I have heard of them going to Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and all the other metro area. They work on chip repairs quickly and affordably. Most people do not realize their windshields today have tons of sensors and need to have recalibration done. If you do not recalibrate a windshield, you could be liable for an accident as the new modern vehicles are designed to keep you and your passengers safe. They are not the cheapest for cash price windshields, but they don't need to be, they are the best.

In November the sunroof broke because the cup of glass they never removed basically destroyed all of the sunroof mechanical works. I had it repaired but it took 45 days because they filed a supplemental claim with my insurance instead of owning up That they did not do a good job at the start. Never informed me they were filing a supplemental claim with my insurance on something that should have been their responsibility from the start.

This was probably the worst experience i've ever had. I was quoted for my windshield to be…read morereplaced, only to arrive and have him charge me $50 over what he quoted because HE ordered the wrong windshield. I reminded him (the owner) what he quoted me, and he tries to negotiate before eventually settling on $10 above what he quoted. I want to note that I am a woman, and fully believe this place will take advantage of you if you don't clock them on their shit. When I was leaving, he literally told me to save $1 a day so I could afford a yearly windshield replacement. 1) Unless you drive a lot, you shouldn't need a yearly windshield replacement. 2) He quoted me $100 MORE for my next windshield replacement, telling me it'd be $365 when for my car (and the increase in prices due to tariffs) should be no more than $200-250. Do NOT go to this place. Unknown to me, my sister took her car to him for a tire rotation earlier in the year where he charged her for the service he never even did!!! Our brother took a look at the papers she was given showing the "service" and went down there with her. It's because of him that she was able to get a refund. They literally charged her for a service they didn't provide, and it's only thanks to my brother who knows cars that he was able to call the owner out and they immediately gave her a refund. Immediately. Which means they know what they did and they acknowledge they tried to scam her. Takeaway: This establishment WILL charge you through the roof if you don't know your shit. I will not be back.

I had two vehicles that needed windshield glass replacement and both vehicles have advanced driver safety features as well as full-self-driving beta which requires the vehicles be calibrated after a windshield replacement. This used to mean that the car would have to sit all day at the Safelite location until they got around to working on it and then at about 15 minutes before closing time they would call and say the vehicle is ready. Now with Turning Point Glassworks, their skilled technician comes to my home or work with their mobile calibration system, replaces the glass, and calibrates the camera all in the span of about 45 minutes! They are very communicative sending text messages and telephone calls to keep you up to date on the progress of your replacement (including the ordering and scheduling process) and Calindra is always friendly and cheerful. All in all the easiest, smoothest, and least complicated/disruptive glass repairs I have had to date. I am using them again on my wife's 2024 Tesla and even though I despise Safelite, I am grateful that their terrible service introduced me to Turning Point Glassworks. I highly recommend Turning Point Glassworks for your windshield repair/replacement needs, especially if you have advanced driver safety features in your vehicle.
