I am a loyal customer. Today, Audio Express staff went way out of their normal service to install a bluetooth headset in a motorcycle helmet. As I am unfamiliar with pairing the headset with my Apple I-Phone, their excellent staff not only installed the headset, but also spent alot of time pairing to my phone when I did not remember the phone password. They also spent time trying to contact the Apple store, and spent more time teaching me the operations of the helmet bluetooth headset. I appreciate the Audio Express staff going out of their way, above and beyond expectations. They really earned their $50 labor fee. They were able to install it today and ensure I was available to get to my appointment by 3:00 p.m. To install the hardwire and rewire the dual cams it was under $500. It was well worth the drive across town for great service and the additional security of my vehicle.
