Great work, communication and team effort for helping to run through the prices of Paint Protection Film and all the different tint options on our new car. Picked up a brand new 2027 EV and knowing this model was only on the market for 2 months, I reached out to a few tint places, only Morgan at Tint World confirmed they had the patterns for the 2027 Bolt. After we discussed timing and schedules, Morgan was able to fit us in quickly and the PPF was done perfect and before their scheduled end time. At the pick up we were able to get educated on the tint options and also a live demonstration of how much heat can be saved by going for the nano ceramic. In addition the % of legal tints for the front vs heavier tints on the back. At the time of the full PPF pick up, we weren't fully invested.... but within a week after driving the new car, we noticed the heat coming through the windows, like we were told. So we booked the tint during the same time as the PPF check up. Alex was great at communicating the night before about a possible slight delay on the completion times for the next days appointment but all worked out well and finished ahead of his new ETA. Only 1 air bubble was found on the PPF, really great and it's saved us from 2 stones already that we know of. Tint work was perfect, the nano ceramic really helps driving when the sun is on your sides, theres not much heat going into the car. Definitely worth the money. read more

My review of tint world here in Scottsdale is one that is mixed at first. Very welcoming staff and very professional. Asked me exactly what I wanted on my car, and scheduled and gave me a price over the phone. Very streamlined and very easy. I bring the car in on a Saturday and they do the work no issues. I get a call saying my car is ready and after looking at the great job they did on the tint, I see my brand new carbon front lip absolutely DESTROYED. No it was not broken prior to when I brought the car to the shop. I look at the damage to find the lip had been ran up onto a curb and snapped in 3 different places. I walk into the shop fuming as I had just put this lip on not even a week prior. To my surprise the owner was prepared and profusely apologized about the damage. To my surprise he even had the same lip already pulled up from the website I purchased it from and already bought me a new one! Not only was there no hassle on them buying me a new lip, but they also comped my window tint. I did not expect this kind of customer service at all. In the past I have been shafted by several companies but not this one, and on top of it the window tint turned out great! It takes a lot for an owner or company to not only admit they did wrong, but then to also make sure the customer still has a relationship with them by going above and beyond to make it right! Called them up and was able to get in the same week. Kept the car for a couple days given that we did the supreme package for the full front. Their shop is immaculate from the minute you walk in the door. They have a comfortable lounge area with TV's, seating and beverage station. Their shop area is open to view so you can see the process. This is the second time that I have used Tint World in Scottsdale, with the first visit installing a remote start in my wife's CRV. This time I took in my 2019 C7 Corvette to have the entire car paint protective film (PPF) installed with ceramic applied over it. Greg, the owner, had quoted me a great price six months prior and he honored the quote when I finally brought it in. Tony, their friendly manager, helped me with all of the paperwork and getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule. The owner's son, Jaden, did a fantastic job with the install (SunTek Reaction) and man does it look good. He then had me bring it back in two weeks for the first wash, complimentary, and to deal with any lifted corners, bubbles or imperfections after the curing process was complete. I only saw a few very minor issues but he kept it overnight and went over the entire car with a fine-tooth comb looking for anything that was not perfect. He is a perfectionist and it shows with his pride of his workmanship. He told me to bring it anytime if there were any issues. They are a very professional shop with great prices and an atmosphere you rarely see with a large franchise. Also, whenever you spend a chunk of money on a service, there is always that lingering doubt if they will honor their warranty after they're paid. Not so with this place...they are interested in building relationships and not a one-and-done experience. With transparent, competitive pricing, quality materials and a super work ethic, I highly recommend this shop. read more

Tint world has a great staff and crew for the most part. I've had them add tint, Infotainment and sound systems to multiple vehicles with zero issues. However, if your are going here to get a wrap job, simply go somewhere else. The wrap job and business behind the job they do is the worst I've seen in this business. I had them do a simple wrap job for the wing on my V and the day I got it there were divots and spots that weren't entirely covered as you can see in one of the pictures below (divots circled in red) Any other shop I know wouldn't return something back like that unless it was done correctly. The middle part still has divots even though it has not ripped yet. After it ripped, I reached out about a month after and they said they would get back to me which they never did. Months later I called again and finally got an appointment and drove all the way down there, they said I would have to pay for a whole new job. I know of, and have been apart of quality wrap shops in which some give up to a 5 year warranty on any wrap job. On top of there poor wrap job, they couldn't warranty a $200 job that ripped less than a year later. Everyone has different rules and regulations but from my experience in this industry this is terrible business. They also claimed it was because of the car wash which is funny because I was told a car wash wouldn't effect the wrap when I first got it done, and I also wash the car on my own. I do not take it through commercial washes. Tint world lives up to their name when it comes to window tinting and system instalments, however if your looking to get anything wrapped, avoid this place completely unless you are ok with a very low tier wrap job. UPDATE: turns out the tint jobs they do aren't of quality either. Added a picture to the bottom of the tint Job they did after less than a year. read more

