One of those great, unheard of small businesses where they take care of you, the customer and stand by their work, Vic started with one of my cars, and I ended up so impressed with his work, flexibility and standards, that I had all 4 of my vehicles done there, even trusting him with my brand new 2012 Grand Cherokee which he did a great job on. Only had one little window problem where the film wanted to peel back and he immediately got it in and took care of the problem with no questions asked and no charge. He does do great work but don't ever let your husband surprise you by getting your windows tinted after you had already made an appointment for another day. My husband paid $200 for the job & I was quote $160 but because i called the next day to explain what happened he would not honor the price & had a very negative attitude with me because now he had to fill a spot on saturday - it's tuesday, i'm sure it will get filled. Very disappointed that he would not honor the price for a very loyal customer (over 15 years) who also handed out his name to everyone. We will not be going back & I threw his cards out. This guy is an artist. He tells me he's been doing this for 30 years and it shows. His prices are fair and he is a gracious host while your job is being done.
