Let me just say that it is absolutely the truth. They arrange for a schedule drop off time of your vehicle, which I thought was amazing and they also coordinate your rental car . Dropping off the vehicle took literally five maybe 10 minutes. There is a waiting area while your estimator professional gather your keys. Take a look at the vehicle and kind of give you some expectation on how long it will take..
