Travis was absolutely fantastic to work with. He fought hard to make sure my truck was repaired…read morethrough Larry H. Miller so I could receive quality OEM parts. My insurance originally directed me to a small auto body shop on Glendale Ave and 59th, but I didn't want aftermarket parts. I explained this to Travis, and he immediately asked me to bring the truck in. He worked directly with my insurance company, negotiated the pricing, and addressed additional damages that had been missed by the other shop. They had only quoted a repair of the truck bed side panel when it really needed replacement. The team did an excellent job -- my truck looks beautiful again, and all my sensors, cameras, and lights are working perfectly. I'm so happy with the results. Thank you, Travis, for all your help!

Recently I hired AGD Auto Glass Direct (AKA Glastek) to replace the windshield in my car. Prior to…read morehaving it scheduled, I asked if there was any sort of cash bonus/offer. Based on my vehicle, they told me $90, at which point I filed a glass claim with AGD/Glastek on the line. Once the claim was filed, I was told by my insurance to expect a link by text to take photos of the damage. While I did receive the link, AGD/Glastek called me just a few hours later stating they had the referral to complete the work and wanted to schedule. I questioned this as I had done nothing with the link yet that was provided by insurance, yet they assured me that b/c they had the referral I was good to go. The following day they replaced my windshield, but did not give me the $90 (claimed they forgot it and would mail it). Well the following day after that, they called/text me stating they needed my help as my insurance company wasn't paying them due to an issue with the referral. They asked me to call my insurance, which I did (spent an hour of my time trying to sort out their problem). My insurance company indicated they never sent any referral as I never sent in the pics, etc. They indicated AGD/Glastek jumped the gun and should not have replaced the windshield without the proper referral in place. A day or two later after that, AGD/Glastek reached out to me and threatened that if I did not call my insurance again to assist them that they would refuse to pay the $90 cash bonus. At that point I became quite frustrated with their demeaner and/or threat, seeing they are the ones who created this entire problem. So as of now, they never paid their cash bonus that they agreed to. Beware, I would strongly encourage anyone to look elsewhere as this is clearly false advertising.

After calling around several other shops who couldn't either get me in or simply didn't answer, I decided to call Champs because of the good yelp reviews and their convenient location. Tim quickly picked up the phone and advised I could see them right away. They confirmed that was the issue and gave me a quote on it which seemed in the ballpark to what I tried pricing out online. Got it fixed and done all in the same day and my vehicle has been running smoothly ever since. Tim still checks in via call or text every once in a while to make sure my car needs are being taken care of.
