Becky, a State Farm Assessor is housed at Andy's Collision Center. My appointment was at 7:45 am. I was out at 8:15 am. Service was fast and thorough. There was a mistake in how State Farm entered my name and my vehicle. They entered my last name as my first name and my first name last. They made my vehicle 4th and so when I said I had front and rear damage, they were not prepared to process my front damage, resulting in the lack of information and me not getting my cash settlement on the spot. I had to call State Farm Claims, and they rescheduled my front end appointment. Becky called me back and saved me another trip and processing my claim. My check should be in the mail. Took my car here to get an estimate. Girl who looked at the car took one quick look and then told me she could quote me for replacing the whole bumper and painting the bumper. But the bumper does not need to be replaced. I will start by saying that the quality of work repairing my car was good. We are very happy with the outcome of the body work. 2 days before putting our car in the shop for the body work, the car was at the mechanics for the air conditioning. When the car was put in the body shop everything was working fine with the air conditioning. When the car was picked up from the body shop, the air conditioning was working but blowing hot air. We brought the car back to the mechanics and was told that the system was flat on refrigerant (empty of refrigerant). The mechanics tested for leaks informed us that there were no leaks in the system. When asked how that would be possible, we were told that with no leaks We were informed that the refrigerant is expensive and the only way the system would be that flat is if the refrigerant was vacuumed out of the system. read more

We had gotten in an accident in our Toyota Camry and suffered front end damage a few weeks ago. Brought the car in to Andy's where we met Eric for the initial assessment. He was upfront about the potential costs involved and the trade offs between going after market vs original manufacturer for parts. Andy's collision center has been my choice to repair my cars in the past. Last week I scrapped my Maxima on the side of my garage. Lots of paint on the door and wheel well. I was able to get most of the paint off the door (no damage), but around the wheel well i couldn't get too. I went to Andy's on West Bell Road. I offered to pay them $100 if they could buff this paint off. It was a10min job. This was at 4pm. They took my car to the back and in 5-10min brought it out front. Wheel well looked like new. My brand new vehicle sustained minor damage from flying debris on the freeway. Andy's was able to reassemble the front end components that had been popped loose and clean up the scuff marks and epoxy a small crack in the bumper, and the total cost ended up being significantly less than the original estimate. People please stay away. This "business" does not know how to function properly. They don't have employees- only two technicians, which shows either they are bad owners or don't pay well. Salesman kept changing the quote for my cost of repairs, which was confusing to me. They kept pressuring me to schedule service even though I had explained multiple times that the dealer would contribute to the cost later down the road. Divulging my personal information here. Fabricating both that I received a quote from the dealer and that I suggested taking my business elsewhere. The work done on my truck looks great. The staff when I was there in person were very nice and helpful. My 3 start review is based on how long it took to get my truck done, going well over the estimated time of completing, and that was giving them an extra couple weeks to have my truck while I was away on business trips. The second reason for the 3 stars was the poor attitude and tone when I'd call to check the status of my truck. Not as friendly on the phone as they are in person. Great job on the repair work, just need to improve on keeping the customer feeling important and don't underestimate how long it'll take to do the work. I have been here twice for 2 different accidents. Both times I was treated very well! Everyone from the receptionist to the estimators and everyone there is friendly and smiling. They seem like really happy people and you can't help but be in a good mood after you walk in. The first time I was given an estimate that was almost 20% lower than the other 2 estimates from other shops. Andy's did the work and it was very good. They were honest and charged what they said they would. They didn't "find" any other problems like other shops do. SO I sheepishly entered Andy's today to tell Jose Luna my embarrassing story of trying to repair a scratch with touchup paint and a YouTube video that left a nasty mar that screamed, 'You are an idiot' every time I walked by it or opened the hatchback. Expecting a heckle and justified teasing, he didn't even flinch and was so kind and put me immediately at ease. He provided me a super reasonable quote, but mentioned the mar could be fixed/polished out but if I wanted the scratch removed, it would need to be repainted and knew exactly which piece could be removed from the hatch and what needed to be done. A competitor told me the WHOLE hatchback would have to be repainted in order for it to 'look right'. As I pondered three days without my car and the upcoming holidays, Jose said, "Let me see what I can do" and took my car around the back for about 5 min. He came back, and I was speechless. He buffed/polished the area (or whatever people who know what they are doing do) and the huge smudgy mess I had made with my 'fine' wet sandpaper and wax was gone. The scratch is still there (it was deep), but barely visible. I was FLOORED. He said, "I even did it myself". WHAATTTT??? This is just unheard of in the car industry. Any industry- actually. He wouldn't accept money. If the scratch starts to eat at me, I will be back here in a heartbeat or for any future needs. If I can live with it, I am telling every single person I know to go here for their paint/body work/collision needs. AMAZING customer service is SO hard to find. At first I thought this place was going to be great. They scheduled my estimate quickly and then scheduled my repair day just as fast. Was told it would take 3 to 4 days unless they uncovered more damage when they took it apart but, they would keep me informed. Well...they never kept me informed. I was the one calling every couple of days to get a statis update and Everytime more days were added and of course they said they would keep me informed. Long story short, they had my car for 3 weeks and 3 days. Even when I showed up the day after they said it would be done, it wasn't done. I had already turned in my rental and had to take a 30 dollar lyft ride home. Did they offer to reimburse that, no. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I felt a little bad for the mechanic that had to give me his sob story but, I was not impressed at all. read more

Replacement of front bumper Due to my own fault my bumper was coming apart. Dropped into Andy's first because it was close to my home. Went into shop for estimate took Mike just a few minutes to do and we set up an appointment. Took vehicle in on the appointed day. I had left the car dirty as I didn't want to take it in to be washed in case it did more damage to my bumper. I cleaned out inside of the car but it was dusty and dirty. The replacement was per estimated time and cost and looked great. To my surprise the shop washed my car inside and out and did a better job than my usual car wash company. I could not be more pleased with this shop. I will be using this shop if I ever have the need for other body repairs. read more

Took my truck here because State Farm said it was one of their repair facilities. Had to push them to finish on time before the weekend even though they had the truck for two weeks. The clear bra was messed up when I picked it up. The reverse light was not functioning which I did not realize till Friday night so had to wait till the following week. They said the truck would be detailed but it was not done well. Poor craftsman ship and poor customer service. I would recommend going somewhere else. read more

Andy's Collision Center is amazing because their staff is phenomenal. I caught the bumper of my very low sitting Honda Civic on a curb and pulled it off. The 2 mile drive to Andy's was terrifying, as my bumper flapped in the wind and made a horrible dragging sound. I walked into their front door at 3:30pm on a Friday and they fixed my bumped in 15 minutes, free of charge. They gave me water and kindness and I'm incredibly thankful for them.
