    Great service and attention to detail there at Larry's. I had my car painted and color matched (white is a hard color to do). And I felt like they cared for my car as if it was their own. I would recommend to anyone looking for a body shop. You will be in great hands.

    LHM Collision did an amazing job!!! Seams are perfect, paint is matched perfectly, doors and hatch open and close perfectly. Everything works as designed. Drives like it did before the accident. Almost as it was when I drove it off the lot 3 years ago. Louie provided outstanding customer service. He kept in close contact with me throughout the entire process and finished the job several days ahead of schedule. I strongly recommend them.

    Before

    Be prepared, this is a long one... I had some minor damage to my front left fender and rim, and was assigned to this facility by my insurance. I spent a week trying to get a hold of someone to take in my car and double check if an appointment was necessary, as I was told by my insurance I would need one. Turns out I didn't and ended up just going in on 9/20 Tuesday, they took the necessary pictures and told me it would take about a week to receive the parts and an additional week for the repair to be completed; so I was looking at around the first week of October to pick up. I never heard from them and finally called 9/30 Friday and I was told the delivery of parts had been delayed by a few days. I was annoyed by the lack of communication, but tried to be understanding as I knew that was out of their control. BUT within that time my insurance contacting me informing they had received NO DOCUMENTATION from the collision center and were not aware I had had my car evaluated. So they were making orders without authorization or an estimate. First red flag. Again, days passed and no update so I reached out 10/10 Monday to my insurance to see if they had received further updates as I had zero, and was placed on a 3-way call, to where the insurance rep was informed my parts had already arrived as of the week prior so I took my car in right away and was given 10/13 Thursday to be the estimated pick up day. Received no calls, so I reached out 10/14 Friday to be told my car would be ready Monday 10/17 as it was still being painted. Monday came and I got a call they had missed the fact that they had no toner so my car would be ready instead on Wednesday 10/19. AGAIN, no follow-up from them. So I called Thursday afternoon 10/20 and was told my car was being wash and I would able pick up, I was annoyed by that time and so I let them know I don't need a wash and I would be there to pick up my car ASAP. I was put on hold to get a confirmation of the status only to be told my alignment could not be completed as there was additional damage to the suspension they didn't not see before. I was told straight out THEY DID NOT BOTHER OR THINK TO CHECK THE AREA. Like, what!?!? I was impacted on my tire and that should be checked for thoroughness and safety most of all. I was shocked because they were about to turn over my vehicle to me in that condition-- big compromise to my safety and a lawsuit if anything would've happened. I heard nothing back for the next days, not even a status update. I reached out 10/27 Thursday and was told my car had been completed and ready for pick up since the beginning of the week. Not surprised due to the extreme lack of communication, but I was more than frustrated as they still had the audacity to ask if I heard from anyone in the office. Obviously not if I'm calling you for an update!! Additionally, they dumped the old parts in my trunk without notice to me and so I'm assuming they didn't bother to check that either great job guys. Rudy, the general manager listened thoroughly to my concerns as the process took way longer than needed, and executed in a very unprofessional manner, so I thank him for that and hope he addresses it accordingly so it does not occur again to someone else. I will say the workmanship was done well, and the only personnel I feel did an exceptional job were the women at the front desk. 5 stars for them. 100% do not recommend this facility.

The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. It's not easy to trust someone with a car you care about, especially one in such good mechanical condition, but USA Collision earned that trust. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I'm very glad we found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality body and paint work.

    The Prius was SO clean and detailed when Bud and Travis returned it to us. Was that our car?…read more But...all the repair was done under the front left bumper, inside the left wheel well and the left rocker panel. I've had a month + to reflect on Select. I lived several years in a mountain community. Every so often somebody from elsewhere brought their brand new jeep or other four wheel drive vehicle to the mountains to play 4x4 commercial and go "stump jumping" with rookie, destructive, high centered results. A curb hid in the darkness. The driver of the low-slung, air-dammed aerodynamic Prius Prime did not see the curb as they made a U-ey in a tight parking lot. The sound and feel of the bottoming-out, denture rattling, impact are left for your imagination. Do not take a Prius stump or curb-jumping. Do not take them off-road, take all driveways at an angle if possible. We have a choice where we get car bodies repaired. A mega-chain body shop, mega dealer body shop, independant small business body shop. We chose Select. The business appearance speaks quality, the OEM parts say trustworthy, the quote says, "Here or a Big Guy? I'll mention all the auto makes Select has on the wall for certified, excellent work. Plus, this family business has some very nice, top level projects waiting under the carport for "that day" when there's time and parts enough to complete dreams. An excellent quote. Some discounts because we paid out of pocket. OEM parts, time taken to do the work correctly. An issue with the rocker panel turned up, the quote was updated, reasonably priced. Necessary, touch up painting was done Gaps were checked with factory gauges., The front seat and master sensor unit recalibrated. A loose light from a previous repair was found and tightened. I am a fan. Select is our body shop driving into the future.

It took forever for her insurance to get back to me accepting fault and fixing my car. Now I need a body shop to fix the hulk. I happen to work in insurance and have a database of body shops to choose from. I'm all about reviews 4.8 on one site, 4.9 on Yelp and great comments. But wait less than 5 minutes from the crib. Winner! 1st person I talk to is a Travis ask questions and advise of neighbors insurance is paying yes they work with them. Called day off rolled up Bud the owner standing outside as I pull up. Just by looking you are going to need a new door. Dropped car off on Monday and he confirmed for separation from door frame new door being ordered. Car will be done next Wednesday. Can we talk about communication it was excellent: TEXT, EMAIL, & PHONE. Every step of the way plus his communication with the insurance company. Courtesy drop off & pickup. I chose loss of use opposed to renting. This is 1st day out of shop but pleased. Car was detailed and they even cleaned the engine. Any issues I'll update but as of right now LILMANHULK IS FLOSSING.. AWESOME SERVICE - Fluffy Grandma recommends.

I actually found them through my insurance company who recommended this company, however, what made me ultimately choose them is because of the great reviews that have been left. Let me just say that it is absolutely the truth. They arrange for a schedule drop off time of your vehicle, which I thought was amazing and they also coordinate your rental car . Dropping off the vehicle took literally five maybe 10 minutes. There is a waiting area while your estimator professional gather your keys. Take a look at the vehicle and kind of give you some expectation on how long it will take.. Once I got in my rental and returned to my home, I had already received a text, confirming that the vehicle was dropping off a couple of days later I received an updated text that the estimate was completed. And when the vehicle was ready for pick up, I received another text letting me know. I loved this level of communication and keeping me in the loop. I thought this was fantastic. I didn't have to call or haggle or harass. Anyone just to get information which was great. I picked up the vehicle. It was a seamless process a special thanks to my Repair coordinator Terrell for all of his hard work constant communication and they did an amazing job on my vehicle. I highly recommend them.
