I hate to do this but it must be done as a cautionary tale to potential new customers. You'll notice I'm not the only reviewer who had an experience like this, so obviously this is a trend with this company (check their Google reviews). TLDR: Dynamic Auto Glass is completely fine if they don't make mistakes, but if they do and you call them out on it, be prepared for a battle with a wildly, almost comically, unprofessional and POS owner. Dynamic Auto glass replaced 3 or 4 windshields of mine over the years. The first few replacements were great - no issues, everything went smoothly, nothing to complain about. The most recent replacement, and the last one I'll ever do with them, was anything but. Long story short: they incorrectly sealed the windshield at the bottom, which caused a leak behind the dashboard and caused electrical damage inside the vehicle. The damage was verified by a Toyota dealership and another independent shop. When I called the owner of Dynamic Auto Glass (John?) to explain the situation, he immediately got aggressive and defensive, would not let me finish my sentences, and tried to throw the blame back on me saying there is 0% chance they incorrectly installed anything and that I should have let him know sooner if there was a problem. He even at one point said that I probably did something to damage the seal on my own .... what?!? Cherry on top: he thought it would be a good idea to offer to fix my windshield again, no charge! Like I said, this would have been pure comedy if it wasn't so enraging ... So that's when I started cursing and the phone call went sideways. This was unhinged behavior from an owner. I have never seen a business owner treat a customer this way. Look, everyone makes mistakes, people have bad days. Professionals with lots of experience occasionally mess up. No one is immune to this. Just own up to it and make it right with the customer was all I was asking. This story ends in me paying $555 to have the issue fixed, which unfolded over 5 separate trips to the shops (so a lot of wasted time on my end). I did nothing wrong here, yet was left holding the bag because the owner wouldn't take responsibility. I would have taken them to court if it was over $1k or 2k, so instead I'm leaving this review, eating the cost of the fix, and flipping the bird to John as I go on my merry way :) read more

They were able to come to me same day and get my repair done quickly and smoothly. They even cleaned up the glass in my car from the break-in. Friendly technician. Gary had noticed my broken windshield while I was out getting coffee and left me his number to get in contact with him should I decide to get it fixed. I called him that same day and he was a very laid back easy person to talk to who didn't waste time about getting the job done. He had me set up to get repaired within three days (Safelites wait time was 3 weeks) and the technician did a wonderful job of getting everything done in a timely fashion. Also it is worth mentioning that Dynamic Auto Glass is a preferred member for USAA, which is further testament to their reliability. All and all I have no complaints and hope to see this business grow as result of their good work. They deserve it. read more

LOL, I read the one star reviews and laughed my ass off. I called the day before, got an excellent price ($50 less than anyone else) asked if it could be done the next day. Scheduled for the next day between 8-12, they showed up at 9:30, did the job right ( I watched them ) took less than an hour. It wasn't "rushed" they took the cowl off like they're supposed to. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to get glass replaced on an older vehicle that we're gifting to my daughter. The owner John was rude, condescending and plain discriminatory asking me did I want the cash payout " Yes or No"! so DAMN Rude I said no, and called back for a manager. I got the so called owner who did even more of a horrible job representing his company. Under the false pretense that we're chasing $100 when our premiums alone to cover a vehicle are double the cost of a windshield. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The install was done poorly and sloppy. Not only did they scratch my car, the windshield would not stop leaking. After being called out to correct the issue a 3rd time the owner of the company flipped out. He cursed up a storm, dropped F-Bombs left and right and was beyond rude. The owner was very aggressive and unprofessional. I would rather look up a youtube video and replace it myself before calling this sloppy, unprofessional and horrible company again. I had a pretty good crack in the windshield of my SUV and contacted Dynamic to take care of it. I am self employed and work crazy hours, but John made it incredibly easy! They come right to you! No cost at all because Arizona is a no fault state for Auto glass damage. Anytime I'm driving and a rock breaks my window I call dynamic auto glass. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They gave us a windshield with a distortion in my field of vision and were not only unprofessional, they were downright rude when we tried to tell them about it and get it replaced. As a stay at home mom, I don't drive very often so I didn't notice it right away. When my husband called about it John said it wasn't possible, that he has never heard of such a thing and gave him a hard time for not noticing sooner (despite the above explanation) and actually told my husband that his wife (me) probably just didn't like the guy who installed it! I had no issue at the time of installation so that comment came as a surprise to me lol. My husband made an arrangement with John for after work but instead John sent a guy named Daniel to our house earlier without warning. Daniel told me he saw the distortion and would send someone out the next morning. No one came or called. My husband called John who said Daniel told him (John) that there was nothing wrong with the windshield! Then he got Daniel on the line who was completely rude and lied to my husband saying he didn't see anything wrong with it and never said he did. John said he would come by and look at it but never showed and left a voicemail saying he came to our house and there was no van there. Myself and the van were here so that was yet another lie. At this point I've read similar horror stories about this company in reviews and don't want them to touch our van again. Dynamic Auto Glass is absolutely the worst repair service I have ever encountered. They replaced my windshield after a truck kicked up a rock and chipped my windshield. However, I would have rather just had a broken windshield than be "helped" by them. They were rude, judgemental, and all around unpleasant to deal with. Customer service is apparently "100% guaranteed" and I am floored that they have the audacity to treat me like this and then claim such a guarantee. My experience was anything BUT a " 'dynamic' display of excellence". More like a dynamic display of disrespect!
