There were a few places recommended in Glendale, Surprise and Phoenix, but I wanted to stay local in my community here in Peoria. And thus, I opted for A&D Autobody, Inc. They're conveniently located right on 75th in the heart of Peoria just on the other side of Greenway. Super duper convenient location and one that you won't have to drive far to get to and even if you do - it's your vehicle. Don't you want to trust it to a local company that will do the job right? ...of course you do! My wife had a tiny accident with a parking lot lamp at Hobby Lobby. She reversed and scraped the driver's side quarter panel and bumper. One minor dent and additionally, she scraped the pain. It was an eyesore to say the least. Since it was a single-vehicle accident, we did not want to use the insurance company and the run of our rate doubling because of a silly claim. We stopped at A&D Autobody and Kyle wrote up an estimate much lower than we even anticipated! We saved up some pennies and I dropped an e-mail to A&D Autobody to schedule to drop off my wife's car. Sue responded right away and said to drop it off at anytime most convenient for us. On the 4th business day, Kyle let us know the vehicle was finished and it pretty much looks like the day we drove it off the showroom floor. The paint was blended magnificently and we could not be happier with the quality of the repair! Not to mention how quick and efficient they were in getting the vehicle back in such a timely manner! Many, many thanks to Kyle, Sue and everyone else at A&D Autobody for such an awesome job! Highly recommended to my friends, family and fellow Yelp'ers in need of a local autobody repair shop!

I actually found them through my insurance company who recommended this company, however, what made me ultimately choose them is because of the great reviews that have been left. Let me just say that it is absolutely the truth. They arrange for a schedule drop off time of your vehicle, which I thought was amazing and they also coordinate your rental car . Dropping off the vehicle took literally five maybe 10 minutes. There is a waiting area while your estimator professional gather your keys. Take a look at the vehicle and kind of give you some expectation on how long it will take.. Once I got in my rental and returned to my home, I had already received a text, confirming that the vehicle was dropping off a couple of days later I received an updated text that the estimate was completed. And when the vehicle was ready for pick up, I received another text letting me know. I loved this level of communication and keeping me in the loop. I thought this was fantastic. I didn't have to call or haggle or harass. Anyone just to get information which was great. I picked up the vehicle. My insurance originally directed me to a small auto body shop on Glendale Ave and 59th, but I didn't want aftermarket parts. I explained this to Travis, and he immediately asked me to bring the truck in. He worked directly with my insurance company, negotiated the pricing, and addressed additional damages that had been missed by the other shop. They had only quoted a repair of the truck bed side panel when it really needed replacement.
