Body never did a safety check on my car and they didn't properly install the front end piece so now my car will have to be fixed again. I will have to have my car in a shop to be worked on for another two months so they can fix these new issues. Terrible service here. read more

My car was in a wreck a few days ago and in my panic and grief stricken moments I contacted this company. With the promise of fixing the car they towed it for free. I was forced through situations to move my car to another body shop and thought nothing of the situation. After informing Titan about the car they sent me a bill that was astronomical. A $805.00 bill for the tow(which is not possible unless crossing state lines) and $150.00 a day storage fee. They are currently holding my vehicle hostage and running the bill up as high as possible because I had to go with another company. Please don't send your car here! You would be better off letting your uncle Jedd fix your vehicle. This place is a scam and they even have the tow truck guys in on it. The tow guy did not try to provide me with any form of paperwork that said they picked up the vehicle. read more

This was an experience I won't forget. It's my fault for taking the word of a AAA tow truck driver instead of going with ABRA as I originally intended. Now I think the motive was just financial on the part of the AAA employee. It was August 31st when my 17 year old son's car was towed to Titan. One of the employees, a young woman stated, I'm sorry, things are really backed up. We have about 60 cars waiting to be worked on." Titan did not check for all possible damage caused by the accident. They had to submit multiple insurance claims to my insurance company. For example, "Your car is ready but the key doesn't work do you have an extra key?" It turns out they couldn't even start the engine! It wasn't the key. It was damage caused by the accident. They submitted a claim to fix this. Then, another call, "Your car is ready but the air conditioner doesn't work did it work before?" I said, "Yes it worked great didn't you check everything?" The response to my question, "Well it's probably just a fuse." Just a fuse huh. I said, "Well good, then please fix it. It worked just fine before the accident, now it doesn't." See the logic here? So we played the waiting game again. It is now November 5th and the car is back in my driveway, the key fob alarms don't work on either key and the car horn doesn't work. I called to tell the owner and he leaves me a message to "Bring it on by and we can take a look as a courtesy it's probably just a fuse." Just a fuse! If it was just a fuse then why is it so hard to fix everything before giving the car back the way it was before the accident and my insurance company paid to fix?? Now I need to take it into my Volkswagen dealership to get checked for the safety of my son. Also, call my insurance company to make them aware of what has happened. It's not right. read more

