Laurin worked with my insurance company and kept me informed of all contacts. My HR-V went through safety calibrations and was given a quality control review as part of the repair service. The vehicle was ready at the time Laurin had given. I drove off in a completely detailed, spotlessly clean car. Prices of labor are amazing, I enjoy getting everything done for half the price minumum from every where else I het quotes from. Only negative? There has to be something . In my situation... They quote me for labor from a national standard labor hours. My vehicle can be a lil stubborn and intricate so sometimes it can take longer than promised or slightly more expensive than what we expected. Thats totally understandable with my vehicle. Kat was super quick with her responses and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and process for repairs. Dropped off the vehicle with Kat at Altra and heard back less than 24 hours later on the assessment outcome. Unfortunately, the accident had left some damage to the truck frame itself, which could not be seen until break down of the vehicle. While I'm sure sharing this outcome with me was just as unfavorable as hearing the unfortunate news, Kat was extremely kind in letting me know options I had as I shared I am not a car-savvy lady. She went over all possible options and gave me some extra time to think about what I wanted to do moving forward. Ultimately because of the age of the vehicle, it was not worth putting the money in to fix and ended up selling it to part out. Even with the unfortunate outcome (due to the accident), I would 10/10 recommend Kat and her crew over at Altra to anyone who is needing repairs. Les looked at my car and gave me a price to make the repairs to the bumper, repaint the entire bumper and the hood and any other scratches on the car. The cost was $1800 for everything and it took only 4 days to repair and repaint. WOW - what a great job Bumper Masters did for my little car!
