The glass now looks very nice all the way around the coach (all 9 panes). They also cleaned up all the black sealant they had around all the glass they installed last week (on their second visit) and cleaned the windows. Everything is finally the way it should have been the first time around. That said, I am not removing my original post because it's exactly what happened and took exactly as long as I said it did. While it took 4 months for them to get it right, they DID finally get it right and I bumped them up from 1 star to 3. The final experience was as it should be... the length of time it took to get to this point is why they only get 3 stars. ****************** Original post***************** I am still waiting for them to come out for the THIRD TIME to replace vertically wavy windows they installed not only the first time, but also the second time. They came out the first time on January 10, 2026, to replace 9 panels of foggy and etched glass in my RV. On May 7th, 2026, 4 MONTHS LATER, they finally came out to replace SIX of the nine they installed (again, in January) that were vertically wavy (tempered in the wrong direction) and completely unacceptable. During that replacement, TWO of them were also vertically wavy glass requiring him to come out yet again to replace those for a third time. It is my very firm belief that Jesus was deliberately dragging his feet between January and May in an effort to wait me out thinking that I would give up and "let it go" so I could be on my way in my travels but that didn't work. He finally had to come back out whether he liked it or not. (He's out of AZ someplace and I'm in SoCal.) Today, May 14th, he was supposed to be here at 8 am and it's now going on 11 am with no sign of him because, as it turns out, he decided to go take care of yet another customer on his way to my location and there is no way to know where he is or when he will be arriving or even if the windows he's bringing this 3rd time, will be tempered horizontally (rather than vertically) and require yet another (4th) trip. For the price I paid for these windows ($3500 ballpark), there should have been no mistakes. Also, the sealant is VERY sloppy and needs to be cut with a knife to "clean up" so that's left for the customer to do. He can't try to be a little neater???? I have never dealt with anyone in my 71 years who is so focused on making money that he significantly, DELIBERATELY, lacks the responsibility, quality, customer service or the respect for other people's time, in his efforts to reach his financial bottom line.

Great experience working with Gold Star Auto Glass…read more I woke up to discover a small windshield chip/star had expanded overnight into a pretty large and winding crack. After imagining the worst case scenario dealing with insurance and the auto glass business- I decided to check the trusty Yelp app to see if I could find a competitive price to replace the glass. I called a few five-star providers in my general area that were able to come to me. Gold Star had the best price and was able to come to me same day! They arrived on time and began working on the car after a few basic questions. I would say the overall project took around 60 minutes and the work was excellent. They offer a lifetime warranty on the windshield for leaks, whistles, etc. That's a nice touch. Gold Star was about $50 less than the next competitor and as much as $100+ cheaper than some of the "big box" chain companies. It was a good experience all around and I would certainly recommend Gold Star to anyone. I ended up circumventing my insurance and simply going out of pocket but I did notice that Gold Start works with just about any insurance company so that's another plus. Give them a call!

T & S Auto Glass knows how to hire quality people and execute great service. Denote was my technician and he was also a good representation of professionalism and took care of installation, vacuuming all the glass and didn't leave any glasss in my drive way. He was clean, through and got me driving a hour after he arrived and replaced my window! I was referred to them by my Insurance, State Farm and they will now be my preferred choice for my households auto glass replacement. I had to have my back window replaced and I called T & S Auto glass and they got me on the schedule within 24 hours and the process was smooth and easy. They handled everything. Received a phone call from Doug after a previous repair checking in on the work. I told him another…read morewindshield had a crack in it. Doug did the leg work and contacted the insurance and arranged the claim, work order and repair date. He is also a gun guy to talk to on the phone. Luis PAC was the technician that came out. He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect. Bonus points because he made a easy removal tab with the blue tape to remove it with ease. Great work Luis and Doug.
