I needed auto body and Caliber is in my community. So I stopped by to set an appointment for the work. I entered the building at 3:00. There was one customer sitting and waiting. No receptionist, but an employee soon emerged, (red beard). He walked right past me to address the person waiting. No, hello, I'll be right with you, nothing, like I wasn't standing right in front of him! He spoke to the gentleman and walked out the door to assist him. I continued to wait, no one else. I walked outside stood right next to him, nothing. I took pics of the damage to my car and left to find a company that understands customer service. The 53rd Ave., Peoria booked my vehicle for repair. When I was doing walk around they asked if vehicle was electric. Yes, the vehicle is only electric model. They had to schedule car to be taken to Norterra location that handles EV. I don't understand why they don't routinely ask if vehicles are electric model. Brought car in on a Friday to have pictures taken for an estimate on front bumper damage! Had some minor damage to the rear bumper so I asked for a separate quote for that. Was told my quote would be back on Monday. Didn't hear anything so I called Wednesday night to find out what was going on. They emailed me a quote an hour later that was over $8000 for the front bumper and some very minor damage to the rear bumper. My car is worth less the $14,000! How is a front bumper and 2 smalls dents on the back bumper cost over 50% of the cars value?? I knew I was being hustled so I got another quote done and they were $1300 cheaper to fix the front bumper. Sent Caliber an email the night the quote was received and they never cared to email me back. The initial repairs took longer than expected. I wanted to keep my car until parts were received but they said they'd prefer to keep the car. Needless to say, parts didn't arrive timely and the repair process took longer because damages that i reported on arrival were not documented and ignored. A couple weeks later, i bring the car back because the bumper is not affixed correctly and the water reservoir does not and has not worked. Said they'd order parts and get back to me. I'm still waiting 1 1/2 months later. I'm so disappointed and will not allow my insurance to send me there ever again. read more

Horrible. Store manager is a joke. Rude, and unprofessional. I had my KIA towed all the way from GILA BEND, AZ ... 2+ hours ... to have the vehicle just sitting there for 3 days without being inspected. I filled out ALL paperwork and scanned it over to the office ladies. I came in on that third day to finally ask about my vehicle AND the status... the manager along with Trullio... we're both rude in person and on the phone. They started off lying to me saying that the vehicle was in the back getting inspected as we were speaking. LIES! My vehicle was parked out on the side and hadn't been touched since It got towed there. The store manager told me it would be many weeks as they are busy and have many vehicles. Prior me getting it towed there I confirmed with the office if they had availability to work on my vehicle in a timely manner as I work full time and need my car! Long story short after the lying and ridiculous behavior from this company, the store manager said I could take my vehicle elsewhere if I had a problem with anything... are you serious? They were going to be paid in full by my insurance, my co pay, along with the vehicle ready and available for them with all paperwork filled out. Hmmm... Well I called my insurance and got my vehicle towed out of there!!! The next place that worked on my vehicle was at least transparent on the time frame and kept me updated. DO NOT GO HERE. He and the receptionist were prompt for all my appointments and very easy to work with!! From making my initial inspection appointment to scheduling and completing my repair everything went extraordinarily well!!! In fact, my car was finished ahead of the ETA and was beautifully done!!! Tullio even noticed a wobble in my steering column and mentioned that my vehicle's manufacturer had a recall out for that very problem!! Customer service is not very good. Went in there to get an estimate as most places take walk-ins, snap a picture and will send you an estimate, however this was not the case. The lady at the front desk said we are booked till July (2 months out) even for an estimate. So basically telling me, we have so much business we don't need yours. Didn't offer to schedule an appointment or anything. She seemed as if I was a bother to her business. Disappointed for sure on how it was handled. read more

My vehicle was broken into while staying at a hotel close by the Happy Valley location. The passenger's side window of my vehicle was busted out which left my vehicle without a window and unable to be secured. I began calling around several shops in the area and they all said they would not be able to help me for about 3 days. I was in a bad spot and was facing the possibility of having to drive the 7 hours drive back to Albuquerque and endure the remainder of this trip without a window. I stopped by Caliber Collision located at 24615 N 23rd Ave. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman named Frank Metza. After explaining my situation to him, Frank called a dealership and was able to get me a side window within two hours. Having empathy for my situation, Frank dropped what he was doing to help me replace my window. There were scratches to my passenger's side door as a result of the break in. While other shops couldn't, Frank and his crew prioritized me and took extra time to wash and clean the exterior and interior of my vehicle, replace the glass and buff/work out the scratches to my door.
