I have a fleet vehicle through work so there is no doubt it gets neglected. I have a dog who can't go for walks but loves the car so she gets car rides every day and she's a harlequin Great Dane so you can imagine the white dog hair in my car wth dark carpet! Living out of state, I wanted to give my lovely Scottsdale daughter-in-law a mobile automobile detail gift for Valentine's Day. So much better than candy and flowers! I called Showcase after reading several reviews. The owner answered and was professional, courteous, and accommodating. We set up an a mobile appointment. My daughter-in-law drives a big SUV that is a few years old and has endured the normal abuse from young children (the vehicle, not my daughter-in-law!) ... lots of Cheerios and Cheetos in every one of that car's cracks and crevices. Plus, broken toys and trash everywhere. As you can see from the video, the white interior now looks immaculate. (The exterior looks great, too, but the real challenge was the interior.) We have used this company in the past, and they did an amazing job. Used them this weekend, paid $50 + (tax and tip) and received the most basic wipe down/wash. I detail my vehicle myself but my water deionizer needed to be refilled so I decided to give these guys a call. Easy to get a quote and schedule an appointment. The guy who answered the phone and the one who came out to wash my vehicle were both respectful and courteous hence the 3 stars and not 1. I got the basic wash knowing that it wouldn't be a full detail and only needed the exterior washed after the few days of rain. Water spots, missed areas where dust was still showing, swirl marks, and overspray left everywhere of whatever spray he was using. The interior also had overspray everywhere to where I can see all of the small spots on the leather and dash. The guy put an excessive amount of tire dressing (another spray) to where it was backsplashing all over my wheel wells when I would drive. A few days later I redid the wash myself. I paid $70 for a half ass job but I still appreciate the guy working in the heat. read more

The Website can be misleading. I thought I was paying for an interior and exterior detail, wash and wax. But, I only received an exterior wash a light interior cleaning and a wax. No detail. There was an upcharge for where I lived, which I did not know ahead of time. I was told that I would be charged $50.00 more because it was considered and SUV..but basically the same size as most sedans. The young man who came to "wash" was very nice . I paid the full price, but will not call this business again. Please be aware of website confusion when hiring this company. read more

Tried these guys for the first time, yesterday. I have a Jeep Wrangler that is used offroad. It had 100's of scratches on the side from pushing through AZ scrub. Harley and Dalus showed up 30 minutes early and politely asked if they could get started. Heck yes! Who shows up early? I'm usually wondering if/when people will show up.
