Wow-I'm impressed I originally asked Cooper about putting in a Viper alarm, and after looking at the upscale option of Drone, I chose the deluxe CMX module/package and I love it! The Remote start is a sweet option--it was a cold day but it became toasty warm inside in 15 minutes and the windshield ice film was defrosted. Normally anyone could walk up and steal my van with my tools while it sits outside warming up--but now it's locked and armed with remote start. I could have gone to Best Buy or any other car alarm installer, but I googled just for kicks and saw this guy with 4.9 stars and read several reviews and so here we are! Mostly wondering why I waited so long. Already had two break-ins over the years and another attempt with a crowbar, so now I feel safer. When I walk up to my van it unlocks the doors and turns alarm off automatically, using the proximity feature. Cooper provides just about everything one would want for a car alarm installation specialist. 1. Cooper is highly knowledge-able in automotive electronics. 2. He provides excellent communication all along the way, from asking for your input to explaining how the alarm will work. 3. He knows the strengths and weaknesses of the different modules and products that he installs and therefore saves the customer a great deal of time in the selection process. And he can explain the reasons for these selections. 4. His detail work is of very high quality, meaning that its difficult to tell that an alarm was installed, outside of the obvious features, such as blinking lights, etc.. This in itself is its own security feature, because an alarm that is more difficult to find, is more difficult for the thief to disable. Onsite Auto Alarms is the kind of business that should be used over the more standard shops. He was able to install several items on a vehicle, which because the vehicle was new, had very little online documentation available for it.
