He came by and first took measurements to better assist with our decision with what we wanted. He listened and showed us options for review. No pressure to "upgrade" anything. We already had in mind what we wanted and he was able to get us exactly that. We were sold and placed the order. They called when our doors were at their business and set up the installation date. Now here is where it just gets better. The two who arrived were a pleasure to meet. They got started right away prepping the areas that would have some expected debris. We were amazed at what is all entailed when replacing doors. They did not shortcut on anything. They did the check twice cut once approach with everything they did. Once they were done you wouldn't have known they were there. Everything was cleaned up taking with them the debris and old doors. I think you would agree you don't get that with the big box stores. Finally installed we were so happy with the look of them all. What made our decision to work with Red Rock Windows and Doors even better was that the noise from the street was gone. Because they took the time to get it right the gaps from the previous doors were gone so we received great fitting doors. Our next project with Tom and the crew will be getting our windows done. We hired Red Rock Windows and Doors to replace 2 sets of sliding glass doors as well as a single outside entry door. We couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone we dealt with was professional. They did a great job installing the doors and were very careful with our indoor tile flooring and outdoor travertine tile surrounding the sliding doors. Very good clean up as well. We couldn't believe that 2 guys completed this job in one day. My husband who was a contractor before retiring and has very high standards felt some of the finish work could have been better (i.e.; putting caulk on and not smoothing it, missing caulk, putting caulk on the door keeper which isn't needed, etc.) but we both agree these are very minor items. We thought the price was good for the quality of the doors. We would highly recommend Red Rock Windows and Doors to our friends and neighbors. read more

I hired Red Rock to replace all the windows in my three-story townhouse. I'm so glad I did. Thomas, the owner, and his crew are amazing. Mine was a difficult job even requiring scaffolding and it all went well without a hitch. Red Rock only deals in quality products, in my case top-of-the-line Pella windows. We needed new windows for our new 1960s built home. It had original windows. The price point was great and the sales person was knowledgeable. He didn't try to upsell and he was straightforward with what we needed. He did not make any promises on delivery date which I appreciate because he was honest that it was out of his hands. I'd rather have it straightforward than have to adjust my schedule twice. On install day the installer arrived exactly on time. He was courteous and clean. He was friendly. He took care to cover the carpet and countertops. He tried to make as little disruption to our lives as possible. It took two days to install. He did some spackeling of holes around the windows including some nasty holes that were actually from previous owners installing blinds. He cleaned up with a shop vac when he was done and also cleaned the windows inside and out. The windows are beautiful and the process went perfectly. The sales man made no mistakes when he measured (because he came out twice to measure!) and also put some comprehensive thought in to the orientation of the locks and openings etc. We would definitely use this company again. read more

I needed 7 windows replaced in a condo I had just purchased. I am from Wisconsin and needed a recommendation from my real estate agent. She recommended Jeff Miller and Red Rock windows. I could not be any more pleased. They came out to measure on time. They gave me everything in detail to submit to my HOA for review and approval. They gave me a date the windows were supposed to arrive 6 weeks later and that's exactly when they came in. Installation was set up right away a couple days later and the removal of the old windows and the install of the new windows went flawless. They foam insulated, caulked the inside edges, repaired all the stucco exterior around each window . Update to last my review. When writing that review I was emotional and a little to quick to judge. After the review we had a leak show up and reported it. I always say the way to judge a company by the way they handle their problems. I must say Red Rock stepped up in the end and resolved all our problems even after not giving them a favorable review. As throughout the process they were professional and easy to deal with and made things right. I visited their showroom to inquire about a window replacement. The only person there was what I assumed was the warehouse man. He advised that the salesperson was out but he would take my information for the sales person, which he did. When I said it was for a single window, he advised that they have a minimum of three. He did offer the alternative of selling me the single window and gave me a reference for someone that could do the install. As a retired small business owner, I was impressed with his desire to help me. But then I never heard from the salesperson. I won't beg a business to take my money and am offended when I take the time to travel to their office and a salesperson won't take the time to make a phone call and give me a price. First off, I didn't receive services from Red Rock. The reason being is because I called Thomas at Red Rock to schedule an estimate. After filling him in on my situation, he very frankly said that I didn't need new windows. What I needed was stucco repair and he gave me a referral. I have an older house with measurements that are not always standard. I had one company not help me and found Red Rock. They came out within days for estimate and I ordered and had door installed within the month. Exactly what I wanted in door, they took frame off and install properly for me.