BEST AUTO BODY SHOP IN THE VALLEY!! I took my car to Mike at Titan Auto body when a distracted driver knocked into my brand new car. I was on the hook for a $500 deductible and, as a graduate student, that's quite a sum to part with. Mike assured me he would only use new, genuine Toyota parts and I could not have been happier!!! The repairs were PERFECT. Logically, when a tree fell onto my car after an Arizona monsoon, I knew immediately who to take it to. Mike spared my deductible once again and then some!! After an accident, my car was dragged here since I had no clue where to take it after moving to the area recently; who my insurance company would approve for the work. I found they had very good communication and were pleasant to deal with, but my insurance company insisted I take my car elsewhere. That's all well and good, but when my car arrived at the new collision center, I met it there to find everything of value had been stripped - bike racks, antenna, floor mats, everything I had inside, including the ashes of a family pet and about $10 in change in the change holder. I called Titan to figure out what happened to all of it, and luckily they'd saved most of it, except of course for the change, as well as the floor mats and antenna and who knows what else I missed. The frustration came in having to drive all the way across town to get back whatever they hadn't sold or taken. I guess that's the cost of having your vehicle towed to the wrong collision center. In addition, they are a member of the better business bureau and active in the community. They have all their policies listed as well as methods of payment information posted. But Above all they say use your gut, if you feel comfortable with the owner or technicians, you have seen their work or "heard positive things" about them, go with it/them. I have absolutely no qualms about using Titan auto body and after speaking with Mike and hearing such positive things about their work, I will never go anywhere else! Customer Service! I had 2 scratches on my car. It's a black paint job so I knew it was difficult to repair since every slightest blemish shows up on a black paint job. I had the afternoon off so I decided to get some estimates on repairs. One of the owners took a look at the scratch and asked me some questions. He disclosed that it might not be possible to remove the whole scratch. I just wanted the scratch unnoticeable when walking up to the car. He then asked me if I had a couple minutes because he wanted to try to get the scratch out. I said sure. Next thing I know, he gets some wet sandpaper and a bucket and he starts wet sanding! First, I thought he would pass it off to one of his workers and second, I didn't expect him to work on it right then. Here's the owner of the shop dressed in black jeans and a black polo wet sanding my car in 100 degree heat! He did get the scratch out. The other scratch was a little more difficult. He said he would need 4 business days because he would have to remove the bumper to repaint the bumper. In 4 business days the car was ready. The shop even detailed my car. He then explained that he didn't need to take off the bumper thereby reducing the bill because of less labor. The bumper looks great and he reduced the bill by 10 percent because he didn't need the expected labor to remove the bumper. What a concept, great customer service and integrity! My teenager's first attempt to exit a drive through with her wheels facing the building resulted in an ugly scrape on the front of my car. Probably not worth an insurance claim and rate increase, it wasn't pretty. Mike surveyed the damage, sympathized with the new driver situation and had it touched up 10 minutes later. While we debate (and save up for) a full repair, it looks so much better and we are beyond grateful. I hope to not be a frequent customer but it is great to know where to go. Let me start off with some compliments to Mike for being incredibly personable on the phone during crisis. He asked if everyone was okay, and in terms of my vehicle, vowed to use OEM parts on my car and told me there was nothing to worry about in that department, which as I've heard from people who had gone through them that this was true. Great news, as my car is a leased vehicle. So, even though my car was originally towed to Titan Auto Body, it was not ultimately fixed there, as it was best that I went to a place that both had an insurance agent from my company, and was the same place the car dealership I bought the car from approves all of their body work. But I am sure as long as Mike was overseeing the project, it would have been done with care and precision, so thank you Mike for making everything easy and being ultimately transparent in your business practices. I have used Titan Auto Body in excess of 10 years. They are everything you would want in an Auto Body shop. The owner, Mike Grisa, gives perhaps the most outstanding service I have received from any business. You truly know that he cares about you and any issue that you have with your car. The staff is also very caring and communicative. I have had many serious issues that they have taken care of over the years. Today I took my car in for him to look at and give me an estimate to repair two areas on my car caused by side swiping my garage. I had not had a garage for my car for 30 years and I felt like I was learning to drive all over again. He promptly said he thought that was something he could take care of while I waited. He put one of his guys on it right away and I was in and out of there in 20 to 30 minutes and you wouldn't really know where the damage was. I was in an accident and of course I did my due diligence by getting 3 quotes. I started by taking my car to the Lexus dealership where I always go for maintenance and come to find out they use an outside source. After reviewing all three quotes and seeing that they were all close in pricing, I decided to go with Titan Auto Body. It started with the courteous office staff, in speaking with Shannon she was happy to assist me and was very informative. When I arrived the owner Mike Griesa immediately took a look at the damage and gave me a quote. What I appreciated the most was that he took the time to explain in detail the preliminary estimate and he gave me two options one in which to save money. I was able to chose what I wanted to have done. I then realized he was genuinely interested in helping me. My repair was completed quickly and when I picked up my Lexus i was very pleased with the outcome. My car looked great as if the accident never happened. I would seriously reconsider if you're thinking about using this center. My experience with this company was horrible. I don't even know where to begin. I don't know if the incompetence is with the owner or with mechanics. After 2 months of them screwing around with my car I finally get it back. And guess what they still didn't fix everything. Door side, looks nice won't open from the inside they never double check their work. Wires hanging in the engine parts still broken. I went to a private mechanic who fixed it Over the weekend. Much cheaper than having to pay for a rental car for another two months i don't care what these reviews say I don't believe them. There were two one star reviews that aren't even on here anymore so I don't know how he got the person to remove them. The women in the office were OK though they are very nice and this isn't directed at them at all. I know when people are in an accident it's can be very stressful and you listen to first person who made a recommendation. In this case it was a tow operator whose company he worked for doesn't even list titan as their recommended business. Something smells real bad with this company. Do your research!!! read more

Absolutely INCREDIBLE, UNHEARD-OF customer service!!! Tow truck recommended Titan after an accident - and assured me that the owner, Mike, would be very good. He wasn't kidding - everything was done perfectly on the car, on time and in a helpful, friendly way! Just when I thought the quality and service couldn't be topped, my husband and I went to pick up the car.....finding the van sparkling clean (including all 3 dogs' hair vacuumed out of the carpets!!) and Mike noted my husband's car had 'dim' headlights, and he insisted on sanding and buffing the headlights for FREE - "because it was a safety issue"!!