Tint World is the spot to go if you want quality and care. I had been doing my research on car tinting/detailing places that I felt comfortable with and that would impress me. Tint World did just that and did above what I could have imagined. I took my black Volvo into to get looked at and quoted for the ceramic gloss, detailing, and tinting. The Volvo has special meaning to me because of my dad so it was important to me that I knew it was going to be taken care of. The paint and shine on the car was dull, scratched badly, inside needed a special kind of care, and tinting was definitely needed. I called and spoke with Tony who was very helpful and made an appointment to have the car looked at to give me quotes. I went into the shop and was greeted by Jaden who was very helpful as well with explaining in great detail with what they could do for the car to bring her shine back. He took the car back and they did some test areas on the car to show me what they could do to improve overall appearance. During that time I was greeted by Greg who was so friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I knew Tint World was the right place to go because of the kind of people who work there. Their knowledge, workmanship, care, and professionalism is noticed. I made an appointment that day for the ceramic gloss and detail. I called back and spoke with Jared about adding the tinting and asking more questions about pricing. Jared was very helpful and informative. I went to get the Volvo back and I was greeted by Tony, Jaden, and Jared explained the work he did on the car. I was speechless and filled with so much emotion. The Volvo looks brand new! I guess I must have caught a bad day because I too enjoyed their services until now. I went to Tint World for the removal of my amplifier for my sub as well as wires to my system and paid $175 for a botched job with even less accountability . I thought the job was finished the first time to only drive home and back to Tint World twice within the hour to have something either removed or fixed . The job was finished below the minimum hourly rate but only received half the quality. I had to have the owner Owen go back and correct multiple unfinished tasks of the job I paid for to only be told " sorry , the most I can do is give you a $25 gift card " . I came in with confidence the job would have been done with quality and meticulous effort but was extremely let down not made right for my time/business spent there . I should not have to second guess the work as well as feel like I have to go back and have a second opinion to make sure everything was done correct even on the simplest job that they were asked to do. read more

I had never bought tint before, and I shopped around a LOT. Let me save you the time and tell you straight up - this is the place to go to. From what I found, other shops are using lower quality tint. And while I could have saved a dollar or two with the random "we come to you" mobile tinters, I discovered how bad of an idea that is. We live in Arizona, one of the dustiest states in the country. When they install tint at your home there is no control over these dust particles and they certainly end up behind your tint. If you are like me and want a quality job done at a price that makes sense, then go to this location. The owner Greg has put in a lot of effort to ensure that the shop is clean and the air filtration ensures the perfect tint installation. Plus, you get a lifetime warranty! Sure you may be able to save $100 going across town to find a rink dink tint shop, but you will be regretting that decision when that tint becomes distorted and doesn't help at all with our summer heat. In a matter of months you'll be suffering or paying more to get it redone. I've taken two cars here to be tinted and have never been taken care of better. They are honest and straight forward and help you find what is best for your personal desires. I usually don't leave reviews at places, but I also usually don't have this great of an experience. The tint (installed elsewhere) on the rear window of my vehicle was bubbling and needed to be replaced. I visited Tint World after seeing their booth at a high-end cars & coffee event. I explained that I needed to have the old tint removed and new tint installed that matched the tint level of the previous tint and the other windows, but I didn't have any other information on it. Complicating the job was that removal of the old tint had to be carefully done so as not to damage the defroster elements. I made an appointment and when I arrived, Greg explained that they would measure the tint level to match and would carefully work around the defroster elements. They would call me before taking any further steps if it looked like there would be an issue. The allotted time and cost for the job was quite reasonable IMO and when I returned, the car looked perfect. I also enjoyed talking with Greg about our cars. He seems to be a true car guy, and it was a pleasure to work with him. I would take any future tint work to his shop without hesitation. read more
